      • Identification of AFLP Marker Linked to a SCN Resistant Gene in Soybean

        The soybean cyst nematode (Heterodera glycines Inchinoe; SCN) is a devastating pest of soybean and is responsible for significant losses in yield. The use of resistant cultivars is the effective method to reduce or eliminate SCN damage. The objective of this research is to identify AFLP markers linked to the SCN resistant genes. Bulked genomic DNA was made from resistant and susceptible genotypes to SCN and a total of 19 primer combinations were used. About 31 fragments were detected per primer combination. The banding patterns were readily distinguished in resistant and susceptible bulked genotypes. Polymorphic fragments were detected between resistant and susceptible bulked genotypes in the primer combination of CGT/GGC, CAG/GTG and CTC/GAG. In primer combinations of CGT/GGC and CAG/GTG, bulked resistant genotype produced a polymorphic bands. However, in primer of CTC/GAG, bulked susceptible genotype produced a polymorphic fragments. Three AFLP markers identified as a polymorphic fragments between bulked genomic DNA were mapped in 85 F2 population. Among them, only two markers, CGT/GGC and CTC/GAG, was linked and was mapped. Broad application of AFLP marker would be possible for improving resistant cultivars to SCN.

        綠豆 新品種 育成의 重要性에 비추어 多收系統의 效率的인 選擇을 위한 情報를 얻고자, 6個 品種을 二面交雜한 雜種 33系統을 材料로 開花日數, 成熟日數, 生育日數, 莖長, 莖直徑, 分枝數, 莢長, 株當英數, 100粒重및 粒重 等의 量的 形質들이 收量에 미치는 經路係數및 選擇指數 그리고 遺傳進展을 推定한 바, 그 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. 經路係數에서 直接 果는 9個 形質 中 株當莢數, 莖直徑및 成熟日數 等이 높았고, 間接 果는 株當莢數, 莖直徑, 分枝數 等의 順으로 높아 收量에 미치는 影響이 各各 클 것으로 推定되었다. 2. 株當粒重을 收量으로 하여 본 各 形質의 選擇指數는 2~4個 形質(莖長, 莖直徑, 分枝數, 株當英數)의 組合에서는 莖直徑의 指數가 가장 높았고 그외 形質은 多少間의 差異는 있었으나 비교적 낮았다. 3. 遺傳進展과 關係效率에서 單一形質에서는 株當英數, 莖直徑,이 컸었는데, 2~4個 形質의 組合에서는 莖長, 莖直徑, 分枝數 組合의 形質이 他 形質의 組合보다 遺傳進展値의 값이 가장 높아 收量에 대한 選擇效率은 가장 클 것으로 믿어졌다. This experiment was conducted to estimate te path-coefficient of each character influencing the grain yield. selection index and genetic advance for nine agronomic characters in mungbean lines. The 33 mungbean lines selected from F6 generation were planted in a randomized block design with three replications, and the observed characters were days flowering, days from flowering to maturity, days to maturity, stem length, stem diameter, branch numbers per plant, pod length, pod numbers per plant, 100-grain weight and grain weight. The results obtained summarized as follows : 1. Three characters which are pod numbers per plant, stem diameter and days from flowering to maturity had the higher direct effects upon seed yield, and pod numbers per plant, stem diameter and branch numbers per plant showed higher indirect effects influencing each character. 2. Selection indicies based on nine characters were discussed with a conclusion that the selection index should be based on the data from stem length, stem diameter and branch numbers per plant. 3. On expected genetic advances among all characters, the highest value was the combinations among stem length, stem diameter and branch numbers per plant, and also relative efficiency were identify. For these reasons, it was realized that the parameter for selection should be calculated on the basis of the data from three agronomic characters, i, e., stem length, stem diameter and branch numbers per plant.

        지시교육과 도덕교육

        본 논문은 지·행의 괴리를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 지식교육과 도덕교육의 관계를 탐구하고자 한다. 지식교육과 도덕교육의 관계는 '지식'과 '지식교육'의 의미를 무엇으로 보는가에 따라서 달라질 수 있다. 본 논문은 지식의 개념을 전통적 인식론과 페미니스트 인식론으로 구분하여 살펴본다. 이에 명제적 지식에만 초점을 두는 전통적 인식론과 지식교육을 비판하고, 실천적 지식과 방법적 지식의 중요성을 지적한다. 또한 지식교육과 도덕교육의 관계를 크게 두 가지 입장에서 논의한다. 첫째, 지식교육은 도덕교육의 충분조건이 될 수 있는가? 전통적 인식론에 근거한 지식교육은 도덕교육에 도움이 될 수 있기는 하지만 지식교육만으로 도덕교육이 이루어질 수 있는 것은 아니라고 본다. 그 이유는 지식교육에 대한 강조가 인간의 마음의 다른 측면들인 정서, 감정, 태도 등의 교육을 소홀히 하도록 한다는 것과 지적인 교과에서 가르치는 덕도 주로 인지적인 정서와 관련된 지적인 덕이며, 이러한 교육만으로는 도덕교육에 충분하지 않다고 보기 때문이다. 둘째, 도덕교육에서 도덕적 지식과 도덕적 행위사이의 관계를 어떻게 파악해야 할 것인가? 본 논문은 도덕적 앎이 도덕적 행위에 반드시 선행하는 것은 아니라고 보며, 앎은 실천으로부터 나온다는 관점을 옹호한다. 이것으로부터 본 논문은 몸 지식의 중요성을 지적하면서 체현의 도덕교육을 주장한다. This article is to explore the relationship between the education of knowledge and moral education in order to bridge the gap between knowing and behaviour. The relationship between the education of knowledge and moral education depends on the concept of 'knowledge' and 'the education of knowledge'. I divide the concept of knowledge into traditional epistemology and feminist epistemology. In doing so, I criticize traditional epistemology and the education of knowledge focusing on 'propositional knowledge' and emphasize the importance of 'practical knowledge' and 'knowledge how' according to feminist epistemology. Also I examine the relationship between the education of knowledge and moral education from the two points of view. Firstly, is the education of knowledge sufficient to moral education? I think that moral education does not consist of the education of knowledge only, although the education of knowledge based on traditional epistemology is useful in moral education. The reason is that the emphasis on the education of knowledge leads to ignore feelings, emotions, attitudes and so on, in addition, virtues developing in intellectual subjects are intellectual virtues related mainly cognitive emotions. Therefore, the education of knowledge is not sufficient to moral education. Secondly, how do we understand the relationship between moral knowledge and moral behaviour in moral education? Moral knowing does not necessarily precede moral behaviour. I support that knowing arises out of practice. As a result of this, I propose moral education of embodiment emphasizing the importance of body knowledge.

      • 綠豆의 草型別 遺傳分散과 環境分散의 推定値利用에 關한 硏究 : Ⅰ. Genotypic correlation, path-coefficient and multiple regression 第1報 遺傳相關·經路係數·多重回歸

        多收性 綠豆品種育成을 爲한 基礎情報를 얻기 爲하여 IMN의 31個 品種을 使用하여 遺傳相關, 表現型相關 및 遺傳力을 計算하고, 國內外에서 募集한 288個 品種을 莖長과 粒重의 差異에 따라 6個 品種君으로 區分하고 각각의 品種君에 對하여 形質相互間의 相關係數, 각각의 形質이 收量에 미치는 영향에 대한 經路係數를 分析하고 이를 다시 多重回歸分析을 通하여 檢計하였던 바 本 試驗에서 얻은 結果를 要約하면, 1. 遺傳型相關이 表現型相關보다 높게 나타났으며, 開花日數와 株當?數, 莖長과 莖直徑, 莖長과 株當分數間, 莖直徑과 株當分伎數, 株當分伎數와 株當分數間에는 高度의 正의 相關이 認定되었고, 開花日數와 收量 株當分伎數와 ?當粒數, 株當分數間와 100粒重, 株當分數間와 收量, 株當?數와 收量 및 株當?數와 100粒重間에는 高度의 負의 相關이 認定되었다. 2. 遺傳力이 높은 形質은 100粒重, 開花日數였으며 낮은 形質은 株當?數, ?當粒數 莖直徑이었다. 3. 莖長, 株當?數 種實收量은 그 變異가 크게 나타났다. 4. 收量이 높은 品種의 莖長은 70∼90cm의 範圍내에 分布하고 있었으며, 100립중은 3.5g과 6.5g를 중심으로 높은 수량을 나타내는 品種이 分布하고 있었다. 5. 各形質수는 相互間의 相關은 全체品種을 草型別로 分類하였을 경우 매우 낮은 값을 나타내엇으며 全체的으로 開花日數는 收量에 negative로 作用하였다. 莖長이 짧은 品種群에서는 莖長, 100粒重의 收量에 對한 直接效果가 크게 나타났으며 粒重이 가벼운 品種群에서는 莖長이, 粒重이 무거운 品種群에서는 株當分群에서는 100粒重이 收量에 對하여 보다큰 直接效果를 나타내었으며 이상의 결과는 多重回歸分析에 依하여 再確認되었다. In order to obtain a fundamental information to beused in the breeding of high yielding mungbean variety, 31 cultivars from the International Mungbean Nurseries wer eused to estimate genotypic and phenotypic correlation and heritability and the other 288 cultivars consised of domestic and foregn sources were classified into six varietal groups according to the plant height and 100-grain weight. For each varietal group correlation and path-coefficient among some agronomical characters were observed, and the resutls were reassered by computing multiple regression coefficients. The results are summarized as follows: 1. Highly positive genetic correlation coefficients were obtained between days to flowering and no. of pods/hkll, no. of branches/hill and no. of pods/hill, adn highly negative genotypic correlation coefficient wer found between days to flowering and yield, no. of branches/hill and 100-grain weight, no. of branches/hill and yield, no. of pods/hill and yield, and no. of pos/hill and 100-grain weight. 2. Heritabilities of 100-grain weight, days to flowering showed the highest and those of no. of pods/hill. adn stem diameter showed the lowest. 3. Plant height, no. of pods/hill, grain yield were found to be the most variable characteris in the different varietal groups. 4. The cultivars showing relatively high yielding capacity were distributed from 70cm to 90cm in plant height and 3.5 adn 6.5g in 100-grain weight. 5. The most simple correlation coefficient between characters were analysed to be lower in each varietal groups, and from the path-coefficient analysis, days to flowering were found to have a negative direct effect on grain yield. 6. Important characters seemed to be emphasized for selection in each varietal groups were supposed to be plant height and 100-grain weight in the short varietal groups; plant height in the light varietal groups; and no. of branches/hill and 100-grain weight in the heavy varietal group; and these results were confirmed by the estimation of multiple regression coefficients for each characters.

      • 고구마 收量에 미치는 諸形質의 直接效果 및 間接效果

        고구마의 수량에 影響하는 形質을 보다 正確하게 알기 위하여 形質相互間의 相關關係 그리고 經路係數를 分析한바 그 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 고구마의 收量과 關係있는 形質은莖長, 莖數, 直徑, 節數, 莖重, 地下重, 塊根數의 各形質이었다. 2. 고구마의 收量에 直接的으로 영향하는 形質은 直徑節數, 莖重, 地下重이었다. 3. 間接效果는 莖長과 地下重, 莖數와 地下重, 直徑과 地下重, 節數와 地下重, 莖重과 地下重 間에 높은 값을 보였다. 4. 고구마의 收量은 直徑이 크고 節數가 많고 莖重과 地下重이 무거운 것일수록 收量이 많다는 사실을 알 수 있다. The studies were intended to clarify the correlations between the characters and the influences upon yields of some sweet potatoes. The analysis of covariance was used to obtain genotypic correlations and phenotypic correlations among the eight characters such as stem-length, stem-number, stem-diameter, node-number, stem-weight, underground weight, root-number and root-weight, and the path-coefficients were calculated by Dewey's method. The results obtained are summerized as follows; 1. The yield of sweet potatoes was mainly associated with the characters such as stem-length, stem-number, node-number, stem-weight, undergroundweight, etc. 2. Node-number, stem-weight and underground-weight have positively influenced directly upon the yield of sweet potatoes. 3. Stem-length, stem number and root number also had little or negative influences upon yield but it had rather considerable indirect influence upon yield by increasing of sweet potatoes. 4. As a result, it can be concluded that the yield of sweet potatoes is determined underground weight, node number and stem number etc.

      • 綠豆 量的形質의 經路係數와 選拔指數에 대한 遺傳分析

        錄豆 育種에 必要한 基礎資料를 얻기 위하여 21個 品種을 材料로 開花日數, 成熟期 生育日數, 莖長, 莖直徑, 分技數, 英長, 株當英數, 100粒重 및 粒重等의 量的形質에 대한 經路係數 및 選拔指數를 推定한 바 그 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. 經路係數에서 直接效果는 9個 形質中 莖長(0.8798), 莖直徑(0.5986) 및 分枝數(0.3319) 等이 높았고, 間接效果는 莖長, 英數, 莖直徑, 開花日數 等의 順으로 높아 收量에 미치는 影響이 各各 클 것으로 推定 되었다. 2. 粒重을 收量으로 하여 본 各 形質의 選接指數는 5個形質(開花日數, 莖長, 莖直徑, 分技數, 株當英數)의 組슴에서 垂直徑의 指數가 가장 높았고, 그외 4個 形質은 多少間의 差異는 있었으나 비교적 낮았다. 따라서 品種育成에 있어서는 莖長, 莖直徑, 分校數 및 株當英數等이 收量에 미치는 영향이 크고 또한 選拔效率도 크게 評價되므로 이 形質들을 選拔對象形質로 한다면 그 效果가 클 것으로 믿어진다. The study was intended to clarify genetic parameters, such as the path-coefficient and selection index. Twenty-one mungbean varieties were grown in a randomized block design with three replications at the Experimental Farm, Gyeongsang National University and ten agronomic characters were measured in an individual plant basis. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. In the analysis of path-coefficient, plant height, stem diameter and branch numbers per plant showed a directly positive influences upon yield, but time characters (days to flowering, days from flowering to maturity and days to maturity) and pod numbers per plant were found with a negative effects. In the indirect effect of each character influenced upon grain weight, plant height, pod numbers per plant, stem diameter and days to flowering had considerably indirect influences. 2. In selection indices, selection weights of stem diameter and branch numbers per plant were greater than those of other characters. But it was suggested that the selection index for the selection should be calculated on the basis of the data of some 3~4 agronomic characters, i. e., plant height, stem diameter and branch numbers per plant and pod numbers per plant. In conclusion, these characters should be very useful agronomic characters in the selection of mungbean, as they could be measured or counted easily thus saving time and expense, and have a greater effect than the other agronomic characters in the yield.

      • 珪酸 窒素施用量이 稻體無機成分과 收量構成要素에 미치는 影響

        A series of field experiment were conducted to evaluate the effects of silicate fertilizer, mineral contents and nitrogen fertilizer on the yield, its components, and changes of chemical properties of rice plant. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. The applications of silicate fertilizer produced number of grains per hill, ripened ratio of grains and 1000-grain weight in the plots silicate applied were higher and heavier than those of the control plot (not silicate applied) in two types of varieties (Japonica and Japonica x Indica). The brown rice yield was increased by 9.3% in the Japonica x Indica variety and 8.2% in the Japonica variety in plots silicate applied compared with those of the control plot. 2. The rice plant in the plot silicate applied contained more T-N and P_2O_5 at the maximum tillering stages, K_2O, CaO and MgO at the heading time, and SiO_2 at the three stages(maximum tillering stages, heading time and harvesting time) than those in the control plot. 3. In the plot silicate applied, positive correlation were recognized between the yield and mineral nutritions, but those in the control were not. 4. When applied more nitrogen fertilizer, the rice plant showed the more SiO_2 contents. 5. The maximum yield showed N12kg/10a in the control and N18kg/10a in the plot silicate applied. 6. The SiO_2 ratio was increased in the plot silicate applied, and decreased outbreak of leaf blast and sheath blight. 7. The optimum levels of nitrogen fertilizer were 14kg/10a in the control, 20kg/10a in the plot silicate applied.

      • 綠豆品種集團에 있어서 量的形質에 대한 遺傳分析

        多收性 綠豆品種 育成을 위한 基礎資料를 얻기 위하여 21個 品種을 材料로 各 形質에 대한 遺傳力 및 遺傳相關等을 推定한 바, 그 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. 遺傳力은 100 粒重 및 傳長, 그리고 開花日數는 높았으나 成熟日數와 粒重은 낮았고 其他 形質들은 中間程度였다. 2. 形質相互間의 相關關係에서 開花日數와 莖長은 莖長과 100 粒重을 제외한 全 形質間과 正외 相關이 있었고, 100 粒重은 成熟日數와 萊長과는 표의 相關으로 其他 全 形質과는 負의 相關을 보였다. 3. 收量, 즉 粒重은 開花日數, 莖長, 莖直徑, 分枝數 및 樣當萊數等과 高度의 正의 相關을 보여 이 形質 들이 綠豆의 收量을 增大시킬 것으로 推定되었다. This experiment was conducted to estimate genetic parameters, such as heritabilities, genotypic and phenotypic correlation coefficients of some agronomic characters in mungbean. Twenty one varieties were planted in a randomized block design with three replications and 10 quantitative characters, i. e., days to flowering, days from flowering to maturity, days to maturity, plant height, stem diameter, branch numbers per plant, pod length, pod numbers per plant, 100 grain weight and grain weight per plot were observed. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. The highest heritability value was found for 100 grain weight, and those of days lo flowering and pod length were higher than other characters. But the lower values were found with days from flowering t9 maturity and grain weight per plot. 2. The genotypic correlations among all pairs were slightly higher than the corresponding phenotypic correlations. 3. The phenotypic and genotypic correlations between grain weight and other characters indicated that high grain yield was genetically correlated with days to flowering, plant height, stem diameter, branch numbers per plant and pod numbers per plant. Therefore, these characters were suggested that selection for high yield may be more effective than the other agronomic characters.

        농촌계몽운동에 나타난 계몽주의 사조의 성격고찰 : 브나로드운동을 중시으로

        본 연구에서는 브나로드운동의 성격을 지닌 농촌계몽운동에 나타난 계몽주의 사조의 성격을 고찰해 보았다. 1930년대 가장 대중적인 지지를 얻은 농촌계몽운동은 귀농운동의 성격을 띠었는데, 이것은 러시아 계몽주의 운동, 즉 1870년대 브나로드운동의 영향을 받은 것이었다. 또한 러시아를 경유한 프랑스 후기의 계몽주의가 크게 유입되었음을 알 수 있었다. 그 이유는 구한말의 실력양성 운동의 와중에서 서구사상이 크게 도입되었던 이유는 있었겠지만 8할을 점유하고 있는 농민을 계몽하기 위해서는 농촌이나 농민에 대한 긍정적인 시각을 갖고 있었던 사상이 훨씬 더 설득력이 있었기 때문인 것으로 사료된다. 이러한 브나로드운동으로서의 농촌계몽운동은 농민이 아닌 학생이나 도시 지식층이 주체가 되는 계몽주의적 한계를 지닌다.

      • 大豆雜種初期世代의 收量에 대한 經路係數 分析

        大豆 新品種育成의 重要性에 비추어 選拔에 대한 基礎資料를 얻고자, 6個品種을 二面交雜하고 이들에서 얻은 15個組合 雜種 F1 및 F2世代를 材料로 經路係數를 分析하여 各量的 形質들이 收量에 미치는 直接 果와 形質相互間의 間接 果를 算出한바, 그 結果는 다음과 같았다. 1. 各形質들의 收量에 미치는 直接 果는 世代間에 多少의 差異는 있었지만, 株當莢數, 莖直徑, 莖長, 成熟口數 및 100粒重等이 크게 評價되었다. 2. 形質間의 間接 果는, 株當莢數가 全組合間에 큰 影響을 미쳤으나 100粒重은 成熟日數, 分枝數로부터 받는 間接的 影響이 더 컸었다. 3. 株當莢數가 收量에 미치는 影響은 直接 果가 支配的이었으나 莖長, 莖直徑 및 生育日數로부터 間接的 影響을 받음으로써 그 果는 더욱더 컸을 것으로 推定되었다. A set of 15 crosses of F1's and F2's from six soybean varieties (Danyeopkong, D70-7485, Ilyangjidu, Yukoo#3, Gungnae Jungsaengjidu and Ganglim) were grown in the field to estmiate the path-coefficient for direct and indirect effects of each character influencing grain yield. From a serious of experiments conduced in 1981 to 1982, nine agronomic characters, i.e., days to flowering, days from flowering to maturity, days to maturity, stem length, stem diameter, branch numbers per plant, pod numbers per plant, 100-grain weight and grain weight per plot(grain yield) were observed. By means of a path-coefficient analysis method, the yield of soybean was found to be mainly associated with the characters such as pod numbers per plant, stem length, stem diameter and the highest affectable character to grain yield was pod numbers per plant. The direct effect of 100-grain weight to yield was found to be lower than the indirect effect of other characters.
