This article deals with the visualization of the intensity of the electromagnetic field in a production room with various electrical equipment. To assess the electromagnetic environment under the simultaneous influence of a set of electromagnetic field sources (radiation sources), a new approach is proposed, based on the formation of electromagnetic portraits and combined pictures of the electromagnetic radiation danger. Electromagnetic portraits and hazard pictures are obtained from the results of visual diagnostics of hazardous areas of external surfaces of radiation sources, a limited number of measurements at control points, and modeling of the electromagnetic field, taking into account the possibility of simultaneous influence and amplification of the resulting action of several radiation sources. The technical implementation of the proposed approach is provided by the developed intelligent system that allows real-time automation of the control of the electromagnetic environment and the formation of hazard patterns in the zones of exposure to electromagnetic radiation at various frequencies (up to 3 THz), taking into account the electromagnetic field overlay. A complex estimation of the hazard level is combined from the separate hazard of each electromagnetic field component the briefly described mathematical apparatus.

Based on GIS technologies, a decision support system (GIDSS) has been developed to remediate agricultural lands in the Bryansk region (Russia) contaminated by 137Cs after the accident at the Chernobylnuclear power plant. GIDSS is a multilevel system consisting of basic, information and computationallayers. GIDSS allows justifying a targeted approach for the remediation of agricultural lands belonging toagricultural enterprises for the production that meets the established radiological requirements for thecontent of radionuclides. Evaluation of the effectiveness of alternative remediation technologies and theselection of optimal measures were carried out at the level of elementary plots using radiological criteria. The introduction of GIDSS will enable agricultural producers in the south-western districts of theBryansk region to conduct radiation-safe agro-industrial production in radioactively contaminated areas, which will help improve the socio-economic situation of the region and return it to normal livingconditions

<P>The production mechanisms of open strangeness (K*) and open charm (D*) vector mesons in pi(-) p scattering, namely, pi(-) + p -> K*(0) + Lambda and pi(-) + p -> D*(-) + Lambda(+)(c) , are investigated within the modified quark-gluonstring model. To identify the major reaction mechanisms, we consider the subsequent decays of the produced vector mesons into two pseudoscalar mesons, i.e., K* -> K + pi and D* -> D + pi. We found that the decay distributions and density matrix elements are sensitive to the production mechanisms and can be used to disentangle the vector trajectory and pseudoscalar trajectory exchange models. Our results for K* production are compared with the currently available experimental data and the predictions for D* production process are presented as well. Our predictions can be tested at the present or planned experimental facilities.</P>
Optochiasmatic cavernoma: Surgical treatment and outcomes
Anton Konovalov,Oleg Saripov,Vadim Gadzhiagaev,Oleg Titov,Nikolay Lasunin,Abzal Zhumabekov,Dmitry Fomichev,Eliava Shalva Salvovich,Pavel Kalinin,Bipin Chaurasia 대한뇌혈관외과학회 2023 Journal of Cerebrovascular and Endovascular Neuros Vol.25 No.4
Objective: Optochiasmatic cavernoma is an extremely rare cerebral lesion. They account for approximately 1% of all cavernomas of the central nervous system. Reports on this pathology are limited. Abrupt visual deterioration is a common symptom of the disease. Treatment strategy and visual outcomes after different treatment approaches remain a subject for discussion. Methods: Patients operated in a period 2005-2021 were analyzed in this study. All patients preoperatively underwent computed tomography (CT) scan, CT-angiography, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Visual function of the patients was assessed pre-op, post-op and at the follow-up. Duration of visual dysfunction was noted as well. Surgical details were also extracted from medical notes. All patients were followed up, and control MRI was performed one month after operation. We assessed surgical series of optochiasmatic cavernomas published for last 10 years. Further comparative analysis with our data was performed. Results: Five patients were included into this study. There were four men and one woman. Mean age comprised 33.8 years (range 20-48 years). Most patients were admitted to our hospital due to visual disturbances (80%). Visual function improved in four patients. Visual function was unchanged in one patient, lacking visual disturbancies pre-op. Complication developed in one patient. Conclusions: Optochiasmatic cavernomas are encountered extremely rare. Despite the use of contemporary diagnostic options, differential diagnosis remains challenging. Full diagnostic work-up is mandatory. After the diagnosis is made, surgical treatment should be considered first. Total microsurgical or endoscopic transsphenoidal removal of the optochiasmatic cavernoma is a relatively safe and effective treatment method facilitating improvement of visual function.
Russia’s policy in the coal sector in the context of Energy Transition
Nikita Lomagin,Irina Mironova,Maxim Titov,Michael Oshchepkov 한국외국어대학교 국제지역연구센터 2024 International Area Studies Review Vol.27 No.1
In this article, the authors discuss Russia’s approach to coal in the context of the climate agenda and explain the reasons why Russia will not abandon coal mining in the next 20-30 years. These reasons include the demand in international markets (international market fundamentals), desire for profit from companies, regional leaders, and governments (economic factor); the need to ensure energy security in certain regions in the East (political-economic factor); the presence of single-industry towns that currently rely solely on coal exports (domestic political factors); and the prospect of coal remaining highly competitive and the potential for cost reduction in the future (Sakhalin, Yakutia). Additionally, Russia is not being offered assistance by any external players in a “just” transition to an energy sector without coal mining.
Comparison of two types of plasma in contact with water during the formation of molybdenum oxide
Anna Khlyustova,Nikolay Sirotkin,Valeriy Titov,Alexander Agafonov 한국물리학회 2020 Current Applied Physics Vol.20 No.12
The characteristics of an atmospheric pressure glow discharge with a metal cathode and water anode and underwater plasma were compared during the formation of nanostructured molybdenum oxide. The electrical and spectral characteristics of both types of plasma were studied. In both cases, the emission continuum presents in the spectrum because of sputtering the electrode material. The analysis of obtained powder was performed using scanning electron microscopy and x-ray diffraction. Results showed that the mixture of molybdenum oxides is formed for both plasmas.

Syroid, Tetiana L.,Kaganovska, Tetiana Y.,Shamraieva, Valentyna M.,Perederiі, Оlexander S.,Titov, Ievgen B.,Varunts, Larysa D. International Journal of Computer ScienceNetwork S 2021 International journal of computer science and netw Vol.21 No.5
The adoption of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 transformed approaches and concepts to the implementation of the personal data protection mechanism in the European Union. Within the EU, almost all countries have adapted a new protection mechanism, which requires a study of the specifics of its use. The article intends to assess the legal provisions of the current mechanism of personal data protection in the EU. The author studied the mechanism of personal data protection under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) based on the concept of contextual integrity and analysis of EU legislation on personal data protection. The scientific publications for 2016-2020 were reviewed for the formation of ideas of a new personal data protection mechanism in the EU, informative and transparent analysis of legal provisions. The article notes that the personal data privacy and protection is increasing, there is an ongoing unification of the legal status of personal data protection and the formation of a digital market for dissemination, exchange, control, and supervision of data. Cross-border cooperation is part of the personal data protection mechanism. The author proved that the GDPR has changed approach to personal data protection: the emphasis is now shifting to the formation of a digital market, where the EU's role in ensuring regulation is crucial. The article identifies the emergence of a new protectionist legal system and strengthening of legal provisions regarding privacy. This legal system needs unification and harmonization in accordance with national legislation, is territorially fragmented and differentiated within the EU.

D.A. Beloglazov,V.I. Finaev,A.E. Titov,I.O. Shapovalov,V.V. Soloviev 제어로봇시스템학회 2016 제어로봇시스템학회 국제학술대회 논문집 Vol.2016 No.10
The main purpose of this paper is to describe the method of group robot control in non-deterministic environments. Here the group structure is proposed for creation with the use of space lattice concept minimizing the computational cost for robot to determine its spatial position in the ranks of the structure. The stages of the solution of two interrelated tasks of robot group motion organization using the method of potential fields are considered: task of trajectory planning of the group considered as a uniform structure in the global coordinate space and the task of planning of the individual trajectory of each mobile robot in the considered structure. As main results, we propose the concept of structure formation for the robot groups using the space lattice and the algorithm of group robot control. To confirm the efficiency of our method we presented some simulation results with the groups including up to five autonomous mobile robots.
Chaotic Oscillation in a Relativistic Backward-Wave Oscillator (RBWO) using PIC Simulation
Yong-Ban KANG,Gun-Sik PARK,KIM Dae-Ho,Nikita M. RYSKIN,Vladimir N. TITOV 한국물리학회 2004 THE JOURNAL OF THE KOREAN PHYSICAL SOCIETY Vol.44 No.2
Nonstationary processes, such as self-modulation and chaos in a relativistic backward-wave oscillator (RBWO), are investigated using a particle-in-cell (PIC) simulation. Self-modulation is followed by chaotic regions, which develop in a complex sequence with increasing electron beam current. When the beam current is increased, the nonlinear processes of self-modulation and chaos are repeatedly observed due to the complex cross-excitation instability before the nal stage of fully developed chaos. The cross-excitation is observed to occur to the second nearest mode, not to the nearest one, with sucient beam current. Here, a moderate power re ection ratio of 0.2 was chosen for the weakly-resonant RBWO. The dynamics of a weakly re ective RBWO follows that of a resonant RBWO with an especially long transient time in cross-excitation instabilities.
