      • Bicycle Exercise 청소년의 신체발육과 체력에 미치는 영향

        This paper is focused on the differences in physical and mental health between cyclists and non-cyclists. 350 boys, who are 10th and 11th grader boys from a boys high school, have participated in this research a s cyclists or non-cyclists. Each student made his own data sheet by describing the frequency and duration of bicycle riding and the physical and mental tensions from May 10 to May 17, 2004. Heights and weights and physical strengths for 350 boys were used along with the data, which each student described, for analysis. 28.7% of the 10th graders were cyclists and 33.5% of the 11th graders were cyclists. Cyclists were somewhat better in BMI(body mass index) and the 100 meter-race and the 1,600 meter-race and the running broad jump.

      • 대학 교양 체육수업 운영에 관한 학생들의 수업평가 실태조사 비교연구

        This paper is intended to research the evaluation in physical education which is a liberal arts course. 290 students are selected out of the population that is made up of college students who take the course at Honam University in Kwangju. Collected data are analyzed by the multiplied regression analysis. The analysis shows that 1) In the planing part of lecture evaluation area the value of analysis is (P<0.07), which shows two groups, participant(4.05(0.2)), non-participant(3.61 (0.24)) have positive relations with each other. Instructor give new informations. 2) In the area of achievement and usefulness the statistical value is (P<0.00), which shows two groups, participant(3.85(0.17)), non-participant(3.37(0.18)) have purposive relations. Instructor helps students to develope their individualities and recognize their values. Learning activity is required to be interesting, brief and efficient. 3) In lesson administration and teaching method the value is (P<0.02), which shows that two groups, the former(4.10(0.17)), the latter(3.44(0.16)) have statistically purposive relations. Appropriate teaching method is required.

        Circumstances at the end of Cheong dynesty were so hard by the opium war, invasion of England-France allied forces etc. To rescue the national destiny, P. Yangmoo movement were aroused by muture. but those movements were failed and republic was newly borned by the strong demands of peoples. The early periods of Republic was still in chaos due to Japanese invasion. But national stability was provided by Jang marshall Chang. The developement of sports was also dependent on changes of national fate from 1860 to 1920. the 5.4 movement was changing point in thawing of philosopy. Developement of sports was processed steadily according to the national awakening. Even the outlooks of sport looks same from the end of cheong dynest to national unification, the contents of sports were changed so much. Reforms under took by the 5.4 movements are follows ; Philosopy of sports, school sports, cultivating sports leader. social sports and developement of game, etc.

      • 태권도 일반선수의 기본 발차기 반응시간에 관한 연구

        This is a study on the performance time in Taekwondo, a self - defense art of the Koreans, through the analysis of the basic kicking techniques in such as front kick, body turning kick, body side kick, body back kick, Hook kick, By the analysis of kicking techniques performed by 10 players who belong to the exercise halls in Kwangju City the following results are mode; 1) As to the Performance time of each kicking technique, front kick and body turning kick were most rapidly performed at the speed of 0.64 second. They are followed, in speed, by face side kick and hook kick. 2) For the rapidity of performance in each kicking techniques, their speed is parallel to that of the performance time. The average performance time of body turning kick, the most rapid kicking technique, was 0.19 second. 3) For the impact power of each kicking technique, body turning kick was found to be most rapid at the average of 1.098 newton. In rapidity, it was followed by back whip kick. cack, kick, an side kick, respectively. 4) As to the foot and leg movements, face kick required more time than body kick, And the impact in the former was less powerful than the latter. 5) Concludingly, the most effect kicking technique was found to be body turning kick, This technique is useful for attaining points in matches and we can say that it is a leg technique second most useful to body back kick. As revealed in the above study, we can see that the effective kicking techniques for attaining points in matches are fornt kick, body turning kick, and back kind. The application of the performance time to the individual physical conditions can help a Taekwondo player develop his own specialties in the actual performance of the Korean art of self-defense.

        The aim of this paper is to provide a guide material for those who are going to the Asian Chinese countries as Taekwondo teachers. The body of this paper covers the current situations of Taekwondo in Repulbic of Taiwan, Taipei, Koyung, Taijung, Taipuk and Tainam etc. including the teaching methods and test rules along with a brieh history of Taekwondo there. Besides, I suggested some directions for future. Since the Asian Chinese are deelpy concerned about their health and sports, it is desirable to develop such programs as to be used with good sports facilities. Also the Taekwondo masters who are going to teach in these areas should be qualified with good capability and techniques, good personality, and competence for the related language.

      • 跆拳道 競技시 counter kicking의 效率的 姿勢에 관한 硏究

        As for the right-foot kicking in Taekwondo, the most effective defense-kicking could be made when the fighter takes a stance of about 10cm wider than his shoulders. When he stands 20 to 30cm wider, he could expect a stability. With this stance, however, he might be slow in his taking a counter attack with his two feet rather far from each other. When the fighter stands at the stance of 20 to 30cm wider than that of his shoulders, there is no big difference in his taking counter attack in spite of instability. For the left-foot kicking, the most recommendable stance of counter kicking is when the fighter stands at the stands of 10cm wider than his shoulders. With the stance of 20 to 30cm wider than his shoulders, he might be slow in his making counter kicking as he is rather far from his opponent. When he stands 10cm wider than his shoulders, it takes almost same time when he wants to change his stance, With his stance of 20 to 30cm wider than his shoulders, he might be slow in left counter strike because he is forced to put more weight on his right foot.

        This paper how analyzed and compared the phtsiques and phtsical fitness between the Tae Kwon Do Players and non-Players un middle school investigated the correlation between physical fitness and sports careers. Through this study I could find out the following results : 1. Tae Kwon Do Player's physique in more superior to non-Player's. 2. Tae Kwon Do Players are lower than non-platers un L.B.M. 3. Tae Kwon Do Players are more lower than non-Players un flexbilities but are more higher than non-Players in vital capacities and the scores of Havard step test. 4. The coreelation between physical fitness and sports careers in an follows : 1) There are significant correlation between sports careers and Side step test in all. 2) There are sure correlation between sports careers and Trunk extention in Tae Kwon Dd Players. 3) There are some correlaiton between sports careers and 50m running un non-Players. 4) There is a sure correlation between sports careersand vital capacities.

      • 창던지기 경기의 투사구간에 대한 운동학적 분석

        창던지기 기술 구조에 대한 이해를 돕고 선수들의 훈련 및 지도에 도움을 주고자 제 88회 전국체육대회에 참가한 남자 일반부 선수의 경기장면을 직접 촬영하여 이중 l위부터 6위까지의 투사동작을 선별하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.1. 릴리즈 시 투사요인의 투사높이는 평균 85.6±3.9%, 투사각도는 평균 37.23±4.89deg.를 투사속도는 평균 24.03±2.55 m/s를 보였다. 2. 투사구간의 예비단계와 투사단계에서 예비단계의 소요시간이 투사 단계의 소요시간보다 길게 나타났다. 3. 분절각도에서는 우수한 선수일수록 주관절각, 견관절각, 슬관절각은 크고 전 경각은 작게 나타났다. 4. 투사순간의 몸통회전각도는 우수한 선수일수록 큰 것으로 나타났다. 몸통회전각이 큼에 따라 힘을 전달할 가속구간이 커지게 되어 이동 거리를 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. This study was conducted to investigate the technical structure of the javelin throwing and to improve the training and coaching. The subjects of this study were six male javelin throwers participated in the 81th national sports corroetition. The actual javelin event was taken by video camera The analyzing factors were throwing angle, throwing velocity, throwing height, time, moving displacement of CCG, segmental velocity and angle, rotating angle of the trunk. The conclusions were as follows. 1. It was showned that throng height was 85.6±3.9 and javelin was released to adequative degree, Among the athletes, M3 who had the best record was released the javelin with the fast velocity, but throw the javelin with the less releasing degree. 2. the longer distance the athletes record, the shorter time they had the shorter time the athletes throw javelin, the longer distance they throw javelin. 3. It was showned that athletes who had the best record was large in angle of the elbow joint, shoulder joint, and knee joint and small in leaning angle. 4. The best athletes showned the large rotation of the trunk in throwing the javelin and because accelerating phase was large. moving distance was increased as to increasing the rotation of the trunk.

      • 中國漢代의 「導引」考察

        Tao-Yin is an exercise wnich combines body exerciss and special breathing exercise. It serves as a special way of therapy, akin to the therapeutic exercise, and has been taken as one of the regimens since ancient China. It could be retrospective from the period of the Emperor Hwang, and was quite popular among the Warring States. Being much more peaceful and stable in the Han Dynasty (b.C.206-A.D.220), people took even more stress on the improvement of health and extension of life than ever before. The Han Dynasty was the importan mid-way and turning point of the development of Tao-Yin. This is also the reason why this study is set on the Han Dynasty. However, much of the information of Tao-Yin has been lost because of its remote relation with the modern world. Nevertheless I'd like to make a brief introduction of what happened in the Han Dynasty, by the material found on the present stage. 1) Classes of people who took Tao-Yin as an exercise: a wizard, a Taoist priest, the noble and the common people, both male and female. 2) The puropse of Tao-Yin: improvement of health, therapy and regimen. It therapy works on muscle, joints and skeleton, etc. 3) The action of Tao-Yin: It imitates the action of animals, such as birds, bears, wolves, monkeys, deer, and tigers. It includes: (1) Trunk action: Including the movements of flexion and extension, rotation, spreading chest, lifting of abdomen, etc. (2) Arm action: including the movements of flexion, extension, rotation, upward, sideward, downward, cross arms above head. (3) Leg action: including the movements of flexion, extension, (4) Neck action: including movements of rotation, flexion, extension, shrugging shoulders. (5) Breathing action: It uses a special way. (6) The position: including standing, walking, sitting, kneeling, squatting and grounding of hands and legs. 4) Dresses: Including dressing, half-naked, having a cap. on. 5) Equipment: including free hand, holding sticks and objects.

According, I and focused on having the effective recreation in H-university, I expect that the result fo my opinions is extended the over the regional social the result of survey have many problems, nevertheless I suggest to solution for having the effective recreation.
