In this paper, geometrically convex and $s$-convex functions in third and fourth sense are merged to form ($g,s$)-convex function. Characterizations of ($g,s$)-convex function, algebraic and functional properties are presented. In addition, novel functions based on the integral of ($g,s$)-convex functions in the third sense are created, and inequality relations for these functions are explored and examined under particular conditions. Further, there are also some relationships between ($g,s$)-convex function and previously defined functions. The ($g,s$)-convex function and its derivatives will then be used to extend the well-known H-H and Fejer's type inequalities. In order to obtain the previously mentioned conclusions, several special cases from previous literature for extended H-H and Fejer's inequalities are also investigated. The relation between the average (mean) values and newly created H-H and Fejer's inequalities are also examined.

This paper proposes a leader-following consensus control for continuous-time single-integrator multiagentsystems with multiplicative measurement noises and time-delays under directed fixed topologies. Each agentin the team receives imprecise information states corrupted by noises from its neighbours and from the leader; thesenoises are depending on the agents’ relative states information. Moreover, the information states received are alsodelayed by constant or time-varying delays. An analysis framework based on graph theory and stochastic toolsis followed to derive conditions under which the tracking consensus of a constant reference is achieved in meansquare. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithms is proved through some simulation examples.

Background and objectives: Chromosomal abnormalities play an important role in genesis of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and have prognostic implications. Five major risk stratifying fusion genes in ALL are BCR-ABL, MLL-AF4, ETV6-RUNX11, E2A-PBX1 and SIL-TAL1. This work aimed to detect common chromosomal translocations and associated fusion oncogenes in adult ALL patients and study their relationship with clinical features and treatment outcome. Methods: We studied fusion oncogenes in 104 adult ALL patients using RT-PCR and interphase-FISH at diagnosis and their association with clinical characteristics and treatment outcome. Results: Five most common fusion genes i.e. BCR-ABL (t 9; 22), TCF3-PBX1 (t 1; 19), ETV6-RUNX1 (t 12; 21), MLL-AF4 (t 4; 11) and SIL-TAL1 (Del 1p32) were found in 82/104 (79%) patients. TCF3-PBX1 fusion gene was associated with lymphadenopathy, SIL-TAL1 positive patients had frequent organomegaly and usually presented with a platelets count of less than $50{\times}10^9/l$. Survival of patients with fusion gene ETV6-RUNX1 was better when compared to patients harboring other genes. MLL-AF4 and BCR-ABL positivity characterized a subset of adult ALL patients with aggressive clinical behaviour and a poor outcome. Conclusions: This is the first study from Pakistan which investigated the frequency of5 fusion oncogenes in adult ALL patients, and their association with clinical features, treatment response and outcome. Frequencies of some of the oncogenes were different from those reported elsewhere and they appear to be associated with distinct clinical characteristics and treatment outcome. This information will help in the prognostic stratification and risk adapted management of adult ALL patients.
Biotransformation of withanolides by cell suspension cultures of Withania somnifera (Dunal)
Sabir, Farzana,Sangwan, Rajender S.,Singh, Jyoti,Misra, Laxmi N.,Pathak, Neelam,Sangwan, Neelam S. The Korean Society of Plant Biotechnology 2011 Plant biotechnology reports Vol.5 No.2
The biotransformation potential of cell suspension cultures generated from Withania somnifera leaf was investigated, using withanolides, i.e. withanolide A, withaferin A, and withanone as precursor substrates. Interestingly, the cell suspension cultures showed inter-conversion of withanolides, as well converted to some unknown compounds, released to the culture media. The bio-catalyzed withanolide was detected and quantified by TLC and HPLC, respectively. There is noticeable conversion of withanolide A to withanone, and vice versa though at a lower level. The type of reaction of this biotransformation appears to be substitution of 20-OH group to 17-OH in withanolide A. In this paper, we present for the first time the possibility of biotransformation by inter-conversion of withanolides of pharmacological importance through cell suspension culture of W. somnifera. The possible role of putative cytochrome $P_{450}$ hydroxylases is implicated in the conversion.

Research of any area is very important for regional planning and understanding the climate of respective area. Any area that has to develop, that can only be done after its complete and up-to-date research work, in this connection this paper is about to the friendly production of Gladiolus in the climate of Khanaspur as well as the economic development of local population. The paper is aimed at highlighting the cultivation of Gladiolus in Khanaspur because the climate of this area is favorable for the production of Gladiolus. Moreover, try to educate the community of Khanaspur, if they cultivate the Gladiolus it will create a positive effects on local forest. Because more trees will not be cut and people will get benefit from this alternate source and environment also will be save.
ON SOFT REGULAR-OPEN(CLOSED) SETS IN SOFT TOPOLOGICAL SPACES
SABIR HUSSAIN 한국전산응용수학회 2018 Journal of applied mathematics & informatics Vol.36 No.1
In this paper, We define and explore the characterizations and properties of soft regular open(closed) and soft semi-regular sets in soft topological spaces. The properties of soft extremally disconnected spaces are also introduced and discussed. The findings in this paper will help researcher to enhance and promote further study on soft topology to carry out a general framework for their applications in practical life.
NEW FRACTIONAL INTEGRAL INEQUALITIES OF TYPE OSTROWSKI THROUGH GENERA
SABIR HUSSAIN,SHAHID QAISAR 한국전산응용수학회 2018 Journal of applied mathematics & informatics Vol.36 No.1
We establish some new ostrowski type inequalities for $MT$-convex function including first order derivative via Niemann-Trouvaille fractional integral. It is interesting to mention that our results provide new estimates on these types of integral inequalities for $MT$-convex functions.

Nowadays, Deep reinforcement learning has become the front runner to solve problems in the field of robot navigation and avoidance. This paper presents a LiDAR-equipped RC car trained in the GAZEBO environment using the deep reinforcement learning method. This paper uses reshaped LiDAR data as the data input of the neural architecture of the training network. This paper also presents a unique way to convert the LiDAR data into a 2D grid map for the input of training neural architecture. It also presents the test result from the training network in different GAZEBO environment. It also shows the development of hardware and software systems of embedded RC car. The hardware system includes-Jetson AGX Xavier, teensyduino and Hokuyo LiDAR; the software system includes- ROS and Arduino C. Finally, this paper presents the test result in the real world using the model generated from training simulation.
