        제4차 산업혁명의 고용 영향에 대한 실증적 연구

        이 연구는 최근 빈번하게 언급되고 있는 제4차 산업혁명 관련 요소 기술들의 고용영향에 대한 논의를 정리하고 탐색적 연구를 수행하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 먼저 2015년 9월 세계경제포럼(WEF)의 Global Agenda Council에서의 ICT 분야 경영진과 전문가를 대상으로 시행한 실현 가능성에 대한 설문조사 내용을 분석하고 확장하였다. 이를 바탕으로 국내 조직 종사자나 전문가를 대상으로 요소 기술들의 실현가능성뿐만 아니라 고용 영향에 대한 실증조사를 수행하였다. 실현가능성에대한 23개 항목별로 2025년에 실현가능한가에 대해 응답자들(n=169)은 전반적으로 긍정적으로 반응하였다. 또한 고용 영향 정도에 대해서는, 23개 항목별로 고용을 줄일것이라는 항목이 많았지만 일부 요소기술 항목들은 고용을 늘릴 것으로 예상되었다. 향후 제4차 산업혁명의 고용영향에 대한 실증연구의 단초를 제공한다는 점에서 연구의 의의를 찾을 수 있다. This study aims to analyze various discussions for influences on employment by the technologies related to the frequently mentioned Fourth Industrial Revolution and to conduct an exploratory research. For this aim, this paper analyzes and extends the survey related to realization possibility for managements and professionals of ICT sector in Global Agenda Council of World Economic Forum (WEF) in September 2015. Based upon these results, this study further conducts an empirical survey not only over realization possibility but also over its employment impact. For each 23 item of realization possibility, all the respondents (n=169) responded positively to each item to be actualized in 2025. In addition, for each 23 item of the strength of employment impact, most items were responded as decrease of employment but a few items were predicted as expansion of employment. This research has a meaning in providing a clue of empirical survey for employment impact by the Fourth Industrial Revolution in the future.

        EIM(Enterprise Information Management)을 위한 IT 거버넌스 모델 연구

        Today, IT governance has also become a subject of attention along with recent technologies such as ITSM (IT Service Management), PPM (Project Portfolio Management) and Compliance. At the national level, the market is fairly recent, and therefore, lacks detailed research in the field. Models specifically related to EIM has not yet been presented to this day, hence, firms that are considering EIM as a potential part of their information management system may fall into a state of disorder in the process of its implementation. To this end, this research attempts to construct an IT governance model for EIM based on existing models, surveys and interviews. In particular, E-discovery has been applied as means of protecting information assets and its use as evidence. In addition, by applying the research model to a particular global firm and then assessing its documentation management system, the overall feasibility of the research model has been tested.

        Design and Empirical Study of an Online Education Platform Based on B2B2C, Focusing on the Perspective of Art Education

        The purpose of this study is to provide instructive theoretical models for art (music) education institutions especially when unpredictable risks, such as pandemics, occur again. Based on the customer behavior theory of the business-to-business-to-customer (B2B2C) platform, and in combination with the technology acceptance model (TAM) and expectation confirmation model (ECM), this study proposes an online education model from the perspective of art education. The framework is based on the three decision-making processes of the customer, and includes the product owner, content owner, and customer area. This paper highlights the factors that influence customers in making decisions when art education institutions are product owners. Regression analysis was introduced to study the factors influencing the expectation confirmation, and the overall fitting testing and six hypotheses testing of 385 effective samples were performed using the structural equation modeling (SEM). The results show that the course-design and after-service positively influenced the expectation confirmation, and the domain image positively influenced the continuance behavior. Negative emotions skipped the mediator (expectation confirmation) and directly exerted a significant negative impact on customers' willingness to continue system usage (continuance behavior). In addition, expectation confirmation positively influenced continuance behavior. The paths of detailed items comprising course-design, after-service, and negative emotion were also analyzed and discussed. In this path analysis, ordinary art learners did not believe that AI partners can play a very good auxiliary role. The findings contribute to the scope of information systems acting as an art education platform academically, and provide effective and theoretical support for the actual operation of art education institutions.

        KMS(Knowledge Management System)내 지식에 대한 유지보수 요청 의향에 관한 실증적 연구

        The study investigates the challenge of knowledge maintenance in the KMSs. Knowledge pieces are the embodiment of structures in an organization and need to be modified tuned to environmental change over time. Since the change of knowledge in the KMS is not made automatically, it requires user's active participation which is called maintenance action. This study shows that users are not voluntary in taking maintenance action with empirical data based upon knowledge pieces that are already established in the KMS. This article shows that the intention of maintaining KMS is negatively influenced by KM-related culture, organizational culture and the authority of knowledge piece rather than the organizational demography. An organizational culture has an influence directly upon the intention of maintaining knowledge but influence upon KM-related culture or the authority of knowledge piece, the influence indirectly related to the intention of maintaining knowledge. It can be argued that the organizational demography have only meager influence upon the intention of maintaining knowledge only by KM-related culture. This research has the implication that what factors are to be considered in maintaining knowledge pieces over time for the organization mangers.

        The Correlation between Online Comments before Broadcasting and Television Content Viewers’ Behavior Pattern: The Anchoring Effect Perspective

        This study investigated the television (TV) content viewers’ behavior influenced by online communication at the choice of new TV series on a terrestrial streaming platform. For exploring the impact of the anchoring effect on the TV content consumption, this study analyzed the correlation between the first episode’s TV ratings and the data of online comments or reactions. These data were potential audiences’ communication, which were generated on the online article three weeks before the first broadcasting began. To avoid the crucial influence by external factors, such as season and social issue, the test was done with eight (8) TV series which have same genre (drama), similar core audience targeting (20-49’s women), similar broadcasting period (Jun-Oct 2016), same scheduling (10.00 to 11.00 pm, weekdays) and aired on terrestrial TV platforms. This research found that not only the amount of comments and reactions, but also the attitude about the comments created before broadcasting, positively influence the audiences’ decision-making behavior for new TV content choices. This investigation contributes to the literature on media economics and management by exploring the media content users’ consuming behavior with behavioral economics perspectives (anchoring effect) and making a first step for finding a new effect on the media content consumption.

        A Study on the Media Consumers’ Behavior Related to Online Communications: Behavioral Economics Perspective

        This research investigates the media consumers’ behavior with behavioral economics perspective, especially regarding TV content viewers’ behavior; how do online communications influence TV viewers’ decision when choosing a new TV content among options. We focus on quantity and attribute of comments or reactions on the online news articles. We analyze that online communications data, which were generated before the first broadcast, affect the TV content consumers’ choice for a new TV series. Here we identify a predicted utility, experienced utility and distinction bias in TV media consumption to find the effectiveness of the first viewing choice on whole TV series’ episodes. To avoid the crucial influence by exogenous factors, such as season and social issue, the test was done with specific conditions. This research found that the total number of reactions to the comments by itself positively affects the audiences’ decision-making behavior for a new TV content choice. This influence was regardless of favor/ non-flavor reactions. This study contributes to the literature on media economics and management by exploring the media content users’ consuming behavior and making a first step for finding an important influencer on the media content consumption.
