무용예술의 페미니즘적 논의에 대한 연구 : 국내 연구를 중심으로

계몽주의 시대에 태동한 페미니즘은 여성의 권리와 인격을 보장하여 진정한 남녀(인간)평등을 구현하고자 하는 움직임이다. 지난 세기동안 페미니즘 운동은 질적·양적 성장을 거치며 그 목표를 이루려 많은 노력을 기울였다. 그러한 노력들 중에서 예술학도인 우리가 주목해야 할 것은 문화와 예술에 대한 페미니즘 운동일 것이다. 페미니즘 문화·예술 운동가들은 가부장적인 사회에서 생성된 문화와 예술에서, 여성이 어떤 식으로 착취당하고 억눌려 있는지를 밝혀내고 그 문제에 대한 대안을 제시한다. 따라서 가부장적 사회에서 생성된 무용예술도 이러한 관점으로 조명해 보면 그 속에서 일어나는 성불평등의 양상을 식별해내고 이해할 수 있다. 이렇게 페미니즘적 관점으로 무용예술을 연구함으로써 무용예술에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓힐수 있고, 무용예술의 창조적 작업에도 도움을 줄 수 있다. 본 논문은 무용예술에 대한 페미니즘적 연구 중 국내의 논의를 중심으로 조망해보고자 했다. 무용예술에 대한 페미니즘적 연구에 대한 국내의 논의는 크게 네 가지로 분류할 수 있었다. 첫째로 무용에 대한 개괄적 논의와 무용사에 대한 논의들이다. 셋째로 무용가와 그 작품에 대한 논의와 넷째로 미국의 현대무용에 관한 논의가 있었다. 본 논문에서는 국내의 이러한 논의의 전개 상황을 살핌으로써, 그동안의 성과에 주목함과 동시에 앞으로 있을 무용예술에 대한 페미니즘적인 연구에 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

한국사회 발레의 위상제고에 있어 명문학교의 역할 : 1950~60년대를 중심으로

This study regarded prestigious schools as one of the main actors in changing the status of dance in Korean society and examined their social significance. Extensive literature review of the study revealed that Korea's prestigious schools have taken the lead in ballet, which was considered a special activity of elite students. Moreover, dance education, which had been a part of bridal education for young women in the past Korean society, has gradually been transformed into professional art education with efforts of dance department in the prestigious women's universities to improve the quality of dance. Given that prestigious schools have led the ideal of dance education, the idea of taste culture theory that elite group has affinity with high culture is applicable to Korean art.

During the three years after the establishment of the cultural district management plan for Seocho Music Culture District in 2019, various gaps occurred in each stakeholder and process stage due to environmental changes such as policy environment and social environment. This study conducted three gap analyses as an exploratory study to analyze the cultural district. The development of a more systematic and integrated methodology is required through follow-up research. It is expected that the application of the gap analysis methodology to respond to uncertain environmental changes and manage differences will be further developed in the field of art management in the future.

무용전공 대학생의 자아개념 향상을 위한 무용 건강 (Dance Wellness) 교육프로그램 연구

This study began with the concerns of major students, observed changes by conducting a dance health education program to improve self-concept, and the purpose of this study is to pursue the integrated health of dance majors in the physical, psychological, and social fields.As a result of the study of the Dance Health Education Program for Improving Self-Concept, first, active interaction through feedback and content on career exploration in the existing program was applied. Second, various reactions and changes of college students majoring in dance appeared during the program. Third, cooperative interactions were implemented through feedback from teachers and students, mentors and students, students and students, and teachers and mentors. Dance wellness education programs for college students majoring in dance to improve self-concept should continue to develop into contents that reflect the needs of students. To this end, this study proposed the need for changes in the curriculum.
