Cooperative Optimization of Bus-Subway-Shared Bicycle Based on Uncertainty Theory
Yunqiang Xue,Tong He,Xiangming Yao,Bing Zhang,Hongzhi Guan,Yang Qiu 대한토목학회 2024 KSCE Journal of Civil Engineering Vol.28 No.4
This research considered the uncertainty of the operation time of shared bicycle, constructed the urban coupling network, and established the optimization model for the cooperative operation of conventional buses, subways and shared bikes. In the programming model, the optimization objective is to minimize the total travel time of passengers, and by optimizing and adjusting the departure intervals of conventional buses and subways as well as the stopping time of vehicles, the travel efficiency of passengers is improved. The interchange cooperative system composed of Nanchang Metro Line 1 and Bus 520 and the surrounding shared bicycle concentration area was taken as the case study. According to the optimization results, the passenger waiting time, passenger transfer time, and total passenger on-board time are effectively reduced by 21.5%, 23.2%, and 7.37%; ultimately, the total travel time is reduced by 8.2% at a confidence level of 95%. Case analyses show that the conventional bus stopping time has the greatest impact on the total travel time of the passengers as compared to the other variables. The research is of positive practical significance for promoting the efficient and coordinated development of urban transportation networks and facilitating the travel of residents.
Evolutionary Game Model of Private Capital Investment in Urban Public Transportation
Yunqiang Xue,Hongzhi Guan,Jonathan Corey,Heng Wei 대한토목학회 2018 KSCE JOURNAL OF CIVIL ENGINEERING Vol.22 No.9
To address the previous researches’ shortcomings on private capital investment in public transportation, a new private capital investment method in public transportation considering passenger value is proposed. An Evolutionary Game Model (EGM) is constructed to quantify the impacts of private capital investment. Evolutionary Game Theory (EGT) supposes players are bounded rational; therefore EGM is more in accordance with the real situation. Jinan city is detailed as a case study to show how public and private sectors change their strategies. Model results show that the proposed investment strategy is superior to the traditional one and is evolutionary stable, thus the strategy should be encouraged. The EGM established in this paper provides a quantitative analysis tool for administrators and researchers to guide investment strategies of private capital in public transportation and lays the foundation for further research.

The testis-enriched genes ZNF230/Znf230 arelocated on human chromosome 11p15/mouse chromosome7 near conserved imprinting control regions. Typical CpGislands (CGIs) extend from the promoter to the first exon ineach of these genes. To investigate the correlation betweenthe methylation status of the above CGIs and the expressionpatterns of the two genes, we performed bisulfitegenomic sequencing of genomic DNA from human andmouse tissues and cells. The results showed that the CGIsof ZNF230/Znf230 were completely unmethylated in allselected tissues and cells, regardless of the expressionlevels of the two genes. Further experiments using Znf230-second-exon-knockout mice to investigate the imprintingstatus of Znf230 showed that its expression was notaffected by genomic imprinting. However, an in vitromethylation assay illustrated that the methylation of theseCpG sites could repress the expression of the luciferasereporter gene. Furthermore, chromatin immunoprecipitationwith anti-Specificity protein 1 (Sp1) antibody showedthat Sp1 could bind to the CGIs in the ZNF230/Znf230gene promoter. Thus, we propose that the unmethylatedstate of ZNF230/Znf230 CGIs may be a prerequisite fortheir expression but not sufficient for their abundantexpression in the testis, and that Sp1 binding may be onefactor involved in preserving the methylation-free state ofZNF230/Znf230 CGIs.

The onset, severity, and ultimate outcome of malaria infection are influenced by parasite-expressed virulence factors as well as by individual host responses to these determinants. In both humans and mice, liver injury follows parasite entry, persisting to the erythrocytic stage in the case of infection with the fatal strain of Plasmodium falciparum. Hepatic nuclear factor (HNF)-1α is a master regulator of not only the liver damage and adaptive responses but also diverse metabolic functions. In this study, we analyzed the expression of host HNF-1α in relation to malaria infection and evaluated its interaction with the 5´-untranslated region of subtilisin-like protease 2 (subtilase, Sub2). Recombinant human HNF-1α expressed by a lentiviral vector (LV HNF-1α) was introduced into mice. Interestingly, differences in the activity of the 5´-untranslated region of the Pf-Sub2 promoter were detected in 293T cells, and LV HNF-1α was observed to influence promoter activity, suggesting that host HNF-1α interacts with the Sub2 gene.
Robust Fuzzy Varying Coefficient Regression Analysis with Crisp Inputs and Gaussian Fuzzy Output
Zhihui Yang,Yunqiang Yin 한국정보과학회 2013 Journal of Computing Science and Engineering Vol.7 No.4
This study presents a fuzzy varying coefficient regression model after deleting the outliers to improve the feasibility and effectiveness of the fuzzy regression model. The objective of our methodology is to allow the fuzzy regression coefficients to vary with a covariate, and simultaneously avoid the impact of data contaminated by outliers. In this paper, fuzzy regression coefficients are represented by Gaussian fuzzy numbers. We also formulate suitable goodness of fit to evaluate the performance of the proposed methodology. An example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of our methodology.
Interval-valued fuzzy h-ideals of $\Gamma$-hemirings
Xinhe Lin,Yunqiang Yin 원광대학교 기초자연과학연구소 2011 ANNALS OF FUZZY MATHEMATICS AND INFORMATICS Vol.1 No.1
This paper introduces the concept of interval-valued fuzzyleft (resp. right) h-ideals of $\Gamma$-hemirings and investigates some relatedproperties. It is shown that the set of all interval-valued fuzzy left h-idealswith the same tip forms a complete lattice. The characterization of hhemiregular$\Gamma$-hemirings in terms of interval-valued fuzzy left h-ideals andinterval-valued fuzzy right h-ideals is also studied.

Use of GIS in the Numerical Emulation of the Fissure-Karster Water and the Optimum of Seepage Field
Huili, Gong,Wenji, Zhao,Yunqiang, Zhu 대한원격탐사학회 2001 International Symposium on Remote Sensing Vol.17 No.1
GTS represents the spatial features of the seepage field, while the numerical emulation models of the fissure-karst water is concerned with the flow of water and the flow of groundwater environment. In many cases, the numerical emulation models of the fissure-karst water assume uniform spatial properties or allow for small numbers of spatial subunits within which properties are uniform. GIS offers the potential to increase the degree of definition of spatial subunits, in number and in descriptive detail. To utilize these abilities, the conditions of hydrogeology are analyzed in the Zhuliu area, and the numerical emulation models of the fissure-karat water are built . The groundwater flow is emulated with the seepage model of heterogeneity anti-isotope. The partial differential equations are solved with finite difference scheme of irregular triangle net. Firstly, the inverse problem is solved for parameters calculating; then the positive problem is solved to calculate groundwater resources. By optimal control seepage field of the groundwater, the optimal exploitation quantity in overall research area cats be obtained.
