서울대학교를 대학원 중심의 연구 기능을 강화하는 체제로 개편하기 위한 논의가 진행되고 있는 현재의 시점에서 서울대학교 심리학과의 교과과정을 검토해보고 보다 효율적인 교과과정 안을 준비해둘 필요성이 생겼다. 이에 따라 심리학과 내에 이를 검토하기 위한 연구팀을 구성하였으며, 이 글은 이 연구팀의 1차 활동 결과를 정리한 것이다. 연구팀은 우선 미국의 심리학과 가운데 일정한 기준에 의해서 상위로 평가되는 학과들과 서울대학교 심리학과와 규모 면에서 비슷한 학과들을 대상으로 교과과정의 특징을 조사하였다. 이렇게 하여 얻어진 자료를 토대로 서울대학교 심리학과의 교과과정을 위한 세 종류의 모델을 제안하였다.

본 논문은 노동조합에 대한 심리학적 연구가 매우 필요한 현 시점에서, 노동조합과 조합원간의 관계를 보다 심층적으로 이해하기 위해 심리적 계약(psychological contract)의 개념을 적용하는 접근방법이 유용함을 주장하고자 하였다. 두 당사자간의 상호의무에 대한 신념으로, 제반 조직현상을 이해하는 데에 매우 유용한 개념적 틀로 입증되어 왔던 심리적 계약의 세 가지 대표적 특징인 상호의무, 가변성, 주관성이 노조와 노조원간의 상호의무 인식에서도 존재한다고 보았다. 그리고 노조의 의무가, 조합원들이 원하는 결과물을 회사를 통해 얻어내야 하는 의무인 '도구적 의무', 노조가 조직을 운영하는 데에 이행해야 할 의무인 '노조 운영상의 의무', 그리고 노조의 정체성과 관련된, 노조의 외부지향적 의무들인 '가치 실현적 의무'로 구분 될 것으로 보았다. 마지막으로, 노조장면에서의 심리적 계약 연구가 지니는 이론적, 실용적 시사점과 추후연구에 대해 논의 하였다. The main objective of this research paper is to suggest that the concept of psychological contract could be useful in studying the relationship between union and its members. Psychological contract is defined as mutual obligation between the two parties and has been viewed as an useful explanatory framework for understanding the employment relationship. Psychological contract has three characteristics; mutual obligation, changeableness and subjectiveness, which, we argue, also exists between two parties in trade union setting. We suggest that union's obligations can be categorized into three components: 'instrumental obligations' to obtain desirable outputs from the company, 'managerial obligations' to manage union well, and 'ideological obligations', which are external and related with the identity of the union. Finally, the theoretical and practical implication of this research paper were discussed and several direction for future research were also suggested.

독일의 통일은 앞으로 다가올 통일한국에 대해 시사하는 바가 크다. 독일은 정치ㆍ경제적으로 통일을 이루었으나 심리ㆍ정서적인 통일을 이루지 못하고 있다. 통일을 논의하는 과정에서 심리ㆍ정서적인 통일에 대해 충분히 준비하여야 한다. 심리ㆍ정서적인 면에서 통일의 저해요인을 남한사회에서의 적색공포와 북한사회에서의 집단적개심으로 보고 분석하였다. 통일한국이 이루어졌을 때 예상되는 심리학적 문제로 사회적 갈등과 적응의 문제를 다루었다. 사회적 갈등은 이데올로기, 집단, 가치관의 갈등으로 나누었고 적응은 심리적 적응과 문화적 적응으로 나누었다. 또한 심리적 이질화를 분석하고 심리적 동질성 회복에 대안을 마련하여 통일한국에서의 심리적 화합에 대한 제언을 하였다. The unification of Eastern Germany and Western Germany is very suggestive to Korea to be unified. Germany has meaningfully unified in political and economic aspects, but has not unified in psychological and emotional aspects. The consideration about unification of psychological and emotional aspects must be fully included to the process discussing the unification in Korea. In psychological and emotional aspects, this study analyzed two main obstacles, that is, red complex in South Korea and collective hostility in North Korea. This study also discussed about social conflicts and problems of adaptation to be derived form psychological problems in Korea to be unified. Social conflicts were classified into three kinds: ideologies, groups, values, and problems of adaptation were classified into two kinds: psychological adaptation and cultural adaptation. Finally, this study analyzed psychological heterogeneity and made suggestions for psychological reconciliation based on an alternative idea for recovering psychological homogeneity in Korea to be unified.

예술심리학'은 Vygotsky의 초기 저술이다. 이 책에서 Vygotsky는 당대의 예술 심리학이 두 조류인 하향적 형이상학과 상향적 실험미학을 다같이 비판하고 객관적-분석적 방법론과 사회 심리학에 기반을 둔 예술 심리학의 수립을 제의하였다. 그에 따르면 예술의 심리적 효과는 형식과 내용의 갈등에서 비롯되는 정서적 정화이며 예술은 유기체와 환경간에 균형을 수립하는 중추적인 사회활동이다. Vygotsky의 '예술 심리학'은 아직도 실험미학과 정신분석학에 주로 의존하는 예술 심리학의 정체확립에 중요한 아이디어를 제공한다. The Psychology of Art' is an early work by a Russian psychologist, L. S. Vygotsky. In this book Vygotsky criticized both metaphysics from above and experimental aesthetics from below which were the two mainstreams of the psychology of art at his time, and proposed the psychology of art based on the objective-analytic method and social psychology. According to him, the psychological effect of art is an affective catharsis which is evoked by the conflict between its form and content, and art is a central social activity which balances an organism and the environment. 'The Psychology of Art' provides important ideas for the establishment of the identity of the psychology of art which still depends on experimental aesthetics and psychoanalysis.
