Diesel engine offers superior fuel consumption than gasoline engine of equivalent capacity. For this reason, diesel engines are widely used in heavy duty transport applications. Specially, it has been many years that exhaust gases from gasoline automobile rather than from diesel is the major object concerned by Korea and other countries, and it strongly required on the reduction techniques on harmful NOx, Soot, CO, HC. thus, this paper focused on the emission reduction and target for this paper is heavy-duty diesel engine equipped with power filter such as wet type air cleaner. In this paper, the performance, exhaust emissions(CO, THC, Nox, Soot) and noise of heavy-duty diesel engine were measured at maximum load condition and the range of 1,000~2,200pm. The smoke was measured at FAS(Free Accel Smoke) test mode.
자동차용 도어 트림 훼스너의 자동화 조립장치 개발에 관한 연구

Assembly of automobile interior materials is very important for assembly and inspection such as sensitivity and noise reduction. Particularly, since assembling parts of automobile interior parts is manually assembled by a worker, a claim due to poor assembly sometimes occurs. In addition, as the labor cost rises, automobile assembly line adopts automatic assembly device as the concept of smart factory in assembly process. Therefore, in this study, we intend to develop automatic assembly device of the door trim for reducing the field claim, improving the productivity, and reducing the assembly failure.
자동차용 조향 너클의 설계 및 가공, 검사, 품질 향상을 위한 연구

A steering knuckle for a car is a key part of a corner module and is a functional part connected to steering, suspension, and braking devices. Steering knuckles are used for various types of forging and machining methods such as casting forging, aluminum forging, etc. to perform productivity and quality. Therefore, in this study, we study about the development of the overall design of the steering knuckle in the production and supply of the steering knuckle for the product processing method, quality, assembly inspection, etc. through the modeling and analysis of the steering knuckle.

There are many studies to extend the distance traveled by electric vehicles. However, much research has been done to increase the capacity of the battery. In this study, some engines for power generation, in which a battery is charged with energy by mounting a small internal combustion engine in which an engine is mounted in an electric vehicle and the battery is charged with energy, are being studied. Therefore, since such an engine is operated at a high load, the camshaft and the camshaft are emphasized to have high load strength and durability to withstand fatigue.

Recently, as the use of automatic transmissions increases, attention is focused on remanufacturing of automatic transmissions. The automatic transmission includes a clutch, a brake, a planetary gear, and a planetary gear unit, which are power transmission devices, an oil pump and a valve body which are lubricating devices, a controller which is an electronic control device, sensors and switches which input and output the controller. In particular, this study is a basic study for remanufacturing such as disassembling, assembling, and inspecting element parts for manufacturing valve body material which is a core part of automatic transmission.
