지반의 동결저감 대책기술을 수립하기 위한 클링커애쉬 인공경량골재 개발에 관한 연구

This study is progressed function ratio, it's trued taste by an experiment to present data for human work light weight aggregate development that use clink ash progressed liquid limit, small success limit, wear loss in quantity, sand equivalent, sieve cutting examination. 80 : 20’s match of function rain examination is 1.4, and that use rubble Goljae as ckink ash lightweight aggregate’s capacity ratio increases by 1.0 increase of function rain many. Also, examination multiplied delicate flavor gradually according to increase of the mixing rate, and absorption coefficient increased. This is judged by phenomenon that appear by special quality upper clink ash of polystyrene bid and porosity’s increase between lightweight aggregate. It is case that use aggregate of wear loss in quantity is 13.5 in sand equivalent and a wear loss in quantity experiment and although case that mix 20% increases by 14.4, this phenomenon by weak tissue of lightweight aggergate be judge. When it’s as a these experiment, the statue prevention floor of a street improvement specifications is prescribing so that satisfy by sand equivalent 20, CBR 10. This is showed result that this satisfies in quality standard all in match experiment ago that see. 클랭커 애쉬를 이용한 인공 경량 골재 개발을 위한 자료를 제시하기 위하여 이를 위한 실험으로 함수 비, 진밀도, 액성한계, 소성한계, 마모감량, 모래당량, 체가름 시험을 진행하였다. 함수비 시험은 80 : 20의 배합이 1.4이고, 쇄석 골재만 사용한 것은 1.0으로 클링커애쉬 경량골재의 용적비가 증가하면서 함수비의 증가도 많았다. 또한, 진밀도 시험은 혼입율의 증가에 따라 점점 상승하였고, 흡수율도 증가하였다. 이는 폴리스티렌 비드의 특성상 클링커애쉬와 경량골재 사이의 공극율의 증가로 나타난 현상으로 판단된다. 모 래당량과 마모감량 실험에서는 마모감량은 쇄석골재만 사용한 경우는 13.5이고 20% 혼입한 경우는 14.4 로 증가하지만, 이는 경량골재의 약한 조직으로 인한 현상이라 판단된다. 이러한 실험으로 볼 때, 도로공 사 시방서의 동상방지층은 모래당량 20, CBR 10으로 만족하도록 규정하고 있어 본 실험은 전 배합에서 모두 품질기준에 만족하는 결과를 보였다. 현재 클링커 애쉬는 단순 매립용 골재나, 매립으로 폐기하는 현 실정에서 골재로 활용할 수 있게 됨으로써 천연골재의 부족이나 자원의 낭비를 해소할 수 있을 것으로 파악된다. 기존의 자갈보다 단열효과가 뛰어나고, 가벼우며, 단단한 경량골재를 사용함으로써 재활용이 활 발할 것으로 예상된다.

Modern urbanites live most of their daily lives indoors as they live at work during the day and at home at night. Moreover, in order to save energy and increase efficiency for maintaining the temperature and humidity of a living space, it is gradually sealed, and interest in indoor air quality is emerging. Radon, which is hidden in this space, is a substance that emits strong radiation when uranium in nature collapses. Radon in these daily lives is often generated in old buildings such as detached houses, especially rural houses. The development of an eco-friendly activated carbon adhesive that can improve radon reduction efficiency, rather than a passive alternative method for selecting construction materials, is very necessary. Accordingly, the differentiated technology level was presented and the results were derived. 현대 도시인은 주간에는 직장, 그리고 야간에는 가정이라는 실내공간에서 생활이 이루어짐에 따라 일상의 대부분을 실내에서 영위하고 있다. 더욱이 생활공간의 온 ‧ 습도를 유지하기 위한 에너지의 절감 및 효율을 높이기 위하여 점차 밀폐화 되면서 실내 공기질에 대한 관심이 대두되고 있다. 이러한 공간속에 숨어 있는 라돈은 자연 속 우라늄이 붕괴하며 강한 방사선을 방출하는 물질로 세계 보건기구(WHO)와 미국환경청에서는 1급 발암물질로 지정했으며 흡연에 이어 폐암 발병 요인2위로 지목한 바 있다. 이러한 생활 속 라돈은 단독주택, 특히 농촌주택과 같이 오래된 건축물에 많이 발생되는데 이러한맥락속에서 사찰, 누각, 고건축물 등 준공년도가 오래된 문화재 건축물 적용 가능한 라돈저감 방안을 제시하고 라돈저감을위한 환기 및 건축자재 선정차원의 소극적 대안방법이 아닌 라돈 저감 효율을 개선할 수 있는 친환경 활성탄 접착제의 개발이 매우 필요한 상황이다. 이에 차별화된 기술수준을 제시하여 결과를 도출하였다.

Since the 1970's, a lot if housing have been constructed to solve the shortage of housing in urban area. Among them, the multi-family housing has located as major housing type in urban area with recently two million housing construction. In 1993, the total number of housing construction was about 690 thousand, among which positioned in 77% of apartment and 31% of detached-housing. Though this policy resulted from housing policy focused on construction & supply, the aspect of maintenance of building has not concerned. In the end, the housing policy which was focused on construction resulted in inefficient living of low housing condition. Therefore, we should take a policy to use the housing resources efficiently with the systematic maintenance. This require to correct the maintenance concerned law, code, maintenance repair technique. With the recurring development of housing construction technique and new material and etc., the maintenance methods should be systematized. For this, it analyzed the deterioration factor and compared our preparations with the foreign code about repair cost, cycle, repair time, repair ratio. This study will use as basic data to set the repair criteria of multi-family housing. These results of this study will provide the systematic and technique preparations, analyzing the factors of building deterioration. And this study will enlarge the life of building and to live the higher housing condition and use the building resources efficiently.

Pluralizing of society and radical marching of the information society has made a great change in the legal realities. Therefore traditional method of the law that has been used by this time could not be maintained any more.Of course there were several changes in accordance with situation of the times in method of the law before too. They are just concept-jurisprudence, freedom-jurisprudence including interests-jurisprudence and valuation- jurisprudence.Especially valuation-jurisprudence has been fixed as a dominant method of the law today. Namely the basic principles of valuation-jurisprudence are nowaday regarded as rational and appropriate principles. But it seems to be general view that there is strong necessity to make up and settle for contents and criteria of valuation-jurisprudence in accordance with the change of legal realities.So I am going go introduce foundation of method of the law, change of method of the law and items that valuation-jurisprudence requires as its supplementary ways in this thesis. Methods of the law through the legal philosophy, legal sociology, legal history and comparative jurisprudence etc. are just several examples for the supplementary ways. And the nature of things and dialogical legal thought are also its proper examples.In short, what is called self-reflectional method of the law well-matched modern legal realities should be evolved considerably. From now on, the shortage of traditional method of the law would rather be overcome critically through self-reflectional method of the law which reflexes on traditional culture and conventional language in our legal realities.Now I think that method of the law should be converted into critical or self-reflectional method of the law as a supplementary way to traditional method of the law.
