        実践現場から越境する省察的実践家としての 日本語教師の学習 ― 教師の自主勉強会での実践研究をとおして ―

Obata Minae 한국일어교육학회 2023 일본어교육연구 Vol.- No.65

This paper is a practical study of the ‘Practical Community Study Group,’ which was implemented as a voluntary study group for Japanese language teachers to continue their own learning. The purpose of the study is to examine how teachers themselves can create opportunities for learning so that they can independently and autonomously advance their own Japanese language teaching activities. To this end, we first analyzed teachers' learning in voluntary study groups from the perspective of the concepts of ‘boundary crossing’ and ‘learning by boundary crossing’. The result of analysis shows that the teachers who participated in the study group crossed the boundary from their field of practice to the study group, came into contact with a different culture in the process of dialogue with others, became upset, and reexamined their own presupposed view of Japanese language education, or their own position as a Japanese language teacher, thereby transforming their own field of practice. This was the process of transforming their own Japanese language teaching practice. In considering the relationship between this kind of boundary crossing learning and the learning of Japanese language teachers as ‘reflective practitioners,’ it became clear that the common learning is the realization and reexamination of one's own position as a Japanese language teacher, which in turn fosters ‘teacher agency’ as a proactive and autonomous teacher. In other words, it is about fostering ‘teacher agency’ to be an independent and autonomous teacher. Result of study suggests that Japanese language teachers as ‘reflective practitioners’ should always be aware of their own boundary crossing situations to foster their own ‘teacher agency,’ and furthermore, they should continuously create opportunities to verbalize their own border-crossing situations and engage in dialogue with other teachers.

COHERENT SATE REPRESENTATION AND UNITARITY CONDITION IN WHITE NOISE CALCULUS

Obata, Nobuaki Korean Mathematical Society 2001 대한수학회지 Vol.38 No.2

White noise distribution theory over the complex Gaussian space is established on the basis of the recently developed white noise operator theory. Unitarity condition for a white noise operator is discussed by means of the operator symbol and complex Gaussian integration. Concerning the overcompleteness of the exponential vectors, a coherent sate representation of a white noise function is uniquely specified from the diagonal coherent state representation of the associated multiplication operator.

      • Synchrotron X-ray Diffraction Study of Lipid Lamellar Structure in Stratum Corneum

        ( Yasuko Obata ),( Yoshinori Onuki ),( Kozo Takayama ) 한국피부장벽학회 2013 한국피부장벽학회지 Vol.15 No.2

Lipid lamellar structure in intercellular space of stratum corneum is recognized as main physical barriers against dehydration and invasion of foreign substances. For development of effective transdermal drug delivery, it is necessary to decrease those barriers temporally and reversibly. Co-administration of components which has drug absorption enhancing effect is one of the essential methodologies to increase absorption of drugs via skin. We have determined the change in lipid lamellar structure by synchrotron X-ray diffraction. Lipids in stratum corneum are only 10% in weight and possible amount of stratum corneum utilize in experiments is very small. Thus, long exposure is necessary and obtained data might be noisy in X-ray diffraction equipment in laboratory. When the stratum corneum was pretreated by l-menthol, lipid lateral packing became liquid crystal. It was considered that disorder of lamellar structure brought about increasing in drug permeation. It means that the lipid lamellar structure is one of the key parameters to evaluate physical barrier function of the skin. Lamellar structure in lipid model prepared by typical lipids in stratum corneum was also determined using synchrotron X-ray diffraction. In case of skin disease model, lateral packing was looser than that of normal skin model. It was agreed well with known data which showed greater TEWL value in disease skin. The structure analysis of lipid lamellar structure employing synchrotron X-ray diffraction is thought to be a meaningful technique possibly applied for promoting mechanism study of transdermal absorption enhancer and evaluation of barrier function of the skin.

        Fluctuations in Humans's Walking II

        Tsunehiro OBATA,Hiroaki HARA,Hiroshi OSHIMA,Hitoshi OSAKI,Takayuki SHIMIZU 한국물리학회 2005 THE JOURNAL OF THE KOREAN PHYSICAL SOCIETY Vol.46 No.3

Mathematical laws in the walking of human beings are experimentally investigated using inexpensive GPS receivers. Subjects with their eyes blindfolded and ears stoppled are asked to walk straight on a wide playground. Then, the subjects behave like random walkers. How do the subjects walk? When persons move in whiteout, such as in snowy mountains veiled in dense fog or mist, they are often reported to wander along ring-like orbits and return near the start point. Similar ring-wandering phenomena are produced by a controlled eld experiment. The ring-wandering tendency in an old person is found to be stronger than that in a young person. The time series X(t) and Y (t) of the walking trajectories in a Descartes X-Y coordinate system set up on the playground are studied using a Hurst R/S analysis and a power spectrum analysis. Both the time series have a 1=f characteristic in the frequency region 10 mHz . f . 500 mHz, where is a numerical factor of order 1 and depends on each person. For frequencies less than the lower bound, peaks relating to ring-wandering walks are observed. The upper bound frequency of 500 mHz is not a characteristic of walking, but a limit due to the performance of the GPS receivers used in this experiment, which output position data every second. The R/S analysis of the time series X(t) and Y (t) shows that the Hurst exponent H is independent of any walker and any walking and that H is almost equal to one.

      • Effect of Components in Transdermal/Cosmetic Formulation on Lipid Lamellar Structure in Stratum Corneum

        ( Yasuko Obata ) 한국피부장벽학회 2018 한국피부장벽학회지 Vol.20 No.2

Lamellar structure of intercellular lipids in stratum corneum is considered to be the essential physical barrier to protect living body from dehydration, invasion of hazards and permeation of compounds. The intercellular lipid of the human stratum corneum form a long period lamellar of about 13 nm and a short period lamellar of about 6 nm, and hexagonal and orthorhombic are known as a packing structure. To observe those structure, synchrotron X-ray diffraction is considered to be powerful tool. There observed phase transition of liquidation of orthorhombic packing (~40 ℃), solubilization of long lamellar and high-temperature hexagonal (~50 ℃), liquidation of short lamellar (~70 ℃) and solubilization of high-temperature hexagonal (~80 ℃). These structural changes are thought to be closely related to the barrier function of the skin. When menthol was administered to skin surface, the nanostructure of the intercellular lipids became liquid crystal. That is, the permeability of the substance was related to the rigidness of the lamellar structure. Furthermore, in experiments with lipid models using typical intercellular lipids, the mode of action could be different depending on the stereo activity of menthol. Liquid crystallization of the lamellar structure is one way to alleviate the barrier function of the skin. Therefore, by devising the components and mixing ratio of the transdermal/cosmetic formulation, it becomes possible for development of effective formulation.

      • Tracking Algorithm Inheriting Smoothing Vector in Splitting Target Tracking

        Yasushi Obata,Ryoji Maekawa,Masayoshi Ito,Hiroshi Kameda,Yoshio Kosuge 제어로봇시스템학회 2009 제어로봇시스템학회 국제학술대회 논문집 Vol.2009 No.8

To track splitting targets using radar measurements, the tracking algorithm is required tomaintain the track of the existing target and to initiate a track of new target. In this paper, we proposethe Track Oriented MHT (Multiple Hypothesis Tracking) using the smoothing velocity test. In the proposed algorithm, the smoothing velocity vector of existing track is inherited in the new track.Through simulations, we show that the MHT’s success rate of both maintaining the existing track and initiating the new track, is 96%. Furthermore, we show that the improved method has an effect ofreducing the probability of false track establishment.
