Adaptive Fault Diagnosis and Active Tolerant Control for Wind Energy Conversion System

The fault mathematic model of the transmission part of wind energy conversion system (WECS) is established, and adaptive fault observer is constructed in the presence of unknown disturbance, it can detect the faults of the system, and estimate these faults. Then, based on fault observer, an active tolerant controller is designed to ensure the stability of the transmission part of WECS with fault .The simulation results of different type faults of generator show the effectiveness and feasibility of adaptive fault diagnosis methods.

<P>UV-induced cell pigmentation represents an important mechanism against skin cancers. Sun-exposed skin secretes alpha-MSH, which induces the lineage-specific transcriptional factor MITF and activates melanogenesis in melanocytes. Here, we show that the autophagic tumor suppressor UVRAG plays an integral role in melanogenesis by interaction with the biogenesis of lysosome-related organelles complex 1 (BLOC-1). This interaction is required for BLOC-1 stability and for BLOC-1-mediated cargo sorting and delivery to melanosomes. Absence of UVRAG dispersed BLOC-1 distribution and activity, resulting in impaired melanogenesis in vitro and defective melanocyte development in zebrafish in vivo. Furthermore, our results establish UVRAG as an important effector for melanocytes' response to alpha-MSH signaling as a direct target of MITF and reveal the molecular basis underlying the association between oncogenic BRAF and compromised UV protection in melanoma.</P>

Internet technology and internet society promotes the development of internet finance. It is argued that the characteristic of China`s development. market structure and status of the finance industry has facilitated the rapid development of China`s internet finance. However, there are some theoretical and practical disputes exiting between academics, both traditional & internet finance institutions and regulators in terms of the future development of internet finance, its system construction and supervision regulations. It is further stated that there is almost no basic agreement on these aspects. Therefore, after considering the propriety of China`s internet finance, the main forms of China`s internet finance and the trend predictions of China`s internet finance, this study argues that a specially designed system is required to regulate internet finance in China. The regulations can be formed as general rules, or special rules, on internet finance and a regulation system which concerns to a special extent internet finance. This paper will contribute to internet finance supervisions by providing fair standards, regulatory thought which combines proper supervisions and innovative supervisions. The introduction of a new legal treatment to internet finance will also solve the newly appeared issues in the development of internet finance. Finally, after an effective regulation is established, the regulated entity will operate within the allowance of regulations and the whole internet industry will step into a sound development track.

Necroptosis is the major cause of death in alveolar epithelial cells (AECs) during acute lung injury (ALI). Here, we report a previously unrecognized mechanism for necroptosis. We found an accumulation of mitochondrial citrate (citratemt) in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-treated AECs because of the downregulation of Idh3α and citrate carrier (CIC, also known as Slc25a1). shRNA- or inhibitor–mediated inhibition of Idh3α and Slc25a1 induced citratemt accumulation and necroptosis in vitro. Mice with AEC-specific Idh3α and Slc25a1 deficiency exhibited exacerbated lung injury and AEC necroptosis. Interestingly, the overexpression of Idh3α and Slc25a1 decreased citratemt levels and rescued AECs from necroptosis. Mechanistically, citratemt accumulation induced mitochondrial fission and excessive mitophagy in AECs. Furthermore, citratemt directly interacted with FUN14 domain-containing protein 1 (FUNDC1) and promoted the interaction of FUNDC1 with dynamin-related protein 1 (DRP1), leading to excessive mitophagy-mediated necroptosis and thereby initiating and promoting ALI. Importantly, necroptosis induced by citratemt accumulation was inhibited in FUNDC1-knockout AECs. We show that citratemt accumulation is a novel target for protection against ALI involving necroptosis.

Recently, Several inequalities Khatri-Rao Products of two four partitioned blocks positive definite real symmetry matrices are established by Liu in[Lin. Alg. Appl. 289(1999): 267-277]. We extend these results in two ways. First, the results are extended to two any partitioned blocks Hermitian matrices. Second, necessary and sufficient conditions under which these inequalities become equalities are presented.
