Investigation on Chinese Manuscripts of Yao Nationality in Shaye Li Wu area, Laos
Xiaoyang,Xaejao Kaosien (Laos),Zhang Yanping 아시아사회과학학회 2021 Jornal of Asia Social Science Vol.3 No.1
There are a large number of manuscripts written in Chinese characters mixed with Yao folk characters in Li Wu area of Shaye, Laos. These documents are precious materials for studying Yao culture and physical evidence of Chinese Han culture spreading along with Yao’s migration. After investigating 48 paper manuscripts in Chinese collected by Panyao Master in Shaye Li Wu, Laos, it is found that the contents of manuscripts are mainly related to Mongolian studies, literature and religious culture. Yao manuscripts in Chinese have a high recognition among Yao men in Shaye Li Wu area, Laos, but there is a danger of dying out gradually, so it is necessary to strengthen protection and inheritance. Coordinating the strength of the government and all parties, strengthening Chinese teaching, strengthening publicity and development and utilization, enhancing Yao women’s awareness of Chinese manuscripts, and establishing Yao cultural libraries and study centers are effective measures to protect Yao Chinese manuscripts and enhance the cohesion and self-confidence of local Yao ethnic groups.
Ω-RESULT ON COEFFICIENTS OF AUTOMORPHIC L-FUNCTIONS OVER SPARSE SEQUENCES

Let ${\lambda}_f(n)$ denote the n-th normalized Fourier coefficient of a primitive holomorphic form f for the full modular group ${\Gamma}=SL_2({\mathbb{Z}})$. In this paper, we are concerned with ${\Omega}$-result on the summatory function ${\sum}_{n{\leqslant}x}{\lambda}^2_f(n^2)$, and establish the following result ${\sum}_{\leqslant}{\lambda}^2_f(n^2)=c_1x+{\Omega}(x^{\frac{4}{9}})$, where $c_1$ is a suitable constant.

Thermally driven desiccant- and evaporative cooling-based technologies are promising greener and cheaper alternatives to compressor-based systems due to the separate handling of latent and sensible loads. Desiccant air-conditioning (DAC) systems comprise a desiccant dehumidifier, a sensible cooling unit, a heat source for regeneration, and a heat recovery unit. These components of a DAC system can be arranged in various ways to give different configurations with varying advantages and disadvantages. In this study, five configurations of thermally driven desiccant dehumidifier- and dew point evaporative cooling (DPEC)-based DAC systems were investigated. Seven evaluation criteria namely regeneration temperature, desiccant moisture removal capacity, COPt, DPEC L/H, heat exchanger UA, system size, and fan power requirement were employed. Results show that the standard cycle in ventilation mode offers the highest COPt despite having the highest regeneration temperature. Recirculation of the return room air can operate at a significantly lower regeneration temperature at the expense of larger equipment size and much lower COPt. DAC with an internally cooled dehumidification can operate at low regeneration temperature at the expense of higher fan power and slightly lower COPt. Dividing the dehumidification process into two stages can offer operation at moderately lower regeneration temperature without severely affecting the other criteria. This study can serve as a guide for the selection of an appropriate DAC configuration for space cooling depending on the objective criteria and the resources available.

Let λ∫(n) denote the n-th normalized Fourier coefficient of a primitive holomorphic form ∫ for the full modular group Γ = SL2(Z). In this paper, we are concerned with Ω-result on the summatory function Σn≤xλ2∫(n2), and establish the following result Σn≤xλ2∫(n2) = c1x + Ω(x4/9), where c1 is a suitable constant.

Background: Comparing the WHO Report on Noncommunicable Diseases Country Profi les 2011 and 2014, Indonesia proportional percentage of mortality due cardiovascular death has increase from 30% to 37%. yet, the pre-existing underlying burden of chronic infections is still a major obstacle in these countries. Chronic latent infection of cytomegalovirus has been proposed as one of the major burden. Therefore, the objective of this study is to determine increase expression of ICAM-1in human endothelial cells as a mean to cause accelerated atherosclerosis. Methods: Human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) were isolated from umbilical cords obtained within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. Endothelial cell purity was assessed by immunohistochemical staining for von Willebrand Factor (factor VIII). The presence of contaminating leukocytes was excluded by staining the cultures with mouse monoclonal antibodies to leukocyte common antigen (LCA) (Dako), monocyte-specifi c antigen (Leu-M5). HUVECs were infected with HCMV strain VHL/E. Viral stocks were taken from a -800C freezer and thawed quickly under lukewarm running tap water. Confl uent monolayers of cultured HUVECs co-culture with viral inoculum. After 85- 90% infectivity has been achieved, the infected endothelial cells are ready to be used for identifi ying the expression of ICAM-1 using monoclonal antibody by Daco, then analyzed with Flow cytometer as well as immunohisto-chemistry analisis. Results: There is increase expression of ICAM-1 in CMV infected endothelial cells as compared to non-infected endothelial cells. Conclusions: Cytomegalovirus might use this approach to accelerate the advancement of atherosclerosis.
