독일의 미래 제조업의 주도권을 지속하기 위하여 ICT분야와 생산 기술 분야를 융합한“Industry 4.0”, 미국의 제조업 부흥을 위하여 5년새 100곳 이상 유턴 “리쇼어링”, “스마트 그리드” 표준 주도, 일본의 종래 집중 에너지 관리에서 지역간 협력으로 수급 밸런스를 유지하는 지산지소 등과 같이 같은 제조 산업의 에너지 절감을 위한 고효율 확장형 FEMS 개발의 요구가 증대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 FEMS에 대한 기술동향과 새롭게 준비 중인 국제표준 (ISO 22400 KPI for MOM, ISO 20140 제조업 에너지 효율화, ISO 50001 에너지 경영) 관점에서 생산현장의 생산자원(4M1E: Man, Machine, Material, Method, Energy) 정보를 새롭게 부각되고 있는 ICT 상용기술인 M2M/IoT(Machine to Machine/Internet of Things)를 활용한 표준 통합방안과 제조업 통합화 표준 (IEC 62642, ANSI SP95) 기반의 제조 시스템 아키텍쳐 적용 모델과 품질, 납기, 실적으로 보장하면서 에너지 절감을 위한 빅데이터 적용 기술에 대하여 설명한다.

As one means to cater a recent change of production paradigm, a ubiquitous technology is implemented for a rapid decision making with an efficient process management of shop floors in manufacturing enterprises. Namely, it is possible in real time to monitor events and check various data occurred in shop floors with the technology. In case of the plastic injection molding shop treated in this paper, however, it is very difficult efficiently to manage a manufacturing process because of a non-standardized work flow and an overdue and inaccurate data-gathering of actual results. Especially, a defect rate and an operating rate become a critical issue with a real time monitoring of work-in-process stock in the molding and painting process. In this paper, we show the case of an efficient process management by means of the MES(Manufacturing Execution System) based on the middleware concept using a ubiquitous technology.

Nowadays, manufacturing industry has been making its effort not only for productivity elevation but also for cost reduction in order to survive in the global market which is more and more challenging. In this paper, the method for planning of digital manufacturing system is proposed and door trim assembly system is determined as the subject of our research. First of all, the process sequence is generated based on the product analysis. And, the static and dynamic relationships between system components are represented using IDEF0 and UML model. The working time is estimated through the regression analysis based on MODAPTS method. According to the system configuration strategy, initial concept system layout is implemented 3D virtual environment. The problems caused by bad working motions are detected and modified through the ergonomic analysis using RULA method. According to proposed procedure, digital door trim assembly system is implemented in DLEMIA.
