청소년의 감각추구성향과 또래동조성향 및 부모의 관리감독이 청소년 음주행동에 미치는 영향 = Effects of Sensation Seeking, Peer Confirmity, and Parental Management Factors on Adolescents` Drinking Behavior -Focused on the Positive Alcohol Expectancies & Drinking Refusal Self-Efficacy Mediators-

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 청소년들의 음주행동 경로를 예측하는데 목적을 두고 청소년의 감각추구성향과 또래동조성향 및 부모의 관리감독이 인지요인과 어떤 경로를 통해 청소년 음주행동에 영향을 미치는지 검증하였다. 인지요인으로는 긍정적 음주기대와 음주거절 자기효능감을 선정하였다. 연구대상은 중·고등학교에 재학 중인 남녀 학생 1,449명을 대상으로 설문지를 통하여 SPSS 12.0 프로그램과 Amos 5.0 프로그램을 이용하여 조사 분석하였다. 청소년 음주행동에 영향을 미치는 요인들로 감각추구성향과 또래동조성향 및 부모의 관리감독이 긍정적 음주기대와 음주거절 자기효능감을 매개로 음주행동에 이르는 경로를 검증한 결과, 감각추구성향은 음주행동에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않았으나 긍정적 음주기대와 음주거절 자기효능감을 통해 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또래동조성향은 음주행동에 직접적인 영향과 긍정적 음주기대와 음주거절 자기효능감을 매개로한 간접적인 영향을 동시에 주는 것으로 나타났다. 부모의 관리감독은 음주행동에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않았으며, 음주거절 자기효능감을 매개로 한 간접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 인지적 요인인 긍정적 음주기대는 음주행동에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 음주거절 자기효능감은 음주행동에 직접적으로 영향을 미칠 뿐 아니라 긍정적 음주기대를 통해 간접적으로도 영향을 미쳤다. 이상의 결과를 종합 정리하면 청소년의 음주행동에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변인은 긍정적 음주기대이며, 그 외 변인들로는 음주거절 자기효능감을 매개로 하여 간접적으로 청소년의 음주행동에 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 인지요인의 청소년음주행동에 대한 매개효과가 확인되었으며, 사회학습이론을 이용한 음주예방프로그램 개발의 중요성 또한 재확인되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study to investigate the effects of sensation seeking, peer confirmity, & parental management factors adolescent`s drinking behavior assuming the mediating effects of alcohol expectancies and drinking refusal self-efficacy. One thousand and four hundred-forty nine middle·high school students of middle to high school(8th~11th grades) were asked to complete self-administered questionnaires. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS statistical package for structural Equation Modeling. Study results were as follows: Structural equation models in adolescents` drinking behavior were explored. Alcohol expectancies and drinking refusal self-efficacy were proved to have significant mediating effect. The indirect effect of sensation seeking and peer confirmity factors by alcohol expectancies and drinking refusal self-efficacy was supported, and parental management by drinking refusal self-efficacy was supported. Drinking refusal self-efficacy had a significantly direct effect on drinking behavior. Alcohol expectancies showed significantly a direct effect on drinking behavior as well as indirect effect by alcohol expectancies. Mediating effects of alcohol expectancies and alcohol expectancies were supported, and the fitness of the model was good. These results reinforced an important of understanding adolescents`s drinking with related factors which involves sensation seeking, peer confirmity, parental management, and cognitive factors. Moreover, the study reconfirmed the necessity for developing preventive programs of adolescents` drinking based on the social learning theory. In addition, they should include alcohol expectancies and drinking refusal self-efficacy elements in these programs.
