초등학교의 분산적 지도성, 교사 임파워먼트, 학교조직 효과성 간의 구조관계

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to explore the structural relationship among distributed leadership, teachers' empowerment, and school organizational effectiveness. For this purpose, 250 sample responses of elementary school teachers from Seoul were analyzed to verify the validity and reliability of the preliminary measurements. The final measurements for 24 distributed leadership, 24 teachers' empowerment, and 19 school organizational effectiveness questions were constructed according to the exploratory factor analysis on the selected questions. A total of 965 persons were finally selected as the research subjects, except for the data whose contents of responses were faithless or which were responded by certain rules, not by respondents' thoughts.
As a result, this study proved male teachers, higher career teachers who worked for more than 20 years, and more than 43 classes have relatively high acquisition on the distributed leadership, teachers' empowerment, and school organizational effectiveness. Secondly, the distributed leadership affected the teachers' empowerment, and school organizational effectiveness. This relates to the fact that the teachers' empowerment directly affected the school organizational effectiveness. Thirdly, it was observed that distributed leadership and teachers' empowerment positively affected the organizational effectiveness. It was also shown that distributed leadership had a direct affect in school organizational effectiveness.
