전기철도 전차선로 지지애자의 염해지역 열화특성 사례 연구

In the Airport Railroad, the Yeongjong Bridge has a length of 4,420 m and connects Yeongjong Island with the mainland of Incheon City. The bridge is a two-level structure, consisting of a six-lane road at the upper level and a combination of a road and railroad at the lower level. The environmental conditions for the electric railway come mainly from the salt injury area and a heavy industry zone, and the maintenance cycles are determined differently depending on these conditions. This study analyzed the deterioration characteristics of long rod insulators produced with a movable ceramic bracket and polymer materials in the Yeongjong Bridge section of the Airport Railway operating in the salt injury area according to the material characteristics. Comparison of the corona measurements when the insulators were cleaned at the same time showed that the polymer insulator had a higher insulation performance than the ceramic insulator.
도시철도 직류 전력량 계측을 위한 직류용 스마트미터링 시스템 개발 및 성능시험

DC urban railway power system consists of DC power network and AC power network. The DC power network supplies electric power to railway vehicles and the AC power network supplies electric power to station electric equipment. Recently, because of power consumption reduction and peak load shaving, intelligent measurement of regenerative energy and renewable energy adapted on DC urban railway is required. For this reason, DC smart metering system for DC power network shall be developed. Therefore, in this paper, DC voltage sensor, current sensor, and DC smart meter were developed and evaluated by performance test. DC voltage sensor was developed for measuring standard voltage range of DC urban railway, and DC current sensor was developed as hall effect split core type in order to install in existing system. DC smart meter possesses function of general intelligent electric power meter, such as measuring electricity and wireless communication etc. And, DC voltage sensor showed average 0.17% of measuring error for 2,000V/50mA, and current sensor showed average 0.21% of measuring error for ±2,000V/±4V in performance test. Also DC smart meter showed maximum 0.92% of measuring error for output of voltage sensor and current sensor. In similar environment for real DC power network, measuring error rate was under 0.5%. In conclusion, accuracy of DC smart metering system was confirmed by performance test, and more detailed performance will be verified by further real operation DC urban railway line test.
정류기 부분방전신호 검출을 위한 SHF대역 전자파 센서의 성능평가

DC power traction system utilizes rectifier in order to convert AC to DC. Currently, a research on preventive diagnosing facilities to detect rectifier fault in advance is in progress. It is efficient to detect partial discharge signals by electromagnetic wave detection in order to detect insulation fault of rectifier. Although VHF, UHF sensors were adopted to detect partial discharge of power facilities, due to characteristics of urban railway, excessive noise occurs in 500MHz ~ 1.5GHz UHF bandwidth. Consequently, in this paper, comparison and estimation for performance of SHF sensor which had devised to detect partial discharge signal of urban railway rectifier has conducted. In order to estimate performance of SHF sensor, we have compared the sensor with existing UHF sensor on sensitivity upon frequency bandwidth generated by pulse generator, and also we have verified performance of the SHF sensor by detection results of partial discharge signal from urban railway rectifier. 직류 급전시스템에서 교류를 직류로 변환하기 위해 정류기를 사용하고 있으며, 최근 정류기의 고장을 사전에 검출하기 위한 예방진단장치에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 정류기의 절연상태 이상을 검출하기 위해서는 전자파 계측을 통한 부분방전신호를 검출하는 방식이 효율적이다. 일반적으로 전력설비의 부분방전신호를 검출하기 위해서 VHF, UHF 대역의 부분방전용 센서가 적용되고 있으나, 국내의 도시철도 특성상 500MHz ~ 1.5GHz 의 UHF 대역 사이에는 많은 노이즈들이 존재하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 도시철도 정류기의 부분방전신호를 검출하기 위해 개발된 SHF대역의 전자파 센서의 성능을 비교, 평가하였다. SHF 센서의 성능을 평가하기 위해 기존의 UHF대역 센서와의 펄스발생기를 통한 주파수 대역에 대한 감도를 비교하였으며, 도시철도에서 운영 중인 정류기의 부분방전신호 검출 결과를 통해 개발된 SHF대역 전자파 센서의 성능을 검증하였다.
차량기지의 전압불평형 감소를 위한 급전변압기 결선방식 해석

철도급전계통에서는 전원측의 전압불평형을 줄이기 위해 스코트 변압기를 운영하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 차량기지에서 전압불평형을 감소시키기 위한 스코트변압기의 부하 분배, 부등변 스코트 변압기 결선에 대해 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 이를 통해 부하분배량이나 보상설비에 따른 전원측의 전압불평형율을 예측할 수 있었다.
