<P>In this paper, the block processing of a discrete-time (DT) improper-complex second-order cyclostationary (SOCS) random process is considered. In particular, it is of interest to find a preprocessing operation that enables the adoption of conventional signal processing techniques and algorithms developed for the filtering of proper-complex signals and that leads to computationally efficient near-optimal postprocessing. An invertible linear-conjugate linear (LCL) operator named the DT frequency shift (FRESH) properizer is first proposed. It is shown that the DT FRESH properizer converts a DT improper-complex SOCS random process input to an equivalent DT proper-complex SOCS random process output by utilizing the information only about the cycle period of the input. An invertible LCL block processing operator named the asymptotic FRESH properizer is then proposed that mimics the operation of the DT FRESH properizer but processes a finite number of consecutive samples of a DT improper-complex SOCS random process. It is shown that the output of the asymptotic FRESH properizer is not proper but asymptotically proper and that its frequency-domain covariance matrix converges to a highly structured block matrix with diagonal blocks as the block size tends to infinity. Two representative estimation and detection problems are presented to demonstrate that asymptotically optimal low-complexity postprocessors can be easily designed by exploiting these asymptotic second-order properties of the output of the asymptotic FRESH properizer.</P>
Capacity of an Orthogonal Overlay Channel

<P>In this paper, the design of a selfless overlay system is considered for a frequency-selective bandlimited linear time-invariant channel already occupied by a legacy system. It is assumed that the transmitted signal by the legacy system is well modeled by a zero-mean second-order cyclostationary (SOCS) Gaussian random process. It is also assumed that the legacy receiver employs a linear-conjugate linear (LCL) filter to capture possible impropriety of the signal. Our objective is to maximize the throughput of the overlay system under the constraint that no interfering signal component is observed at the output of the legacy LCL filter sampled at a uniform rate. A relevant problem of deriving the constrained capacity of a discrete-time vector Gaussian noise channel is first examined. Then, it is shown that the optimal input to the overlay channel must be a zero-mean SOCS Gaussian random process. Using these results, the optimization problem is formulated in the frequency domain, and the procedure named orthogonal cyclic water filling (O-CWF) is derived to find the optimal channel input distribution. Numerical results are provided to show that the proposed selfless overlay scheme enables reliable communication even over a channel fully occupied by a legacy system.</P>

Nowaday, Many country have been using many kind of DPF system. But reduction efficiency was decrease when using less than 430ppm sulfur contents diesel fuel used for a long time. Because sulfur poisoning. Therefore, It was hard to using for diesel fuel. some country using less than 430ppm sulfur contents diesel fuel. In this paper was studied for endurable SiC filter of sulfur poisoning. Because Reduction efficiency decrease Occurs. due to sulfur contents Because low sulfur diesel used for a long time. than uses 30ppm of sulfur contents in Constraints on. Need to be developed. In order to export to foreign countries for consumption will occur So I need to be developed to sulfur poisoning resistant SiC filter. Properties were examined for Sulfur poisoning by dynamometer durability Test. As the result. Reduction efficiency was found that many were not different. to Emissions and particulate matter. Reduction efficiency changes depending on the amount of coating. Suggested the possibility to filter development.

<P>URLLC is a new service category in 5G to accommodate emerging services and applications having stringent latency and reliability requirements. In order to support URLLC, there should be both evolutionary and revolutionary changes in the air interface named 5G NR. In this article, we provide an up-to-date overview of URLLC with an emphasis on the physical layer challenges and solutions in 5G NR downlink. We highlight key requirements of URLLC and then elaborate the physical layer issues and enabling technologies including packet and frame structure, scheduling schemes, and reliability improvement techniques, which have been discussed in the 3GPP Release 15 standardization.</P>
