Since the 1970's, a lot if housing have been constructed to solve the shortage of housing in urban area. Among them, the multi-family housing has located as major housing type in urban area with recently two million housing construction. In 1993, the total number of housing construction was about 690 thousand, among which positioned in 77% of apartment and 31% of detached-housing. Though this policy resulted from housing policy focused on construction & supply, the aspect of maintenance of building has not concerned. In the end, the housing policy which was focused on construction resulted in inefficient living of low housing condition. Therefore, we should take a policy to use the housing resources efficiently with the systematic maintenance. This require to correct the maintenance concerned law, code, maintenance repair technique. With the recurring development of housing construction technique and new material and etc., the maintenance methods should be systematized. For this, it analyzed the deterioration factor and compared our preparations with the foreign code about repair cost, cycle, repair time, repair ratio. This study will use as basic data to set the repair criteria of multi-family housing. These results of this study will provide the systematic and technique preparations, analyzing the factors of building deterioration. And this study will enlarge the life of building and to live the higher housing condition and use the building resources efficiently.

모르터 내에서 입도차이가 다른 플라이애쉬의 제반특성에 관한 연구

This study is aimed for the properties on the lightweight Mortar with 3 types of Flyash. 1) The result of mixing design at a substitution flyash as fine aggregate could be observed promotive effect of viscosity. But in case of mixing rate 1:1 and 1:2, in substitution ratio 20% and 30% with flyash, the mixing control to be exceedingly. 2) The thermal conductivity was no more the thing which non-mixing with flyash than the lightweight mortar with flyash, also, at the 1:1 and 1:2 of mixing rate, flyash size 37㎛(Type 3) was showed a excellent performance. But in case of mixing rate 1:3, 149~74㎛(Type 1) was very good. 3) As the result of flyash mortar strength, early and long strength ages of the mortar was acquired. Therefor, by the experiments of flyash mortar, a insufficient study parts was be necessary to a very much expenditure and endeavor.

An aim of architecture for environment intimacy is to save energy and resource and to protect environment. Our traditional houses structured with timbers of natural materials. The reason is because the timber structure is a suitable structure on the weather and natural features of our country. Wood h a s environmental intimacy in material production, no public nuisance of nature material manufacture, many directions of utilization, the other side has transformation, corrosion and fragility of fire. This study has a pivotal point that a style of the wooden structure is suitable on the actual condition in Korea and the future environment. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to suggest direction of wood frame at the houses with environmental intimacy. These results of this study will provide the methods for house design and composition plans of architectural structure, and application plans of environment or climate.

嶺南大 生物學科에 소장중인 집게벌레目에 속한 標本들을 分類學的으로 同定하고 각 種의 特性과 慶北地方에서의 分布를 처음으로 논하였다. 결과, 다루어진 分類群은 3科 7屬 7種으로 이는 국내에 기록된 집게벌레種의 약 44%를 차지하는 것이나, 稀貴種과 誤同定이 많이 포함된 집게벌레目의 특성상 사실상 국내에서 발견될 수 있는 種들이 대체로 모두 보관된 셈이다. 표본들의 라벨에서 분포와 서식지를 검토한 바 대체로 각 종의 서식 환경과 분포 범위를 분명히 구분시켜주는 채집이었고, 특히 민집게벌레(Anisolabis maritima)에 속한 일부 표본들은 慶北地方에서 의문시된던 과거의 기록과 이 種이 都市로 擴散한 것을 확인하는데 결정적인 증거가 되었다. 그러나 이 種의 특성상 自然的인 分布를 인정 할 수는 없으므로 추후 그 확산을 조사하는 것은 흥미로운 연구일 것이다. 더불어 각種을 구분하기 위한 診斷的인 檢素表가 제시되었다. Discussed are their characteristics and distribution of Dermaptera deposited at the Department of Biology, Youngnam University, as they were identified into relevant taxonomic positions. Consequently, the specimens were assigned into 7 species belonging to 3 familes 7 genera that is about 44% of the known disversity of Dermaptera in Korea. However, it covers almost all casual species considering that 6 rare and 3 misidentified species are included in the Known Korean fauna. In particular, the most interesting materials were found in Anisolabis maritima (Bonelli) that is essentially a coastal species but were collected in the citycentre of Taegu. The doubted records on A. maritima in Taegu, therefore, were decisively supported by the specimens. Dispersal route of the species is to be the primary concern of a continuing work. Also provided is the diagnostic key for the species identified.

The importance of sociology of law has been increasing for the purpose of finding out and acquisition of right law in the jurisprudence. And yet, they do not recognize the essence of sociology of law, let alone the recognition of the importance of sociology of law in Korea jurisprudence world. And these phenomena are not desirable for the sincere development of the jurisprudence.
