The efficiency of insertion and/or deletion (indels) polymorphisms as genetic markers was evaluated by genotyping 102 indels loci in native chicken populations from Myanmar and Indonesia as well as Red jungle fowls and Green jungle fowls from Java Island. Out of the 102 indel markers, 97 were polymorphic. The average observed and expected heterozygosities were 0.206 to 0.268 and 0.229 to 0.284 in native chicken populations and 0.003 to 0.101 and 0.012 to 0.078 in jungle fowl populations. The coefficients of genetic differentiation (Gst) of the native chicken populations from Myanmar and Indonesia were 0.041 and 0.098 respectively. The genetic variability is higher among native chicken populations than jungle fowl populations. The high Gst value was found between native chicken populations and jungle fowl populations. Neighbor-joining tree using genetic distance revealed that the native chickens from two countries were genetically close to each other and remote from Red and Green jungle fowls of Java Island.

This paper describes a framework development using system engineering concept for various space launch vehicles to assist engineers during system synthesis and simulation design process. This design framework consists of many different functions and capabilities: data analysis of each module, sequential optimization of each module, entire optimization of all modules and configuration 3D modeling of final target space launch vehicle. Additionally, the tool was designed to accept and save input values from users, and run the optimization after being prepared. Alternatively, the user can load and run system-default values to know how exactly the framework works. Furthermore, this paper describes the implement and deployment of aerospace design frameworks of a unique platform. The various analysis codes, optimization codes, MATLAB, FORTRAN, 3D modeling using CATIA v5, and a database management system are integrated into the frameworks. With this space launch framework, the system synthesis and simulation design for the rocket system targeted on the 700 x 700 km circular orbit has been successfully performed to demonstrate the efficiency of the framework.

System flexibility and efficient flight automation algorithms make UAV a popular platform for various aerial mapping applications. Small sized UAVs are the prior option for the most part of mapping applications due to low price and ease of operation. The use of UAVs for professional geographic information system or precision agriculture sets very strict requirements to image quality. The selection of appropriate image recording equipment becomes essential for providing the sharp images with high resolution. This paper describes the methodology for calculating the required flight conditions and mission efficiency of an existing electric UAV to satisfy the mission requirements. Scoring method is applied to select the required setup of a visual sensor.
