R. Philippinarum is dioecious and oviparous. In the early vitellogenic oocyte, the Golgi apparatus and mitochondria present in the perinuclear region are involved in the formation of lipid droplets and in lipid granule formation. In the late vitellogenic oocyte, the endoplasmic reticulum, mitochondria in the cytoplasm are involved in the formation of proteid yolk granules. At this time, exogenous lipid granular substance and glycogen particles in the germinal epithelium are passed into the ooplasm of oocyte through the microvilli of the vitelline envelope. Ripe oocytes are about 55-60 m in diameter. The spawning period was once a year between early June and early October, and the main spawning occurred between July and August when seawater temperature was approximately 20 C. The reproductive cycle of this species can be categorized into five successive stages: early active stage (February to March), late active stage (April to May), ripe stage (April to August), partially spawned stage (June to October), and spent/inactive stage (August to March). Gonad developmental phases by histological qualitative analysis showed similar results with those of quantitative image analysis.

Objective: Current literature has not shown if using either allograft or autograft differentially affects postoperative cervical sagittal parameters. The goal of this study was to compare sagittal alignment and patient-reported outcomes following anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF) with allograft versus autograft. Methods: A retrospective cohort analysis of patients who underwent single-level ACDF was conducted. Preoperative, immediate postoperative, and final follow-up radiographic assessments were conducted and included: change in C2–7 lordosis, T1 slope, levels fused, sagittal vertical axis (SVA), fusion mass lordosis, and proximal and distal adjacent segment degeneration (ASD). Patient-reported outcomes were obtained using the Neck Disability Index and visual analogue scale scores for neck and arm. Results: A total of 404 patients were assessed; 353 using allograft and 51 using autograft. No significant differences existed in demographics. Cervical lordosis improved in both groups without significant changes in SVA. Autograft group had a significantly greater amount of lordosis at the proximal segment on immediate postoperative radiographs and less overall cervical lordosis at final follow-up. Sagittal parameters were similar at each time point without significant changes between the 3-time points. No significant differences existed in radiographic ASD or reoperation rates. Fusion rates exceeded 96% in both groups. No significant differences existed between preoperative, postoperative, or change in patient-reported outcomes between the 2 groups. Conclusion: Sagittal alignment is maintained following ACDF when using either allograft or autograft. Radiographic evidence of ASD is present in both groups; however, this was not considered clinically significant, given low rates of pseudarthrosis or reoperation. No significant differences exist between groups in terms of patient-reported outcomes.
Aircraft and spacecraft structural analysis with hybrid criterion of smart control
C.C., Hung,T., Nguyen Techno-Press 2022 Advances in aircraft and spacecraft science Vol.9 No.6
In this article, we propose a criterion for ensuring the asymptotic stability of large multiple delays, based on the direct Lyapunov method. Based on this criterion and distributed control scheme, the controllers are synthesized by the PDC to stabilize these large-scale systems with multiple delays. And we focus on the results which shows the high effective by the proposed theory utilized for damage propagation for aircraft structural analysis of composite materials. Finally, the numerical simulations confirmed the effectiveness of the method.
Aviation stability analysis with coupled system criterion of theoretical solutions
C.C. Hung,T. Nguyen Techno-Press 2023 Coupled systems mechanics Vol.12 No.3
In our research, we have proposed a solid solution for aviation analysis which can ensure the asymptotic stability of coupled nonlinear plants, according to the theoretical solutions and demonstrated method. Because this solution employed the scheme of specific novel theorem of control, the controllers are artificially combined by the parallel distribution computation to have a feasible solution given the random coupled systems with aviation stability analysis. Therefore, we empathize and manually derive the results which shows the utilized lemma and criterion are believed effective and efficient for aircraft structural analysis of composite and nonlinear scenarios. To be fair, the experiment by numerical computation and calculations were explained the perfectness of the methodology we provided in the research.
Aerodynamic numerical analysis with linear matrix inequality theorem of intelligent control
C.C. Hung,T. Nguyen Techno-Press 2023 Advances in aircraft and spacecraft science Vol.10 No.2
In this paper we proposed the aerodynamic numerical analysis with linear matrix inequality theorem of intelligent control, which is believed to be applicable in the application not only a function of the block size and reduced wind speed but itself depends on both the size and the aspect ratio of the structure, not on the total scruton number. In order to improve the accuracy of the results, the optimization curve was optimized for the test to evaluate the response in the time of achieving the results and we focus on the results that found a significant influence from the assumptions used for damage propagation for aircraft structural analysis of composite materials. Finally, the numerical simulations confirmed the effectiveness of the method.
Adaptive backstepping control with grey theory for offshore platforms
Hung, C.C.,Nguyen, T. Techno-Press 2022 Ocean systems engineering Vol.12 No.2
To ensure stable performance, adaptive regulators with new theories are designed for steel-covered offshore platforms to withstand anomalous wave loads. This model shows how to control the vibration of the ocean panel as a solution using new results from Lyapunov's stability criteria, an evolutionary bat algorithm that simplifies computational complexity and utilities. Used to reduce the storage space required for the method. The results show that the proposed operator can effectively compensate for random delays. The results show that the proposed controller can effectively compensate for delays and random anomalies. The improved prediction method means that the vibration of the offshore structure can be significantly reduced. While maintaining the required controllability within the ideal narrow range.

<P>Efficient protocols for in vitro shoot growth and ex vitro root formation from in vitro-derived shoots under light-emitting diodes (LEDs) with simple ventilation were developed for rabbiteye blueberry cv. 'Titan'. Red LEDs promoted shoot elongation while blue LEDs induced short shoots with enhanced accumulation of leaf chlorophyll contents. A combined treatment of 80% red with 20% blue LEDs was found the most suitable for plant growth, and more effective than 50% red mixed with 50% blue LEDs or fluorescent lamps as the control treatment. The use of ventilated vessels with ambient CO2 enrichment from a growth chamber resulted in healthy plants having greatly improved shoot length, leaf expansion, leaf chlorophyll contents and dry weight of both shoots and roots. In vitro-cultured shoots could be directly rooted at 100% under non-sterile conditions using a perlite-peat mixture with careful controls of high humidity. These results suggest that LEDs, particularly when coupled with ventilated vessels, should be used as a primary light source for replacing conventional fluorescent tubes in large-scale production of rabbiteye blueberries. Damage propagation for aircraft structural analysis of composite materials
Hung, C.C.,Nguyen, T. Techno-Press 2022 Advances in aircraft and spacecraft science Vol.9 No.2
A Modified fuzzy mechanical control of large-scale multiple time delayed dynamic systems in states is considered in this paper. To do this, at the first level, a two-step strategy is proposed to divide a large system into several interconnected subsystems. And we focus on the damage propagation for aircraft structural analysis of composite materials. As a modified fuzzy control command, the next was received as feedback theory based on the energetic function and the LMI optimal stability criteria which allow researchers to solve this problem and have the whole system in asymptotically stability. And we focus on the results which shows the high effective by the proposed theory utilized for damage propagation for aircraft structural analysis of composite materials.
