캐릭터 디자인 요소별 특징과 사용자 감성어휘 관련성 연구

본 연구는 사용자들이 선호하는 캐릭터 디자인 요소별 특징과 사용자 감성과의 관계에서 의미 있는 관련성을 찾기 위해 수행되었다. 사용자들이 선호하는 캐릭터들을 수집하여 캐릭터디자인에 맞게 정립된 감성어휘를 활용하여 캐릭터디자인에 대한 평가를 실시하였다. 캐릭터디자인의 요소를 그래픽차원, 색상수, 소재, 비례로 분류하여 사용자의 감성어휘와의 관련성 분석결과는 다음과 같았다. 선호도가 높은 캐릭터디자인은 ‘친근하다’, ‘사랑스럽다’, ‘귀엽다’, ‘발랄하다’, ‘매력적이다’, ‘착하다’ 등의 감성어휘와 관련성이 높았다. ‘동물을 소재로 한 4색 이상의 다채로운 색상의 2등신 평면 캐릭터’는 친근함을 느끼게 하고, ‘동물을 소재로 한 단순한 색상의 2등신 평면 캐릭터’는 ‘사랑스러움과 귀여운’ 감성을 느끼게 하였다. 또한 ‘몬스터, 사물 등 인간과 동물이 아닌 소재를 활용한 다채로운 색상의 2등신 입체 캐릭터’는 ‘발랄한, 매력적인, 착한’과 같은 긍정적인 감성을 느끼게 하였다. 본 연구는 타겟팅하는 감성에 대한 캐릭터디자인의 특성과의 관련성을 제시하여 기존에 직관에 의존하던 캐릭터 디자인을 쉽게 접근할 수 있도록 돕는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다. In this research, we attempted to find a meaningful relation between the character design elements and the user"s emotion. We collected the user "s favorite characters and evaluated the character design by using the emotional vocabulary which we established according to the character design. Elements of character design are classified by graphic dimension, number of colors, material, proportion. The results of the analysis of the relation between the characteristics of the design elements and the user "s emotional vocabulary was as follows. Character design with the high user preference was highly related to emotional vocabulary such as "friendly", "adorable", "cute", "youthful", "attractive", and "good". The "two-dimensional flat character using four or more colors based on animals" made users feel friendly. and the two-dimensional flat character of animals", made users feel "Lovely and cute". In addition, "colorful characters, such as monsters, objects, and other non-human materials, and two heads proportion, 3-dimensional characters," made users feel "youthful, attractive, good" . This study suggests the relation between the characteristics of character design and the emotional targeting, which can contribute to the easy access to the character design which was dependent on the intuition.
Influences of Chronic Shoulder Pain on Muscle Tone Changes in Trunk Muscles

The purpose of this study was to examine the influences of chronic shoulder pain on the muscle tone in trunk muscles. The study's subjects were 40 men and women in their 30 to 50s, which were divided into two groups. A chronic shoulder pain group consisted of 20 subjects who had been diagnosed with chronic shoulder pain by doctors, and a painless group consisted of 20 subjects who had experienced no such pain. An analysis was performed using electromyography on the muscle tone in the rectus abdominalis, external oblique, internal oblique, and erector spinae muscles under the same conditions between the two groups. The analysis results were as follows. The chronic shoulder pain group exhibited an overall high level of trunk muscle tone than the painless group, along with a statistically significant difference in the rectus abdominalis(p<.05). Moreover, the chronic shoulder pain group showed differences in the trunk muscle tone depending on the affected side. The chronic left shoulder pain group yielded higher levels of muscle tone in the right-side trunk muscles. In particular, the group revealed statistically significant differences in the rectus abdominalis and internal oblique(p<.05). The chronic right shoulder pain group exhibited higher levels of muscle tone in the left-side trunk muscles with a statistically significant difference in the internal oblique(p<.05). The above results suggested that chronic shoulder pain influences increases in the muscle tone in the trunk muscles on the opposite side to the affected shoulder.
Isolation of a Calcium-binding Peptide from Chlorella Protein Hydrolysates

To isolate a calcium-binding peptide from chlorella protein hydrolysates, chlorella protein was extracted and hydrolyzed using Flavourzyme, a commercial protease. The degree of hydrolysis and calcium-binding capacity were determined using trinitrobenzenesulfonic acid and orthophenanthroline methods, respectively. The enzymatic hydrolysis of chlorella protein for 6 hr was sufficient for the preparation of chlorella protein hydrolysates. The hydrolysates of chlorella protein were then ultra-filtered under 5 kDa as molecular weight. The membrane-filtered solution was fractionated using ion exchange, reverse phase, normal phase chromatography, and fast protein liquid chromatography to identify a calcium-binding peptide. The purified calcium-binding peptide had a calcium binding activity of 0.166 mM and was determined to be 700.48 Da as molecular weight, and partially identified as a peptide containing Asn-Ser-Gly-Cys based on liquid chromatography/electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrum.

Charge-Directed Peptide Backbone Dissociations of o-TEMPO-Bz-C(O)-Peptides

In the present study, we report that the charge-directed (assisted) peptide dissociation products, such as b- and y-type peptide backbone fragments, were the major products in MS/MS and $MS^3$ applications of some o-TEMPO-Bz-C(O)-peptide ions, while radical-driven dissociation products, such as a/x and c/z-type fragments, were previously shown to be the major products in the free radical initiated peptide sequencing mass spectrometry (FRIPS MS). Those o-TEMPO-Bz-C(O)-peptides share a common feature in their sequences, that is, the peptides do not include an arginine residue that has the highest proton affinity among free amino acids. The appearance of b- and y-type fragments as major products in FRIPS MS can be understood in terms of the so-called "mobile-proton model". When the proton is highly mobilized by the absence of arginine, the chare-directed peptide dissociation pathways appear to be more competitive than the radical-driven dissociation pathways, in our FRIPS experiments.
배지최적화를 통한 재조합 바실러스 서브틸리스에서 바실러스 아밀로리퀴파시엔스 유래 γ-글루타밀펩타이드전달효소의 대량생산

본 연구를 통해 BAGGT를 재조합 B. subtilis를 이용하여 대량 생산하기 위하여 유전자 클로닝, 발현 시스템 구축 및 배지 최적화를 진행하였다. 이중프로모터 시스템을 이용하여 야생형 균주에 비해 42배 효소 생산성이 향상된 발현 시스템을 구축하였다. 또한 PBD 분석을 통해 당밀과 CSL이 재조합 B. subtilis 시스템에서 BAGGT의 생산성에 큰 영향을 주는 인자임을 확인하였으며, 염류의 첨가에 의한 효소 생산성 증대 효과는 미비하거나 부정적이었다. 탄소원으로 당밀을 선택하고 고가의 질소원인 트립톤을 저가의 CSL로 교체한 후 CCD 분석을 통해서 결정된 최적 배지 사용 시 최적화 이전의 LB 배지 대비 4.3배의 생산성 증대를 이루었으며, 이는 LB 배지에서 야생형 균주의 BAGGT 생산성 대비 180배의 효소 생산성 개선에 해당하였다. 본 연구를 통해 식품용 효소로서 BAGGT의 대량생산을 위한 공정을 구축하였으며, 이후 정미성 소재 생산에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. γ-Glutamyltranspeptidase (GGT, EC 2.3.2.2) transfers γ-glutamyl moiety from glutamine to amino acids or peptides and hydrolyzes glutamine to glutamate and ammonia. In order to overproduce γ-glutamyltranspeptidase from Bacillus amyloliquefaciens (BAGGT), the encoding gene was cloned and expressed in Bacillus subtilis. The productivity of BAGGT in Bacillus subtilis was improved by 42-fold by using a dual-promoter system that was generated by combining promoters from B. subtilis α-amylase and BAGGT genes. Through optimization of medium composition by Plackett-Burman design and central composition design, BAGGT was produced at 18.3×107 U/L of culture in the optimized medium. Compared to previously used Luria-Bertani medium, the optimized culture medium (15 g/L molasses, 60 g/L corn steep liquor, 6 g/L yeast extract, 4 g/L NaCl, 6 g/L K2HPO4, and 2 g/L KH2PO4), resulted in a 4.3-fold increase in production of BAGGT.
주파수 하락 시 멀티제어법을 적용한 풍력발전단지 내 출력특성 분석

현재 환경오염, 에너지고갈 등 위험으로 인해 전 세계의 연구원 및 관련 기업들은 미래에너지원을 확보하여 기후변화에 대응하기 위해 연구를 진행하고 있다. 미래 에너지원으로 잠재량이 풍부한 풍력자원을 활용한 연구를 확장하여 진행하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 풍력산업의 활성화를 위해 풍력발전의 취약점을 보완하기 위한 방안으로 멀티제어법을 제안하였다. 또한, 단수 풍력발전단지가 아닌 복수 풍력발전단지에 멀티제어법을 적용하여 성능을 검증하였다.
