경기 북부지역의 미용복지 봉사활동 활성화 방안 = The Activating Scheme of Beauty Welfare Volunteering on the Northern Gyeonggi-do

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

For this research, there are several factors to be discussed and analyzed. First, researcher found the logical groundwork that shows how the activation of beauty service affect the improvement of local social welfare service. Second, researcher mainly analyzed the beauty service activities in social welfare sector regarding beauty service activities and voluntary service activities in social welfare facilities in Northern part of Kyunggi province based on these ground works to activate the beauty services. Third, researcher tried to set up the program which improve beauty service in local social welfare and set the modal of partnership. Finally, researcher put the primary factors in order which affect the local social welfare in the standpoint of beauty service and synthesize the relationship between the beauty service activities and voluntary activities. Felt in shortage of data and materials, researcher also has interviewed people in charge and NGO and social care- givers and takers. And in order to study the status of satisfaction, x2 (Chi-square) test and Frequency analysis were carried out. These followings are schemes that possibly activate beauty services activities. First we need to have the professional practical education program and improve our qualification. Second, we need to develop program that deals with makeup and substitute beauty therapy in caring beauty services.
