In this paper, we have described the new All-Image DCDAM that introduces BL-DCDAM into conventional All-Image DCDAM that we have proposed before. BL-DCDAM adopts the algorithm independent on the order of presenting the input vectors. To our research, BL-DCDAM is effective because we used all pixels of the input image as the input vectors. New All-Image BLDCDAM has obtained a correct result even in the case that conventional one has failed from the experiment.
A Study on Road Sign Shape Recognition Using Active Net

On Intelligent Transport Systems, the road sign detection and recognition from landscape images is actively developed. The examination case was only seen on the shape recognition as the preprocessing of extraction by Active Net. So this paper shows the post processing of extraction and we have succeeded a process application on road sign shape recognition by Active Net.
A Study on Forecasting Wind Speeds Using Bidirectional SOM

New energy is paid to attention now. The wind-force is one of the new energy and is unlimited. We paid attention to the domestic small aero generator, especially, with power assistance type. In order to operate the wind generator with more efficiency than before, we have tried to forecast the wind by both the Conventional basic SOM and Bi-directional SOM in this study. We evaluated experiments by CV method. On the forecast error rate, Bi-directional SOM predicated the wind speed every season without the change of the extreme error rate. Basic SOM was less than Bi-directional SOM in spring and summer, but Bi-directional SOM lowers in autumn and winter.
