        염산피밤피실린의 마이크로캅셀에 관한 약제학적 연구

        Pivampicillin hydrochloride is a kind of broad spectrum antibiotics with bactericidal action, and is used in many countries, although it has bitter taste, unpleasant odour and side effects of irritating gastric mucosa, nausea, penicillin allergy, etc. For the improvement of such side effects of pivampicillin hydrochloride, microcapsules, with wall of ethylcellulose, have been prepared by coacervation method. The shape was observed through the scanning electron microscope, the release of the drug into an aqueous medium was studied and the effects of core: ethylcellulose ratio were interpreted as well as making sensory evaluation of taste and odour. There was decreasing trend in dissolution rate of the drug with the increase of core: ethylcellulose ratios, and the smaller microcapsules released their contents more rapidly. A linear relationship was established between the amount of ethylcellulose and the time for 60% release of the drug, and the release pattern was found to have similar characteristics to the release of the drug from an insoluble porous matrix. The release of the drug in the artificial intestinal fluids (pH 6.8) was found to be similar to that in water, while the release in the artificial gastric juice (pH 1.2) was slightly slower. Bioavailability of microcapsule was compared with that of pivampicillin hydrochloride in rabbits using serum concentration and urinary excretion measurements. Microcapsule gave showed slightly higher serum level than pivampicillin hydrochloride from 2 hours after administration, while no significant difference was observed in the accumulated urinary excretion rate between pivampicillin hydrochloride and microcapsule. The ulcer index of pivampicillin hydrochloride administered group was 2.6, and microcapsule administered group was 1.5, while control group was 0.8. Therefore it may be concluded that microencapsulation of pivampicillin hydrochloride is a useful pharmaceutical approach to protect the gastrointestinal tract from being injured by direct contact of pivampicillin hydrochloride without any significant difference of bioavailability.

        교양교육을 위한 대학의 핵심역량 개발 과정 연구

        It’s been a long time that university education is operated focusing on core competence. Education of core competence have a good point which make clear goals and outcomes of education. In this sense, concern of academic world about core competence is very high. Furthermore each university research and development for characteristics to operate education courses focusing on core competence. This study is about setting and developing core competence which is interested in this field. This study want to approach actual examining by focusing one cases. Development of core competence reflects various components. It reflects circumstances internally and externally and changing complexion in society, and also education consumer’s needs, current capabilities. In addition core competence have to include the right people and characteristics. Each department and division that is subject of operates, is very important side. Core competence is derived from this process and to operational efficiency must to be defined and reflected in education courses. 대학교육은 핵심역량을 중심으로 운영된 지 오래되었다. 핵심역량 중심의 교육은 목표와 성과 를 더욱 분명히 할 수 있게 해준다. 이런 점에서 핵심역량에 대한 학계의 관심은 매우 높은 실정 이다. 아울러 각 대학은 이러한 핵심역량 중심의 교육과정을 운영하기 위해, 각 대학의 특성에 적 합한 핵심역량을 개발하여 운영한다. 본 연구는 이때 요구되는 핵심역량의 개발과 설정에 관한 연구로서, 하나의 사례를 중심으로 살펴봄으로써 그 실제에 접근하고자 하였다. 핵심역량의 개발은 다양한 측면을 반영한다. 대내·외적인 환경과 사회적 변화 양상을 분석함 은 물론 교육 수요자의 요구와 현재 역량 정도를 반영한다. 아울러 대학의 인재상과 특성이 핵심 역량에 반영되도록 한다. 학내 구성원과 핵심역량 중심 교육과정 운영주체인 각 학과 및 부서간 의 협의 내용도 중요한 측면이다. 핵심역량은 이러한 과정을 통해 도출되며, 운영의 효율성을 높 이기 위해 명확하게 정의되어 교육과정에 반영된다.

        반도체 소자용 산화하프늄 기반 강유전체의 원자층 증착법 리뷰

        Since the first report on ferroelectricity in Si-doped hafnia (HfO2), this emerging ferroelectrics have been considered promising for the next-generation semiconductor devices with their characteristic nonvolatile data storage. The robust ferroelectricity in the sub-10-nm thickness regime has been proven by numerous research groups. However, extending their scalability below the 5 nm thickness with low temperature processes compatible with the back-end-of-line technology. In this review, therefore, the current status, technical issues, and their potential solutions of atomic layer deposition (ALD) of HfO2-based ferroelectrics are comprehensively reviewed. Several technical issues in the physical scaling of the ferroelectric thin films and potential solutions including advanced ALD techniques including discrete feeding ALD, atomic layer etching, and area selective ALD are introduced.

        수수께끼 방식을 활용한 대학의 글쓰기 교육방안 연구

        Writing is started from the condensation of thought. It makes sentence's quality high that writer can draw various and deep thought about particular event or object. This study focus on consideration to draw the efficient education in that field. Therefore this study want to help to write with inducing deep and extensive thought. Riddle is the familiar concept. The examiner who have the initiative make opponent party embarrass by ready-witted question. The opponent who solve accede to it with curiosity. Tension is built and interest is provoked between two of them. Student choice one event or object and explain it step by step. Consequentially in this process, a writing is created. And then they compensate the defect which didn't think by exchanging opinion. In addition they learn difference of the level of writing. So the educational domain is extended to the stage of context and organization. 글쓰기는 사고의 응축에서 시작된다. 하나의 사건과 대상을 두고 다양하고 깊은 사고를 이끌어내는 것은 문장의 질을 높여준다. 본 연구는 이 분야에서 효율적인 교육을 이끌어내기 위한 고민에 초점을 두었다. 수수께끼를 활용하여 사고의 깊이를 유도하고 양적 확대를 도모하여 글쓰기에 보탬이 되도록 하였다. 수수께끼는 친숙한 개념이다. 주도권을 쥐고 있는 출제자는 재치 있는 문제로 상대방을 당황하게 한다. 문제를 푸는 쪽에서는 호기심을 가지고 응한다. 이 간극에 긴장감이 형성되고 흥미가 유발된다. 학생들은 하나의 대상을 설정하고 다양한 측면에서 그것을 설명해나가는 과정에서 하나의 글이 형성된다. 문제를 푸는 학생들과 의견을 교환하며 미처 생각지 못한 부분을 보완한다. 아울러 고쳐 쓰기를 통해, 같은 정보라도 배치에 따라 글의 수준이 달라짐을 배워, 교육적 차원을 맥락과 구성의 단계로까지 확장한다.

        주거비보조제도 연구 : 영국 임대료보조제도의 역사적 경험과 정책적 함의 Historical Experiences of the British Rental Subsidy Program and Policy Implications for the Karean Case

        The purpose of this study is to review the development of the British rental subsidy program(i.e. Housing Benefit program) and to get some policy implications for the Korean case which is on the initial stage of development. In Korea, the moment of development of rental subsidy program was given by the establishment of the new public assistance law in 1999. In Britain, rental subsidy program was initiated in 1930 as a rent rebate given to low-income council tenants, and consolidated to Housing Benefit program in 1982. Since mid-1970s and especially during the neo-liberal Conservative rule rental subsidy program expanded rapidly at the expense of the decreasing local authority housing sector, and by the end of 1980s it took central part in the field of social housing policy. As a result of this trend, in 1990s, negative aspects like enlarged housing poverty and social cleavage was manifest, and financial cost was also increased contrary to the initial policy aim. The policy implications of the British experience for the Korean case can be summarized as follows. First, the public sector tenants should not be excluded in the rental subsidy program. Second, because providing enough affordable houses is a key element in resolving low-income housing problems, public housing construction program should not be substituted by the rental subsidy program. Third, rental subsidy program should be integral part of the entire social housing program. Fourth, such elements like work incentives, moral hazards and accountability can be recognized as important in program design, but should not over-emphasized, especially in the initial stage. Lastly, recognizing housing poverty as a substance which can not be totally reduced to income poverty demands separate housing subsidy program to be established beside the public assistance program.
