        It is reported that flexural strength of lightweight concrete beams is simillar to that of normal weight concrete beams, but shear strength is not. The shear characteristics of lightweight concrete beams are low shear strength and sudden failure of concrete. To evaluate the shear strength of lightweight concrete beams, it is needed to investigate the effects of amin parameters on shear strength of beams. In this paper, main objective is to study shear strength of lightweight concrete beams, especially the relationships of shear strength and shear span to depth ratio, longitudinal reinforcement ratio. To achieve the relationships of parameters and shear strength of lightweight concrete beams, 6 specimens were tested. The result of this study indicate that shear strength of lightweight concrete beams are3 largely depended on shear span to depth ratio and longitudinal reinforcement ratio.

      • 외란 추정에 의한 모터의 Robust 제어

        A first analog state observer, which is suitable for servo motor drive, was employed to suppression control of the impact drop disturbance. The main advantage of the implementation is that a fast response disturbance estimation is obtained using both the detected motoe current and the motor speed. When the load changes abruptly, a speed control system executes the torque control by adding the estimated disturbance prior to the corrective action of the speed controller. As a result, a speed fluctuation can be suppressed. This implementation was experementally verified by applying DC servo motor system.

        In part II, the process control methods of sizing machine were studied as follows. 1. It is current circumstances that most of factories cannot control the mixture of sizing agent ratlionally because of the many defects of installations. It is necessary to repair these defect as soon possible and the time and temperature control in the cooker should be more emphasized. 2. The important point of the process control of the size box is the temperature, concentration and viscosity of the sizing solution. If the process control of the high pressure squeeze roller which is one of the problems these days could be kept strictly, it can be reduced the ratio of the absorbed amount of the size, energy and it is possible to get the higher productivity of the weaving process. 3. The most important process control of the sizing machine is tension and draft control. It is easy to neglet these tension and draft control because of learning towards the emphasis of the importance of the productivity of the sizing machine. If they are neglected, it resulrts in bad effect on the yarn quality or the fabric quality. 4. About the energy saving or prevention of the environmental pollution which became a social recently, they ahould have more careful management and research and development should be more invested in the aspect of economics.

      • 절삭과정에서 발생하는 동절삭력 해석

        On the assumption that a cutting system is a closed-loop system, a new method of analysis of the dynamic behavior in the cutting process is proposed. The dynamic cutting force models, which express the dynamic cutting force and the relative motions between tool and workpiece, are assumed to be a zero order system and first order system. The cutting stiffness force, cutting process damping force and dynamic cutting force and investigated theoretically and experimentally. The results are as foolows; (1) The first order system is adequate to the dynamic cutting force model. The influence of the cutting stiffness force on the dynamic force component is more dominent than that of the cutting process damping force. (2) Most of the dynamic force components are originated from relative displacements and phase difference between cutting tool and workpiece near natural frequency of the cutting system. (3) When the ratios of the cutting stiffness force and cutting process damping force are similar, the dynamic force components show minimum.

      • Peter Eisenman의 해체주의이론과 작품에 관한 연구

        Deconstruction in relatively short time gained currency and public prominence. It created a stir on the main stream of 20th century architecture, which reflected changes in the literature and philosophy. Jacques Derrida's notions of critical 'deconstruction and difference' have been translated into the architectural substances. The movement in architecture has been developed by several architects such as Peter Eisenman et al. Peter Eisenman is the architect who develops logical theories that change idealogical selection. He seeks most logical essential qualities in architecture. His architectural works are expressed in two types. The one is that the performance of conceptual theories is one of his type of architectural work. The pther is the endowment of suitable theories to the circumstances after converting classical vocabulary into that of contemporary architecture.

      • Kinematic Wave 모델에 의한 河川流域의 水理學的 洪水追跡에 관한 硏究

        The purpose of this study is to develop a suitable hydraulic flood routing algorithm in river basin. The Kinematic wave model is analyzed for the hydraulic flood routing and the solution of it is obtained by an analytical or a numerical solution. The analytical solution limits at the actual application for a limited hypothesis. The numerical solution analyzes the explicit or the implicit method as a finite difference scheme, needs a many calculation time. Therefore, the hybird method which is obtained by adjusting the faults of the analytical or the numerical methods analyzes a flood routing in river basin. And the results shows that the hybird method is a suitable flood routing model in river basin.

      • 패드의 탄성 변형을 고려한 틸팅 패드 트러스트 베어링의 근사 열유 체윤활 해석에 관한 연구

        The thermohydrodynamic analysis of tilting pad thrust bearing is studied with the consideration of elastic effect of pad. Reynolds equation, deflection equation and energy equation are solved simultaneusly with the boundary conditions. Reynolds equation is modified as the approximate form for fast calculation. Pad is supported by the line pivot and considered as the flat plate. Effect of pad thickness on the performance of the tilting pad thrust bearing is emphasized and the characteristics of rigid pad and elastic pad are compared.

      • 耐故障 시스템을 위한 스위치 構造의 設計

        In this paper, we suggested a reconfigurable and fault recoverable switch structure which constructed using 2×2 path selector switchs. This switch structure enables the system controller to substitute a faulty core or spare processor with other normal spare processors. It has an inherent fault-tolerant feature which can effectively counter measure failure of a switch or a switch module. Using the check bus that is supported in this switch structure, the system controller can determine whether the processor's failure is transient or permanent. If the failure is transient, the reliability of the system is significantly increased because the system controller can effectively recover the processor rather than taking it off-line permanently. This switch structure also has an energy saving feature which can power off unused or faulty switch module and still enables it to perform simple bus transfer functions.

      • 수성가스 전화반응의 속도론적 연구

        The kinetics of the water-gas shift reaction over an industrial catalyst(ICI 53-1) was investigated at temperatures 180∼240℃ under atmospheric pressure in tubular type flow reactor. The experiments were performed by varying the inlet partial pressure of carbon monoxide, water, carbon dioxide and hydrogen. A number of representative rate equations reported in the literature were discriminated, and it was found that the power-law type and Eley-Rideal rate expressions could adequately describe the reaction behavior for the temperature and partial pressure ranges investigated. The following two rate equations were obtained: r=5.62×10⁴exp(-10760/RT)?? ??(1-β) for the power law type, and r= 1.85×?? exp(-10820/RT) Pco?(1-β)/(1+5 Pco) for the Eley-Rideal type, where β=?? PH₂/(Keq Pco PH₂), and pressures are in atm. A reaction mechanism based on the kinetic study results was discussed.

      • 기상화학반응법에 의한 안티몬 도우프 산화주석 미분체의 합성 및 분체특성

        By the chemical vapor deposition method, the preparation and powder characterization of antimony-doped stannic oxide powder were carried out And the effects of reaction temperature and the amount of antimony addition were investigated on antimony dopping amount, particle size and shape. The products were identified as antimony-doped stannic oxide blue in color. The size of antimony doped stannic oxide powder became smaller than the pure stannic oxide and decreased with the increasing of reaction temperature. The dopping amount and particle size showed a little change with the amount of antimony addition but the antimony dopping amount increased with the increasing of reaction temperature.
