사회적기업의 기술혁신이 경제적 성과와 사회적 성과 미치는 영향

본 연구는 사회적기업의 기술혁신요소와 연구개발이 제품 혁신과 공정혁신에 미치는 영향에 대해서 분석하였다. 사회적기업의 기술혁신과 사회적 성과가 경제적 성과에 미치는 영향과 기술혁신과 경제적 성과가 사회적 성과에 미치는 영향에 대해서 종합적으로 분석한다. 2017년 사회적기업 자율경영 공시 기업 367개소의 공시 자료를 통해서 산업분류, 혁신형 중소기업과 중소기업으로 기업에 대한 특성을 나누고, 지식재산권, 제품 인증, 시스템 인증유무와 개수를 구해서 기술혁신 성과 변수 얻은 후 사회적기업의 경제적 성과와 사회적 성과의 변수를 이용해서 다중 회귀 분석을 하였다. 분석에 사용된 통계 프로그램은 STATA SE 12.0이다. 기술혁신 성과인 제품혁신과 공정혁신에는 R&D 연구소와 정부지원금 및 기부금이 정의 영향을 주고 있으며, 기술혁신 요소 중 특허의 수는 중소기업과 도소매업과 시설관리 업종에서 많은 것으로 확인되었다. 제품 인증 수는 제조업과 기술혁신형 중소기업이 정의 영향을 주지만 벤처기업은 부의 영향을 주고 있다. 매출액과 당기순이익은 자원 연계 및 이윤 분배와 사회적 목적 재투자에 긍정적인 영향을 주고, 자원 연계 및 이윤 분배와 사회적 목적 재투자는 매출액, 1인당 매출액, 당기순이익, 영업이익에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 사회적 성과가 경제적 성과에 미치는 영향력은 기술혁신 요소를 고려하게 되면 설명력이 더 높아진다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. First, this study analyzes the factors of technology innovation of social enterprise and its effect on product innovation and process innovation, second, the relationship between economic and social performance and the effect of social enterprise. Third, the effects of technology innovation and social performance of social enterprises on economic performance and the effect of technology innovation and economic performance on social performance are analyzed comprehensively. The public disclosure data of 367 social enterprises autonomous management in 2017 is divided the business characteristics into industrial categories, technology based business, management innovation business and acquired the knowledge right, product certification, and system certification variables. R&D Institute, government funding, and donation have influenced product innovation and process innovation, but the number of patents in small and medium enterprises and the wholesale and retail and facility management sectors has been largely affected. Sales and net income had a positive effect on resource linkage and profit distribution and social purpose reinvestment, while resource linkage and profit distribution and social purpose reinvestment contributed to sales, revenue per capita, net income, and operating profit It was found that the influence of social performance on economic performance was greater in explaining the factors of innovation.

중소기업의 연구개발 및 기술혁신 역량과 기술혁신 지원제도가 기업성과에 미치는 영향

세계 주요국은 세계경제포럼(2016)에서 발표한 4차 산업혁명이라는 커다란 산업 패러다임 하에 생산성을 높일 수 있는 신기술개발과 기업의 파급력 향상을 위한 국가와 기업 간 협력에 노력을 기울이고 있다. 국내의 경우, 경제 성장률은 갈수록 둔화 되고 기업 간의 격차가 커져 대기업과 중소기업의 양극화가 더욱 심화 되고 있다. 지속적인 경기전망지수 하락으로 인해 중소기업은 연구개발 및 기술혁신 역량을 키우는 것 보다 원가절감에 치중하고 있는 실정이다. 중소기업의 연구개발 및 기술혁신 역량과 기술혁신 지원제도 활용이 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 확인함으로써, 우리 중소기업이 연구개발 및 기술혁신의 여러 역량 중 집중적으로 활용해야할 역량과 정부가 보완해야할 지원제도를 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업의 연구개발 및 기술혁신 역량이 기업의 성과에 미치는 영향은 전반적으로 정(+)의 영향을 보였고, 기업의 기술수준이 높을수록 기업의 재무적 성과, 지식역량성과 및 기술개발성과에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 기술혁신 지원제도 또한 기업의 성과에 미치는 영향은 전반적으로 정(+)의 영향을 보였다. 특히 자금지원과 세제지원, 판로지원은 중소기업의 재무적 성과에 도움을 줄 수 있어 지원 확대가 필요하고, 인력지원, 정보지원은 제도개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과로 기업은 연구개발 및 기술혁신역량을 강화하고 더불어 기술혁신지원 제도를 활용해 성과를 극대화할 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 정부는 기업의 지속적 성장을 위해 기업이 원가절감에 치중하기보다 기술개발과 혁신창출이 가능하도록 장려하여야 하며 이를 위해 부진한 제도(인력지원, 정보지원 분야)는 개선하여, 기술력 있고 성장 가능성이 높은 중소기업을 적극 지원하도록 제안해야 한다. World leading countries are trying to cooperate with their business enterprises to raise enterprises’ new technology development ability and their impact under the Fourth Industrial Revolution released at World Economic Forum (2016). Although Korea has been tried to cope with the Fourth Industrial Revolution, there are a lot of difficulties both inside and outside. An economic growth is slowing down and gap between large and small-/medium-sized companies is deeping. Due to the business survey index drop small- and medium-sized companies has been focused on the cost reduction rather than R&D and improvement of technology innovation capabilities. This study has been conducted to look at more efficient items by verifying the effect of small- and medium-sized companies’ R&D, technology innovation capability and technology innovation support system on business result. Also, this study attempts to assist government support plan and policy for maximizing the company result by identifying which government system effectively affects on the performance of company. The results of this study is as follows. First, the business R&D and technology innovation capabilities give positive effects on corporate result, especially the technical innovation capabilities such as company’s technology index and the variation of company’s technology index compared to 3 years ago have stronger influence on business performance. Second, the support system of technology innovation also has positive effects. In particular, the supports of funds, tax and markets are able to improve the outcome so they need to be expanded. Plus, it is necessary to improve the supports of human resource and information. As a result of this study, it was confirmed that it is more efficient to maximize the performance by strengthening R&D and technology innovation capacity rather than focusing on cost reduction. The government should effectively support small- and mediumsized companies and improve system to support technically strong and highly growth potential small- and medium- sized companies. When the government and the enterprise cooperate closely, it will be able to overcome the economic recession and grow into a nation and a corporation who lead the fourth industrial revolution.

플립드러닝(Flipped Learning) 수업 방식이 학습자 역량에 미치는 효과 분석

급진적인 변화와 사회·문화적 다양성의 증가 속에서 4차산업혁명이라는 새로운 패러다임은 인간, 기술과 지식의 공유 그리고 융합이라는 키워드를 더욱 중요하게 대두시키고 있다. 지식을 전달하는 중요한 매체로서 교육의 역할과 효율성이 그 어느 때 보다 중요하게 부각되면서 플립드러닝(Flipped Learning)이 관심을 받게 되었다. 기존 연구들을 토대로 플립드러닝의 특징을 알아보고, 학습자의 역량에 따라 교수자가 수업방식을 설계함에 있어 중요하게 보아야 할 요인들을 구조 방정식을 통해 살펴보고 실증 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫 번째, 플립드러닝의 만족도에서 상호작용을 높이기 위해서는 피드백 관리와 협력학습이 중요한 요인으로 분석되었다. 두 번째, 플립드러닝의 만족도에서 자기주도학습을 높이기 위한 방법은 학습 관리와 피드백 관리가 중요한 요인으로 분석되었다. 세 번째 학습자 역량에 해당 되는 학습관리, 피드백관리, 협력관리는 플립드러닝의 만족도의 측정변수인 효과·성과를 높이는 데 중요한 요인으로 분석되었다. 본 연구를 통해 플립드러닝 만족도를 끌어올리기 위해서, 교수자는 학습자 간의 상호작용과 학습자 역량을 우선적으로 고려한 학습방법 개발이 중요함을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 토대로 플립드러닝을 처음 도입하는 교육기관이거나 교육운영에 효율적 관리를 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 4th Industrial revolution was introduced as an agenda of World Economic Forum in 2016 first. This agenda makes the new technological progress, such as AI, robot technology, big data, Argumented Reality etc. As the important medium of knowledge transfer, the role of education and its efficiency with technology-added became more highlighted than ever. Based on the previous literature, this study investigates the characteristics of Flipped learning. The result of this study showed, firstly, the feedback management and the collaborative learning are the important factors to increase the satisfaction of Flipped learning, especially for the effective interaction. Secondly, the learning management and the feedback management are verified as the crucial elements for the self-directed learning out of the satisfaction of Flipped learning. Finally, the learning management, feedback management and the collaboration management, applied to the learner s competency, are analyzed as the main causes for elevating the effectiveness and the attainments, the measured variables of Flipped learning satisfaction. This study verified the importance of the learning methodology development for the instructor primarily considering the interactions with the learners and their learning competency in order to increase the satisfaction of the Flipped learning. Based on this study, we are presenting directions for the efficient operation of education management as an educational institution.
