F-TRACELESS COMPONENT OF THE CONFORMAL CURVATURE TENSOR ON KÄHLER MANIFOLD

We investigate F-traceless component of the conformal curvature tensor defined by (3.6) in $K\ddot{a}hler$ manifolds of dimension ${\geq}4$, and show that the F-traceless component is invariant under concircular change. In particular, we determine $K\ddot{a}hler$ manifolds with parallel F-traceless component and improve some theorems, provided in the previous paper([2]), which are concerned with the traceless component of the conformal curvature tensor and the spectrum of the Laplacian acting on $p(0{\leq}p{\leq}2)$-forms on the manifold by using the F-traceless component.

After the invention era of 20th century for computer and communication technology, information andcommunication technology (ICT) industry calls for innovation which transforms inventions in 20th century to societalvalues. The present paper examines current industrial efforts for the innovation and explores possible approaches to theinnovation. Transdisciplinary approaches which has been stemming from traditional systems engineering are identifiedthe most promising to the goal. Among transdisciplinarity, importance of computational management science isemphasized and, in order to realize this idea, current researches on systems dynamics and multi-agent simulation are examined from the view of systematic innovation support.

Towards Post Embedded Systems Era

SICE Trans-Division Technology Committee on Embedded Systems (TDTC ES) has been chartered which is trying to identify the issues for post embedded systems era and to explore approaches solving these issues. The issues range from technical challenges to institutional innovations. This paper presents current TDTC ES activities as well as its background ideas. The basic belief is that systems control technology is the key factor for present and future embedded systems.
