에니어그램 프로그램이 가정폭력전문상담원의 임파워먼트에 미치는 효과 = A Study on the Effects of Enneagram Programs on the Professional Domestic Violence Counselors Empowerment

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to introduce enneagram programs developed to empower the professional domestic violence counselors and evaluate their effectiveness and utility after the implementation. Based on the literature review of the concept and effect of empowerment and the use of enneagram for empowerment, a program was designed and implemented. The program was applied to twelve domestic violence professionals for eleven(2hours/session) sessions. The pre and post comparative analysis showed the effects of enneagram programs. Also, program participant`s evaluation was performed. As a result, the experimental group`s counselors experiencing the program showed statistically significant improvement in empowerment including self-empowerment, organizational member`s empowerment, and client-changing empowerment than the control group`s. The result of participant`s evaluation also reinforced the effectiveness of the program. Based on this result, it has been inferred that this program can produce positive effect also on the relationship with clients through its contribution to counselors` empowerment. This paper is significant in that it proposes the possibility of using the program for reeducation or training to improve the professional domestic violence counselors` speciality at the actual spots that are diversified and subdivided as in today`s society.
