This study deals with the effect of the shot peening in SCM420H planetary gears. The hardness and roughness of the gear surface can be improved by shot blast and shot peening. there in, the shot peening techniques are welcomed especially as one of the physical surface improvement methods. The two treatments are used widely, because of the qualitative analysis of shot blast and shot peening has become possible and the surface treatment can be done with little costs compared with other surface improvement methods. Therefore, this study investigates the effects of shot blast and shot peening in surface shape. The fatigue strength test at a constant stress amplitude is performed by using an electrohydraulic serve-controlled pulsating tester. And fatigue test also explained characteristics of shot blast and shot peening of planetary gears.

In this study, we solved the human hazard problem of aluminum liner by applying plastic PET liner which is widely used as a material for food and beverage containers in the market. In order to reinforce dome area by using low strength / high elongation plastic liner, The aluminum boss was covered on the plastic liner surface. In order to predict the performance of the developed product, the structural analysis was carried out by applying the three - dimensional laminated solid element, and the soundness of the product was verified through the prototype performance test.

Major producers have already built compressors since World War I and have been monopolizing all domestic and overseas markets based on the accumulated technology, and the dependency of the manufacturers over the entire industry is deepening. Therefore, it is expected that the technological gap with developed countries will be larger without development of the related technology. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a unique technology for a new type of high efficiency compression system. In this study, we present localization of Hydraulic Compressor which can meet the technical trends such as cost reduction, efficiency improvement, environmental friendliness, wide operating range, low capacity / high capacity compatibility, size reduction, easy operation and easy maintenance.
