특성화고등학교 교원 및 학생이 인식하는 미래유망 신기술 분야 고졸인력 양성의 성과와 개선

이 연구의 목적은 특성화고등학교의 미래유망 신기술 분야 고졸인력 양성에 대해 교원과 학생이 인식하는 성과와 개선 사항을 구명하기 위함이다. 이 연구의 목적을 위해 미래유망분야 고졸인력 양성사업에 참여하는 특성화고등학교 교원과 학생을 대상으로 미래유망분야 고졸인력 양성의 성과와 개선에 대해 조사하고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같디. 첫째, 교원이 인식하는 미래유망 신기술 분야 고졸인력 양성의 성과로 전반적인 인력양성에 대한 인식, 운영 성과, 교육과정 운영, 학생 진로 및 성장 지원, 교원의 전문성 제고 등에 대해서 성과가 높은 편으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학생이 인식하는 미래유망 신기술 분야 고졸인력 양성의 성과로 인력양성에서의 학생 지원, 인력양성의 만족도 및 학생 자신의 변화 부문에 대한 인식은 보통이상 수준으로 나타났다. 인력양성 과정에 참여한 학생의 변화로 신기술 분야 기초 및 실무 등에 대한 전공역량이 높아졌고, 신기술 분야에 대한 직업 선택과 취업 등에 대한 진로개발, 전공분야 학습에 대한 흥미와 의지가 높아진 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교원이 인식하는 미래유망 신기술 분야 고졸인력 양성의 개선으로 각 부문별 1순위로 인력양성의 목적 설정은 신기술 분야 실무학습, 인력양성의 차별화는 다양한 형태의 일기반 학습 시행, 인력양성의 양적 확대 개선은 신기술 분야의 확대, 질적 확대 개선 사항은 신기술 분야 산업체 등과 협업 확대, 운영 개선으로는 교육과정 운영의 자율성 확대로 나타났다. 넷째, 학생이 인식하는 미래유망 신기술 분야 고졸인력 양성의 개선사항으로는 인력양성에 대한 기대는 보통 이상 수준이었다. 학생들이 제시한 구체적인 개선사항으로 신기술 분야 고졸인력 양성을 위해 학생중심 및 실무중심의 수업 운영, 신기술 분야 산업체 취업을 위한 다양한 정보 제공과 지원 등으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to find out the achievements and improvements perceived by teachers and students regarding the cultivation of high school graduates in the field of future promising new technologies in vocational high schools. The results of the study have been summarized as follows; First, it was found that teachers perceived high performance in recognition of manpower training, operational performance, curriculum operation, student career and growth support, and enhancement of teacher expertise. Second, it was found that students perceived student support, satisfaction, and student s own change as above average level. On the other hand, students showed increased interest and willingness in major competencies, career development and employment in new technology fields, and learning in major fields. Third, with the improvement recognized by teachers, the purpose of manpower nurturing was practical learning in the new technology field, differentiation was various types of work-based learning, the expansion of manpower nurturing was the new technology field and industry-university cooperation, and operational improvement was the expansion of the autonomy of the curriculum operation. Fourth, as improvement items, students suggested the operation of student-centered and practical-oriented classes in the new technology field, and various information provision and support for employment in industries in the new technology field.
