      • Simulation Analysis of Stereo Garage Control Algorithm based on ADRC

        Yongde Zhang,Tongning Shi,Lei Wang,Jingguo He,Daifu Tian 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Security and Its Applicat Vol.10 No.6

With the rapid growth of car ownership, "parking" has gradually become the hot issue of society in general. At present, people widely used stereo garage because it took small area, which had a high space utilization, and convenient operation. However, due to internal instability of three-phase asynchronous motor parameters and load disturbance factors such as fluctuations, it led to a poor robustness of the control system. Therefore, we build a system of first order mathematical model using Simulink based on Active Disturbance Rejection Control (ADRC) and made the simulation analysis by the analysis of the controller structure and algorithm. And through the comparison with the traditional PID control, we implementated the signal fast response optimization design and control overshoot.

      • Green synthesis of silver nanoparticles to the microbiological corrosion deterrence of oil and gas pipelines buried in the soil

        Zhi Zhang,Jingguo Du,Tayebeh Mahmoudi Techno-Press 2023 Advances in nano research Vol.15 No.4

Biological corrosion, a crucial aspect of metal degradation, has received limited attention despite its significance. It involves the deterioration of metals due to corrosion processes influenced by living organisms, including bacteria. Soil represents a substantial threat to pipeline corrosion as it contains chemical and microbial factors that cause severe damage to water, oil, and gas transmission projects. To combat fouling and corrosion, corrosion inhibitors are commonly used; however, their production often involves expensive and hazardous chemicals. Consequently, researchers are exploring natural and eco-friendly alternatives, specifically nano-sized products, as potent corrosion inhibitors. This study aims to environmentally synthesize silver nanoparticles using an extract from Lagoecia cuminoides L and evaluate their effectiveness in preventing biological corrosion of buried pipes in soil. The optimal experimental conditions were determined as follows: a volume of 4 ml for the extract, a volume of 4 ml for silver nitrate (AgNO3), pH 9, a duration of 60 minutes, and a temperature of 60 degrees Celsius. Analysis using transmission electron microscopy confirmed the formation of nanoparticles with an average size of approximately 28 nm, while X-ray diffraction patterns exhibited suitable peak intensities. By employing the Scherer equation, the average particle size was estimated to be around 30 nm. Furthermore, antibacterial studies revealed the potent antibacterial activity of the synthesized silver nanoparticles against both aerobic and anaerobic bacteria. This property effectively mitigates the biological corrosion caused by bacteria in steel pipes buried in soil.

Dynamic model-based back-stepping control design for-trajectory tracking of seabed tracked vehicles

        Hong Xiong,Yuxiang Chen,Yuxiao Li,Hong Zhu,Chunliang Yu,Jingguo Zhang 대한기계학회 2022 JOURNAL OF MECHANICAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY Vol.36 No.8

Tracked vehicles are widely used as seabed production tools to ensure a stable motion on soft sediments. However, the slippage resulted from the complex nonlinear trackterrain interaction while trajectory tracking causes problems for precisely predicting the motion. Accordingly, a “proper” motion control method is necessitated. This work proposes a novel dynamic modeling approach and motion control method for seabed tracked vehicles under nonholonomic constraints, with the inclusion of the effects of the bulldozing resistance, compaction resistance, water resistance, and the direction and velocity of the current. The backstepping control based on a model-based proportional-integral-derivative three degrees-offreedom method is applied in the controller, and its stability is proven by Lyapunov theory. The effectiveness and accuracy of the method in controlling seabed tracked vehicles are validated by simulation examples.

Identification and Epigenetic Analysis of a Maternally Imprinted Gene Qpct

        Jing Guo,Qiong Wu,Hongjuan He,Qi Liu,Fengwei Zhang,Jie Lv,Tiebo Zeng,Ning Gu 한국분자세포생물학회 2015 Molecules and cells Vol.38 No.10

Most imprinted genes are concerned with embryonic development, especially placental development. Here, we identified a placenta-specific imprinted gene Qpct. Our results show that Qpct is widely expressed during early embryonic development and can be detected in the telecephalon, midbrain, and rhombencephalon at E9.5-E11.5. Moreover, Qpct is strikingly expressed in the brain, lung and liver in E15.5. Expression signals for Qpct achieved a peak at E15.5 during placental development and were only detected in the labyrinth layer in E15.5 placenta. ChIP assay results suggest that the modification of histone H3K4me3 can result in maternal activating of Qpct.
