社會福祉 自願奉仕活動의 活性化 方案에 관한 硏究 = (A) Study on improving of voluntary activity in social welfare area

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study on improving of voluntary activity which is focused on social welfare area are summarized as follows.
In the beginning, I exhibited the object, the range, the way on this study.
As theoretical background, first of all, I defined voluntary activity. And I examined characteristics of voluntary activity. And then, I listed the types of voluntary activity.; pupil and juvenile, the elder, handicapped person, women, community.
Lastly, I examined sociological theory which is related voluntary activity.; motivation theory, and theory which is focused on management of volunteers.
To analysis of real condition of voluntary activity which is focused on social welfare area, I examined precedent studies and used secondary data which is related voluntary activity.
Firstly, I examined voluntary activity which is focused on social welfare.; the present condition of voluntary support center, the present condition of volunteers, the real condition of education of volunteers, the present condition of certification of voluntary activity, volunteer programs.
From the analysis, I raised the problem of voluntary activity which is focused on social welfare systems in korea.; imperfection of laws and systems of voluntary activity, lack of public relations and programs, lack of management systems of voluntary activity, lack of education which is related voluntary activity. And then, I suggested countermeasure of voluntary activity about social welfare area in korea.. These are as follows:
Firstly, We, social members must concern establishment laws and exclusive responsibility organization about voluntary activity.
Secondly, We must enhance publicity activities of voluntary activity, and develop programs which is related voluntary activity.; reinforcement of public relations of voluntary activity, development and replenishment of voluntary programs.
Thirdly, it is necessary to support of voluntary activity.; enforcement of education and appropriate disposition, certification of volunteers and settlement of compensation systems.
Lastly, it is necessary to magnify certification management of voluntary activity.
As a conclusion, I exhibited the conclusion on this study. And I sumarized this study.
