랫트의 연령별 간 저장 Retinyl Palmitate 농도 변화와 미토콘드리아 기능의 관계

2주령의 랫트를 사육하면서 2주령 그리고 2, 4, 8, 12개월령 에 각각 간 저장 retinyl palmitate 농도 변화와 미토콘드리아 기능의 변화를 측정하고 그들간의 상관관계를 조사하였다간 저장 retinyl palmitate는 8개월령까지 계속 증가하였으며, 이 후 12개월령까지 근소한 감소경향을 보였다 미토콘드리아의 기능을 반영하는 NADH 산화속도로 측정한 미토콘드리아 활성과 ATPase 활성은 저장 retinyl palmitate 농도의 증가와 더불어 동반 증가하였고 8개월령 후 12개월령까지 retinyl palmitate 농도가 감소 경향을 보이면서 미토콘드리아 활성도 동반 감소하는 등 간 저장 retinyl palmitate 농도와 미토콘드리아 활성간에 높은 상관성을 보였다. This study was performed to investigate the relationship between the retinyl palmitate concentration and mitochondrial function in the liver of Sprague-Dawley rats with age. Retinyl palmitate concentrations were increased with age from 2 month-old to 8 month-old rats, but slightly decreased from 10 month-old to 12 month-old rats. We also estimated total mitochondrial activity, as the rate of NADH oxidation and ATPase activity, and evaluated the relationship of the retinyl palmitate concentration and mitochondrial function. Total mitochondrial activities were increased with age from 2 month-old to 8 month-old rats, and decreased in ages of 10 month-old to 12 month-old rats. Afterall, total mitochondrial activity tended to increase or decrease with the stored retinyl palmitate concentration. These results indicate that it has a high correlation between retinyl palmitate concentration and mitochondrial function in rat liver.

History of music art is ceaseless history of change and development. Therefore, it is natural for consciousness of beauty to be changed as much as today's modern becomes tomorrow's classics. Modern music is developing awfully now having a good command of various method of expression. For the view of this interconnection for stravinsky's composition method in 20th century, we can find his style of composition is at the summit starting room "The Rite of Spring". He expresses his originality and individuality having a good command of his own method of various change and creation with expression method of primitivism such as Rhythm, Application of Polychord, Polytonality, Accent, Bitonality and Polymeter, etc. Besides the principal point of stravinsky's method is excellence which is making a third new method melting traditional method in his work all the time and harmonizing modern method, it passes for the background which he exposed Neo-classicism and tells us about manifest thought and view of art. Therefore stravinsky's works which suggested principal trends of music through the 20th century have to be evaluated on the high dimention.
Vitamin A가 간 미토콘드리아 활성에 미치는 영향

The effect of retinyl palmitate on mitocondrial activity and ATPase of mitochondria obtained from rat liver and their relation were studied. We designed normal, deficient and overdosing groups with supplemented retinyl palmitate amount to normal diets. Normal group diet contained 2.2 mg retinyl palmitate per 1 kg normal diet, deficient group diet contained 0 mg and overdosing group diet contained 6.6 mg. After all rats were fed each diets for 4 months, we examined the reinyl palmitate concentration, mitochondrial activity and ATPase activity in each rat liver mitochondria. Retinyl palmitate concentrations were significantly increased with administerd vitamin A amounts. And the mitochondrial activity studies not showed a significant differences between each group. ATPase activity results showed that normal group activity was higher than deficient group activity. But ATPase activity of overdosing group decreased than deficient group. These results indicate that although it is a high correlation between retinyl palmitate concentration of rat liver and supplemented vitamin A amount, the retinyl palmitate may not act as an inducer to change total mitochondrial activity.

The effect of the membrane lipid peroxidation levels on rat liver mitochondrial functions was investigated by in vitro test. In in vitro test, the exposure time of liver homogenates to oxygen tensions was 0, 3, 6, 9, 12 hours and the lipid peroxidation levels were evaluated by the measurements fluorescent intensity and malondialdehyde(MDA). The fluorescent intensity of homogenates and mitochondrial suspension were elevated, and the concentration of MDA was not affected as time progressed. Therefore, fluorescent intensity for lipid peroxidation values were used to analize the correlation between lipid peroxidation levels and mitochondrial functions. When the exposure time to oxygen was gradually increased in mitochondrial suspensions, fluorescent intensity was elevated, total mitochondrial activity and ATPase activity were decreased. The correlation between fluorescent intensity and total mitochondrial activity or ATPase activity were analyzed and the inverse correlation was -0.92, -0.64, respectively.
