함침법에 의한 CF₄ 가수 분해용 ɣ-Al₂O₃ 촉매의 내구성 향상

과불화 화합물의 촉매로 사용되는 γ-Al₂O₃ 촉매의 성능 열화를 방지하기 위하여, γ-Al₂O₃ 촉매에 Co, Zr, Co-Zr을 함침 후 50시간 동안 750℃에서 CF₄ 가수 분해 시험을 진행하였다. γ-Al₂O₃의 경우 1.93%/h의 매우 큰 촉매 성능 감소율을 보였고, Co/Al₂O₃, Zr/Al₂O₃, 그리고 Co-Zr/Al₂O₃의 경우 각각 0.68, 1.12, 그리고 0.24%/h의 촉매 성능 감소율을 보여 Co-Zr, Co, Zr 함침 순으로 분해 안정성이 향상됨을 확인하였다. 제작된 샘플의 구조적 열화를 확인하기 위하여 가수 분해 반응 전, 후의 Co<SUP>2+</SUP>와 Al<SUP>3+</SUP>의 격자 내 분포를 확인하였다. Co-Zr/Al₂O₃ 내 Zr의 영향으로 Al<SUP>3+</SUP>[Co<SUP>2+</SUP>Al<SUP>3+</SUP>]O₄ inverse spinel 구조가 더 쉽게 형성됨을 확인하 였으며, 이를 통해 HF에 의한 γ-Al₂O₃ 촉매의 상 전이를 억제하고 촉매의 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 제안하였다. To prevent degradation of γ-Al₂O₃ catalysts for hydrolytic decomposition of perfluorinated chemicals, hydrolytic decomposition of CF₄ was tested at 750 ℃ for 50 h with ɣ-Al₂O₃, Co/Al₂O₃, Zr/Al₂O₃, and Co-Zr/Al₂O₃. γ-Al₂O₃ showed a high degradation rate of 1.93 %/h, while Co/Al₂O₃, Zr/Al₂O₃, and Co-Zr/Al₂O₃ showed low degradation rates of 0.68, 1.12, 0.24 %/h, respectively, demonstrating improved stability with cation impregnation. The lattice distribution of Co<SUP>2+</SUP> and Al<SUP>3+</SUP> before and after the test at 750 ℃ for 50 h revealed that the inverse spinel structure of Al<SUP>3+</SUP>[Co<SUP>2+</SUP>Al<SUP>3+</SUP>]O₄ was more easily formed by the influence of Zr in Co-Zr/Al₂O₃, suppressing the phase transition from γ-Al₂O₃ to α-Al₂O₃ by HF, thus enhancing the durability of the catalysts.

This paper describes the implementation of an Electro-Mechanical Brake (EMB) actuator controller based on the Infineon TC1797 which is a 32-bit microcontroller of the TriCore™ Architecture. The EMB actuator is a vector-controlled Surface Mounted PMSM and the clamping force in the EMB is controlled by the cascaded control architecture composed of a force/position controller, a speed controller and a current controller. Experimental result by lab tests is provided together with functional description of the control software for the EMB actuator.

An actual trend in the automotive industry represents the introduction of electric drive systems to replace mechanical or hydraulic component in different areas of application. It is obvious that safety-relevant electronic systems impose strong requirements for safety and reliability. They therefore demand also new methods for the system development and design. TDD based methodology is a coding technique in which programmers write unit tests before writing or revising production code. It have a advantage to get a verified code when the code developing was completed. This paper presents a approach for TDD Design methodology for the development of electric control systems such as motor control system.
