        Nonenzymatic Electrochemical Immunosensor Using Ferroferric Oxide–Manganese Dioxide–Reduced Graphene Oxide Nanocomposite as Label for α-Fetoprotein Detection

        A novel nonenzymatic electrochemical immunosensor was fabricated for quantitative detection of α-fetoprotein (AFP). The immunosensor was constructed by modifying gold electrode with electrochemical reduction of graphene oxide-carboxyl multi-walled carbon nanotube composites (ERGO–CMWCNTs) and electrodeposition of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) for effective immobilization of primary antibody (Ab1). Ferroferric oxide–manganese dioxide–reduced graphene oxide nanocomposites (Fe3O4@MnO2–rGO) were designed as labels for signal amplification. On one hand, the excellent electroconductivity and outstanding electron transfer capability of ERGO–CMWCNTs/AuNPs improved the sensitivity of the immunosensor. On the other hand, introduction of rGO could not only increase the specific surface area for immobilization of secondary antibody (Ab2) but also build a synergetic effect to reinforce the electrocatalytic properties of catalysts. Fe3O4@MnO2–rGO nanocomposites were characterized by scanning electron microscope, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Using AFP as a model analyte, the proposed sandwich-type electrochemical immunosensor exhibited a wide linear range of 0.01–50 ng · mL-1 with a low detection limit of 5.8 pg · mL-1. Moreover, the Fe3O4@MnO2–rGO-based peroxidase mimetic system displayed an excellent analytical performance with low cost, satisfactory reproducibility and high selectivity, which could be further extended for detecting other disease-related biomarkers.

      • 山东省跨境电商物流发展的影响因素研究

        在全球经济一体化和移动信息的推动下,山东省作为中国对外贸易的重要省份,跨境电商行业快速向前发展。跨境物流作为跨境电商的中间环节,对跨境电商的发展起着重要作用。然而现阶段山东省跨境物流方面仍存在着基础配套设施不够完善、物流配送缓慢,现代化程度低、缺乏专业人才等问题,因此跨境电商物流发展的影响因素值得进行深入研究。本文利用Eviews数据分析软件,首先分析山东省跨境电商物流的现状;其次通过钻石模型对山东省跨境物流的影响因素进行分析;最后选取出口额、港口货物吞吐量、货运周转量、人民币汇率四个影响因素,建立多元线性回归模型进行分析研究。研究结果表明出口额和港口货物吞吐量对山东省跨境物流的影响最为显著,呈正相关的关系,人民币汇率对跨境物流的影响呈负相关的关系。并通过研究结果提出了关于提高山东省跨境物流发展的建设性建议,这对于山东省跨境物流发展的理论研究及政策实施都具有一定的意义,本文对其它省份跨境物流的发展提供借鉴。 Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to explore the influencing factors of the development of cross-border logistics in Shandong Province. As an intermediate link of cross-border e-commerce, cross-border logistics plays an important role in the development of cross-border e-commerce. However, at this stage, there are still some problems in the cross-border logistics of Shandong Province, such as imperfect infrastructure, slow logistics distribution, low degree of modernization, lack of professionals and so on. Therefore, the influencing factors of cross-border e-commerce logistics development are worthy of in-depth study. Design/Methodology/Approach - Based on international trade, this paper first analyzes the development status of cross-border logistics in Shandong Province, and then analyzes the influencing factors of cross-border logistics in Shandong Province through diamond model; Finally, the paper selects four influencing factors of export volume, port cargo throughput, freight turnover and RMB exchange rate, and establishes a multiple linear regression model by using Eviews data analysis software. The results show that export volume and port cargo throughput have the most significant impact on cross-border logistics in Shandong Province, which is positively correlated, while RMB exchange rate has a negative impact on cross-border logistics. Therefore, we put forward three suggestions. Findings - This paper studies improve infrastructure, develop advanced production factors, improve cross-border e-commerce logistics service level, and cultivate professionals. Research Implications - In the management of this paper, this study has significance for the theoretical research and policy implementation of cross-border logistics development in Shandong Province. This paper provides reference for the development of cross-border logistics in other provinces

        Supplementing Vitamin E to the Ration of Beef Cattle Increased the Utilization Efficiency of Dietary Nitrogen

        The objectives of the trial were to investigate the effects of supplementing vitamin E (VE) on nutrient digestion, nitrogen (N) retention and plasma parameters of beef cattle in feedlot. Four growing Simmental bulls, fed with a total mixed ration composed of corn silage and concentrate mixture as basal ration, were used as the experimental animals. Four levels of VE product, i.e. 0, 150, 300, 600 mg/head/d (equivalent to 0, 75, 150, 300 IU VE/head/d), were supplemented to the basal ration (VE content 38 IU/kg dry matter) in a $4{\times}4$ Latin square design as experimental treatments I, II, III and IV, respectively. Each experimental period lasted 15 days, of which the first 12 days were for pretreatment and the last 3 days for sampling. The results showed that supplementing VE did not affect the nutrient digestibility (p>0.05) whereas decreased the urinary N excretion (p<0.01), increased the N retention (p<0.05) and tended to increase the microbial N supply estimated based on the total urinary purine derivatives (p = 0.057). Supplementing VE increased the plasma concentrations of VE, glucose and triglycerol (TG) (p<0.05) and tended to increase the plasma concentration of total protein (p = 0.096) whereas did not affect the plasma antioxidant indices and other parameters (p>0.05). It was concluded that supplementing VE up to 300 IU/head/d did not affect the nutrient digestibility whereas supplementing VE at 150 or 300 IU/head/d increased the N retention and the plasma concentrations of VE and TG (p<0.05) of beef cattle.

      • Low Carbon Scheduling with Iterative Ant Colony Algorithm

        This research considers a low carbon scheduling problem in unrelated parallel machines. To solve this problem, we first establish a low carbon scheduling mathematical model. Then an iterative ant optimization algorithm is presented. Furthermore, parameters of proposed iterative ant optimization algorithm are selected by Taguchi methods on generating test dataset. Finally, comparative experiments indicate the proposed iterative ant optimization algorithm has better performance on minimizing energy consumption as well as total tardiness.
