      • Cloud Platform Based Mobile Service for Aging Generation Healthcare Management

        The chronic degenerative diseases and physical and mental living difficulties of the aging generation result in low quality of life and the financial burden of medical costs for the government. Better dieting habits affect the aging generation’s longevity and health. 54.5% of the aging generation enjoy increased well-being through diet control and diet services. It is necessary to solve the increasing social problem of the aging generation’s health. We propose a cloud computing technology-based platform and mobile technology-based services for the aging generation’s health management and communication. Elderly people using the mobile service should receive not only diet advice from nutritionists, but also suggestions from doctors and communication with colleagues. A cloud-based mobile diet management service will not only reduce government medical costs but also contribute to public health.

      • A Mobile Healthcare Hospital Service Platform for Personal Health Information Management

        One of the foremost issues in material, spiritual and cultural development is self-management of personal health. The concept of personal health management includes the maintenance and promotion of human health, regular living, physical fitness and improvement, and disease prevention. In this paper, a mobile health care hospital service platform for optimal personal health management is proposed. It not only improves upon the problem of a complex visiting route, but also reduces waiting time for health care through a mobile application provided by the hospital service platform. In such cases, the hospital service platform provides convenient personal health care services and appropriate management of personal health.

      • Healthcare Platform and Big Data Analysis Based Personal Fitness Healthcare Service Model

        Human beings are living longer these days thanks to developments in medical technology and health care services, and accordingly, the global population is rapidly aging. The increasing aging generation is causing unexpected social problems, one of the most critical of which is government health care costs. Personal gene analysis results and record-based personal health care ICT services should predict and prevent personal diseases while improving wellness. Technically, gene sequencing technology development not only reduces the time to decode genetic information but also decreases the cost. Various disease-related gene mutations have been found, and gene sequencing service is a new paradigm in personal health care. In socioeconomic terms, the proposed service model not only accurately diagnoses diseases to provide effective health care but also reduces government health care costs while promoting personal well-being. In this paper, we propose a PGAR (personal gene analysis record) and PHR (personal health care record)-based personal health care service. We implemented this big data analysis-based health care platform for more accurate disease prediction and prevention. When the personal smart health care ICT service is used, it significantly reduces personal health care costs in hospitals.

        클라우드 기반 실버세대 건강관리 모바일 서비스

        갈수록 증가하는 실버들의 신체적 건강관리와 정신적 건강관리 및 삶의 질 향상을 위하여 클라우드 기반 모바일 헬스케어 서비스 모델을 연구하는데 목적이 있다. 실버세대의 스마트 디바이스 사용량 증가는 모바일 헬스케어 서비스 활용이 가능하게 하며 따라서 의료 전문가 및 영양사들의 온라인 지원을 통하여 측정된 생체정보에 대한 실시간 진단 및 평가를 받을 수 있고 진단결과에 따른 맞춤형 건강식단을 제공 받을 수 있다. 본 논문에서 클라우드 기반 오픈 API기술을 적용하여 의료 전문가, 영양사들의 적극적인 참여를 통하여 홈헬스케어의 구현을 촉진할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다. The goal of cloud based mobile health care service model is for the increasing of silver generation"s physical healthcare and mental care and for the needs of well being. It is possible that silver generation using mobile health care, as the increasing of silver generation using mobile. Through the mobile health care services they should access medical experts online health care service and personalized healthy diet service. In this paper, provides cloud based open API technology so let medical expert and dietitian active participation to promote implementation of home health care.

        NFC 기술 기반 병원의료정보 서비스

        본 논문은 의료장비의 첨단화, 의료와 IT기술의 융합으로 개인별 맞춤 의료 및 u-Health의 보편화, 병원간 경쟁력 강화등으로 의료산업이 급속하게 변화해 가고 있고, 환자들의 니즈는 점점 다양화/고차원화 되고 있다. 그에 반해 병원들은 수익성을 개선하기 위해 신기술 기반의 IT인프라 및 의료 시설 증축에만 관심을 보이고 있어 환자들의 진료 동선이 복잡해지고 대기시간이 길어지는 현상에 대한 개선을 위하여 연구를 제안하였다. 본 논문에서는 “NFC 기술 기반의 헬스케어 서비스 모델”을 제안한다. NFC 기술 기반으로 하는 플랫폼과 모바일 및 주변기기 서비스를 통한 편리한 헬스케어 서비스를 제공한다. 편리한 동선 안내 및 진료 대기시간 단축으로 고객의 만족도를 높일 수 있다. As the medical device high-technological and health care and IT convergence based personal health care and u-Health universal also upgrade of competitiveness between hospitals lead the rapid changes in medical industry field. It is increasing divers of patients needs for health care even though hospitals are attributed IT infrastructure and medical facilities expansion to improve profitability. In this paper provides the service model to improve the problems of complex visit route and reduce waiting time for health care. In this paper provide "NFC technology based health care service model" for patients comfortable health care. In this case, NFC based platform and mobile and Peripherals services should provide convenient healthcare services also provide comfortable move route guidance and reduce waiting time for healthcare to improve customer satisfaction.

        Genome-wide analysis of codon usage bias patterns in an enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli F18 strain

        Enterogenic Escherichia coli (ETEC) F18 strains are the main pathogenic bacteria causing severe diarrhea in humans and domestic animals. However, the information about synonymous codon usage pattern of ETEC F18 genome remains unclear. We conducted a genome-wide analysis of synonymous codon usage patterns in the ETEC F18 strain SRA: SAMN02471895. After filtering of the complete genome sequence, 4327 coding sequences were analyzed using multivariate statistical methods to calculate synonymous codon usage patterns and to evaluate the influence of various factors in shaping the codon usage. The mean GC content was 51.38%, with a slight preference for G/C-ending codons. Twenty-two codons were determined as ‘‘optimal codons”. ENC plots showed some of the genes were on or close to the expected curve, while only points with low-ENC values were below the curve. PR2 analysis showed that GC and AT were not used proportionally, suggesting major roles for mutational pressure and natural selection in shaping usage. Neutrality plots showed a significant correlation between GC12 and GC3, suggesting that mutational pressure is responsible for nucleotide composition in shaping the strength of codon usage. Translational selection was the main factor shaping the codon usage pattern of ETEC F18 genome, while other factors such as protein length, GRAVY and ARO values also influenced codon usage to some extent. We analyzed the codon usage pattern systematically and identified the factors shaping codon usage bias in the ETEC F18 genome. Such information further elucidates the mechanisms of synonymous codon usage bias and provides the basis of molecular genetic engineering and evolutionary studies.

        This study is targeted at the domestic Express Hotel Employees share knowledge factors influencing knowledge sharing, internal marketing, job satisfaction and systematic analysis of the impact on effective ways to present and share knowledge better than trying to present the internal marketing factors and implications depending on the purpose of Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Gyeongju Express Hotel employees were surveyed, with AMOS using the SPSS statistical analysis was demonstrated, and the results are as follows. First, the relationship between internal marketing and knowledge sharing, internal communications, internal marketing factors of knowledge sharing and training shown significant influence but compensation does not affect the sharing of knowledge, respectively. Second, the relationship between internal marketing and job satisfaction is a factor of internal marketing training and reward significant effect on job satisfaction have shown natjiman, internal communications on the job satisfaction showed no significant effect. Third, the impact of knowledge sharing on job satisfaction, the path coefficient was 0.838 showed sufficient explanatory power, and knowledge sharing on job satisfaction positively influence.
