Because of its greater biodiversity, ASEAN has long been a source and transit hub for transnational wildlife trafficking. Although several international and domestic wildlife enforcement mechanisms have been established, the scope and effectiveness of international legal cooperation and policy coordination between China and ASEAN remain limited. Governments have been hampered in their efforts to combat wildlife trafficking by the difficulties of investigation and prosecution in overseas jurisdictions and the maintenance of illicit supply chains by organized crime groups. This paper reviews the main trends of legal and illegal wildlife trade between China and ASEAN, explores the existing legal and policy frameworks of ASEAN countries and China, and discusses the effectiveness of cooperation between China and ASEAN countries by referring to the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime (UNTOC). Finally, put forward the legal cooperation between China and ASEAN countries in combating transnational illegal wildlife trafficking.

Research on NGO Participation in National Governance in India

India has more than 1.5 million registered NGOs and is a country with a high degree of political and social diversity. This study will explore the role of Indian social governance structure as a stabilizer and safety valve for Indian society from the perspective of NGOs in India. This study will take the international NGOs in India as the starting point, analyzing their types, fields, and funding sources for classification research; exploring the relationship between the Indian government and international NGOs. In-depth study of the achievements and problems of NGOs in India in the development can be a good reference for political governance.

Analysis of Singapore s China Policy : New Trends and Motivation

지리적 위치를 차지한 싱가포르는 외교 정책을 바꾸어 대국 간의 균형을 유지해 왔고 무역 친중 정치 친미의 대독 전략 을 채택해왔다. 2016년은 싱가포르 대중 국 정책을 조정 한해였고 중미무역 충돌과 전염병 상황의 영향을 받아 싱가포르 대중국 정책도 새로운 도전에 직면 했다. 현재의 국제 환경에 빨리 적응하기 위해 싱가포르는 대중국 정책을 점차적으로 조정하고 대중국의 우호를 계속 증진 시킨다. 본고는 싱가포르가 향후 유행기에 중국 외교정책에 대한 변화추세를 분석하는데 중심을 두고 있다. Singapore, which occupies a geographical position, has always maintained its balance among big powers through changing foreign policies, and adopted a hedging strategy of trade pro-China and political pro-America. The year of 2016 is the adjustment year of Singapore s China policy, and its influenced by the Sino-US trade conflicts and the epidemic. In order to adapt to the current international environment as soon as possible, Singapore has gradually adjusted its China policy and continuously promoted its friendship with China. This paper focuses on the change of Singapore s China policy and its causes, especially Singapore s diplomatic attitude towards China under the influence of the epidemic, so as to analyze and predict Singapore s China trend in Post-pandemic era.

Ray Huang, in 1587, A Year of No Significance: The Ming Dynasty in Decline, discussed the lack of mathematical management in China, which was largely derived from his research on the taxation system of the Ming Dynasty. Others believed that the “Mathematical Management ” actually reflected the ruler's ability to measure the economic value of the goods produced and traded within the territory, emphasizing the technical nature of mathematical management. By combing Ray Huang’s thoughts, this paper analyzes the role of “Mathematical Management” in national governance, and holds that “Mathematical Management” not only includes quantitative management in the literal sense, but also includes related management systems. In a sense, “Mathematical Management” is the combination of technology and system. The key is to use statistical data, data analysis means to establish a scientific and reasonable statistical system, which contains a wealth of statistical ideas.
