본 연구에서는 많은 반향을 가져올 수 있고 관계자들간에 상당히 이해가 상충될 수 있는 버스노 선 조정에 대해 분석적이고 논리적인 접근을 시도해 보았다. 또한, 본 연구를 통해서, 특히 버스노선의 선택을 공공에서 하여야 하냐? 아니면 민간의 서비스 공급계획을 공공에서 수동적으로 수용하여야 하느냐? 어느 것이 바람직한 것인가를 객관적으로 판단할 수 있는 중요한 계기를 만들고자 하였다.
Morphology-controllable 3D flower-like TiO2 for UV shielding application

Calliandra like rutile TiO2 hierarchical microspheres with different diameters were successfully preparedby hydrothermal method via altering reaction time. All these as synthesized unique hierarchicalmicrospheres displayed higher UV shielding capability compared with commercial P25 and anataseTiO2. Noticeably, the UV shielding efficiency of these microspheres had a close relation to their diametersand packing density of constituted nanorods. The S-24h-C sample exhibited the highest UV shieldingefficiency, which could not only block all UV light below 400 nm but also show poor photocatalyticactivity under UV light radiation, indicating its great applied potential in UV-blocking materials.

Large-size graphene samples are successfully prepared by combining ultrosonic assisted liquid phase exfoliation process with oxidation-deoxidation method. Different from previous works, we used an ultrasound-treated expanded graphite as the raw material and prepared the graphene via a facile oxidation-reduction reaction. Results of X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy confirm the crystal structure of the as-prepared graphene. Scanning electron microscopy images show that this kind of graphene has a large size (with a diameter over 100 μm), larger than the graphene from graphite powder and flake graphite prepared through single oxidation-deoxidation method. Transmission electron microscopy results also reveal the thin layers of the prepared graphene (number of layers ≤3). Furthermore, the importance of preprocessing the raw materials is also proven. Therefore, this method is an attractive way for preparing graphene with large size.

Metal organic frameworks (MOFs), as a popular porous coordination polymer material, has the advantagesof controllable synthesis process, high specific surface area, high porosity and so on. In recent years,MOFs has been widely used in adsorption, separation, sensing, catalysis, environmental energy and otherfields. However, due to its weak conductivity, poor stability, and limited charge transfer, its practicalapplication is often limited. Quantum dots (QDs), a semiconductor nanocrystalline material with excellentsize tunability and fascinating electronic properties, are widely used in biosensing and photocatalysis. However, they have the disadvantages of poor luminescence stability and easy aggregation. Theconstruction of metal–organic framework and quantum dot composites (MOF@QDs) is expected toaddress the shortcomings of single materials through synergistic interactions and promote further developmentin more research areas. In this review, we mainly discuss the main synthesis strategies and characterizationmethods of MOF@QDs composite materials, and summarize the latest research progress indifferent research directions. Finally, we provide an outlook on the challenges and issues of MOF@QDsstill facing. It is hoped that this article will be of help to relevant research workers.

We reported a new one-pot method to synthesize Cu incorporated ZSM-5 with ethylene diaminetetraacetic acid copper disodium salt hydrate (EDTA-Cu) as copper source by a hydrothermal process. Theobtained isomorphous substituted Cu-ZSM-5 exhibits more excellent reactivity for selective catalyticreduction of NOx by NH3 with long term stability than their conventional copper impregnatedcounterparts. The results indicate that the tetracoordinated Cu species in the ZSM-5 frameworks havesuperior catalytic properties than the Cu species existed outside the ZSM-5 zeolites frameworks. Thenovel ammonium salt complex method was used for thefirst time to synthesize the metal-ZSM-5 molecular sieves.

A novel kind of self-assembled graphene quantum dots-Co3O4 (GQDs-Co3O4) nanocomposite was successfully manufactured through a hydrothermal approach and used as an extremely effectual oxygen evolution reaction (OER) electrocatalyst. The characterization of morphology with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) showed that Co3O4 nanosheets combined with graphene quantum dots (GQDs) had a new type of hexagonal lamellar selfassembly structure. The GQDs-Co3O4 electrocatalyst showed enhanced electrochemical catalytic properties in an alkaline solution. The start potential of the OER was 0.543 V (vs SCE) in 1 M KOH solution, and 0.577 V (vs SCE) in 0.1 M KOH solution correspondingly. The current density of 10 mA cm? 2 had been attained at the overpotential of 321 mV in 1 M KOH solution and 450 mV in 0.1 M KOH solution. Furthermore, the current density can reach 171 mA cm? 2 in 1 M KOH solution and 21.4 mA cm? 2 in 0.1 M KOH solution at 0.8 V. Moreover, the GQDs-Co3O4 nanocomposite also maintained an ideal constancy in an alkaline solution with only a small deterioration of the activity (7%) compared with the original value after repeating potential cycling for 1000 cycles.
