참다래의 친환경재배를 위한 과숙썩음병원균에 대한 길항성 방선균 #120의 선발 및 분리

전남 서남부지역의 참다래 과수원에서 발생하는 과숙썩음병원균(fruit rot, Botryosphaeria dothidea)에 대한 항균작용이 우수한 세균성 균주를 선발하기 위하여 참대래 과수원 토양으로부터 단일균주를 분리하였으며, 과숙썩음병원균(Botryosphaeria dothidea)에 대한 생물적 제어 능력을 검정하고 균주 동정을 실시하였다. 참다래 과수원에서 분리한 총 250여종의 단일균주 중에서 참다래에서 발생하는 과숙썩음병원균에 대하여 길항작용이 우수한 균주를 1차적으로 6종 선발하였고, 이 중에서 참다래 과숙썩음병원균에 대하여 길항 작용이 96.0% 정도로 우수한 Strain #120을 최종적으로 선발하였다. 길항균#120의 포자배열은 rectiflexibles 하였고, 포자표면은 smooth형이었으며, 분리균 세포벽내 LL-type이 DAP를 갖는 wall chemotype I이었다. 길항균 #120의 균주 형태학적 특성, 생리 생화학적 그리고 화학 분류학적 특성 등을 종합하여 볼 때 길항균 #120은 Streptomyces sp. #120으로 동정되었다. This study was carried out to clarify the effects of antifungal Streptomyces sp. isolated from the soil grown kiwifruit on the growth inhibition of fruit rot (Botryosphaeria dothidea) infected in kiwi fruit plants in the southwestern districts of Jeonnam. Two hundred and fifty microorganisms were isolated and examined into the antifungal activity against Botryosphaeria dothidea. We screened and isolated six bacterial strains which have a strong inhibition against Botryosphaeria dothidea. And the best antifungal strain designated as the strain #120 showing 96.0% antifungal activity against Botryosphaeria dothidea was finally selected. The strain #120 was identified as Streptomyces sp. #120 based on its morphological,physiological,biochemical and chemotaxonomic characteristics.

In Box-Cultivaition of Pleurotus ostreatus with waste cotton, we investigated several types of cultivating conditions. The mycelium grew faster in waste cotton medium campared to the sawdust medium. The nutritional supplements to the waste cotton media appeared to be unfavorable for mycelial growth but didn't make any difference for the primodia formation. In case of the yield of fruit body, the waste cotton medium supplemented with 10% of rice bran showed the highest yield, 2401g, followed by the medium supplemented with 20% of wheat hull, 2323g. The medium supplemented with 20% of rice bran yielded 2074g. In general the nutritional supplements had considerable effects on fruit body yield. The covering film also affected on mycelial growth and the yield. Polyethylene vinyl was better than polypropylene vinyl. The optimum quantity of the medium for the box appeared to be 14kg. In conclusion, 14kg of the waste cotton medium, supplemented with 10% of rice bran and covered with polyethylene vinyl were the optimum conditions for the box cultivation.

The pantograph for Korean High Speed Train was developed by home-grown technology. In this study, test and evaluation of the current collection performance of the pantograph is conducted. For this purpose, a measuring system is developed and installed on the prototype high speed train. Measurement is conducted while the train runs on the test track. The measuring system is composed of video monitoring system and telemetry & data processing system. It monitors the hazard behavior of the pantograph and measures acceleration and vertical force of the pan head. By applying the measuring system, accurate evaluation of the performance of the pantograph and safety assessment of the interface system of pantograph and catenary is facilitated.
미나리추출물이 사염화탄소에 의한 마우스 간손상에 미치는 영향

미나리의 해독작용 기전을 구명하기 위하여 미나리 n-butanol추출분획을 실험동물에 전처치한 다음, 간독 소인 사염화탄소를 투여하고 급성 간손상의 정도를 확인함과 동시에 조직손상과 관련된 free radical 생성계 및 해독계효소의 활성에 미치는 영향을 검토하였다. 사염화탄소를 투여하였을 때 혈청 ALT 활성 및 간조직과산화지질의 함량이 대조군에 비하여 현저히 증가되었으나, 미나리추출물을 전처치하므로서 증가현상이 유의하게 억제되었다. 한편 미나리추출물 (50㎎/㎏)을 실험동물에 투여하였을 때, 간조직의 free radical 생성계 효소인 aniline hydroxylase의 활성 및 free radical 해독계 효소인 catalase 및 glutathione S-transferase의 활성과 간조직 glutathione의 함량은 유의한 변동을 나타내지 않았다. 그러나 free radical 생성계 효소의 일종인 간조직 xanthine oxidase의 활성은 미나리추출물의 투여량과 투여기간에 반비례하여 감소되었으며, 50㎎/㎏ 및 5일간 투여군에서 유의한 억제현상을 관찰할 수 있었다. 시험관내에 미나리 추출물의 첨가농도를 증가시켜가면서 간조직 xanthine oxidase의 활성을 측정하였을 때 효소의 활성은 변동이 없었다. 이상의 실험성적들을 종합해 볼 때, 미나리 n-butanol 추출분획은 free radical 생성계 효소인 간조직 xanthine oxidase의 활성을 조절하므로서 사염화탄소에 의한 간손상을 보호해줄 것으로 사료되어진다. The present work was undertaken to investigate the protective mechanism of Oenanthe javanica n-butanol extract on the carbon tetrachloride-induced hepatotoxicity in mice. It was observed that a striking enhancement of serum alanine aminotransferase and hepatic lipid peroxide content after carbon tetrachloride administration were markedly decreased by the pretreatment of Oenanthe javanica extract for 5 days. It was also observed that the hepatic aniline hydroxylase, catalase, glutathione S-transferase activity and glutathione content were not changed by the injection of Oenanthe javanica extract for 5 days. Whereas, hepatic xanthine oxidase activity was inhibited by the treatment of Oenanthe javanica extract for 5 days. After treatment with Oenanthe javanica extract, xanthine oxidase activity was decreased with dose and time-dependent manner as compared to control group. However, hepatic xanthine oxidase activity was not affected by the addition of Oenanthe javanica extract in vitro. These results suggest that the inhibition of hepatic xanthine oxidase activity by the injection of Oenanthe javanica extract is believed to be a possible protective mechanism for the carbon tetrachlorideinduced hepatotoxicity in mice.

The pantograph for Krean High Soeed Train was developed by home-grown technology. In this study, a system to measure the contact of pantograph is developed and installed on the prototype high speed train, Contact forct force prevents the pantohraph from separsting from the eatenary. However xecessive contact force causes rapid erosion ertenary. The contact can be divided into lift forcen and spring force. Conract force measurement is conducted while the train runs on the track The lift force is measured by the load cell on the roof stparately and combined with the spring force of pan-head to form the contact force. Measured results show that the contact force of the pantograph of Koreann High Speed Train is below the upper limit regulated by the high speed train standards. The contact force measuring system provides data to evaluate safety of the catenary system.
감차수국 추출물이 당뇨 유발 흰쥐의 혈당에 미치는 영향

The study was conducted to investigate the effects of Hydrangea macrophylla var. t1mnbergii extract on blood glucose and lipid concentrations in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats. Experimental groups were classified into six groups, that is, normal control(Con) group, streptozotocin control(CI) group, Hydrangea macrophylla var. thunbergii(C2) group, hydrangea macrophylla var. thunbergii(50%) + polygonatum odoratum(50%)(C3} group, hydrangea macrophylla var. thunbergii(50%} + Cassia tora(50%)(C4) group, hydrangea macrophylla var. thunbergii(50%) + polygonatum odoratum(25%) + Cassia tora(25%)(C5) group. The blood glucose of C2 and CS groups decreased from 3 weeks. During 6 weeks, the weight of Con group increased S2.93% and C I group decreased S9%. The weight of C2, C3, C4 and CS group \vas 12, 27, 24 and IS%, respectively. The C2 group decreased the fewest. In the CS group, high density lipoprotein(I-IDL) cholesterol(47.4 ± 2.7 mg/dl) decreased the fewest and the triglycerides (63.9 ± 5.2 mg/dl) increased the fewest. Total cholesterol concentration of C2 group(63.8 ± 8.1 mg/dl) was lower t11an the C I group. In conclusion, it seems that Hydrangea macrophylla var. thunbergii extract has an effect on blood glucose, triglycerides, liver function protection etc.
