1963년 10월 28일 최초로 제정된 $\ulcorner$도서관법$\lrcorner$ (법률 제 1424호)과 1987년도 $\ulcorner$개정도서관법$\lrcorner$, 1991년도 $\ulcorner$도서관진흥법$\lrcorner$, 1994년도 $\ulcorner$도서관 및 독서진흥법$\lrcorner$ 과 동 시행령 등에 대하여 각각 그 제정 또는 개정 과정과 배경, 주요골자를 상세히 설명하고 제정 내지 개정 과정에서 문제되었던 내용들을 다루었으며, 선.후 법률간의 주요 내용을 비교.분석.검토하여 문제점 및 개선 내용을 제시하였다. I explained about the process of enactment revision, background and main prints of Library Law enacted on October 28, 1963 and the subsequent revised or enacted laws, dealt with the important contents of the laws and suggested the problems md improvements of the early laws and the late laws by compraing, analyzing and examining.

본 연구는 우리나라 통합 도서관 협력체제 구축을 위한 모델 개발을 목적으로 하였다. 현재 국내도서관 협력체제의 현황은, 국립중앙 도서관을 중앙관으로 한 공공도서관 협력망을 비롯하여 지역별 관종별 협력체제가 구축되어 도서관 기능의 활성화를 도모하고 있으나 기능적으로 보다 효율적인 협력이 필요한 시점에 있다. 이러한 관점에서 다양한 형태의 국내도서관 협력체제를 정비하여 새로운 통합 도서관 협력체제를 구축하기 위한 모델을 제시하였다. This study intends to develop a model of nation-wide library cooperative system for Korea. It analyzes and investigates the definitions, types and models of library cooperation; and current status and problems in operations of major cooperative systems in Korea and other nations. There are some cooperative systems such as cooperative system for public libraries operated by the National Library of Korea and other systems based on their regions or library types in Korea. New model of nationwide cooperative system can improve library functions through many cooperative plans.
태양광 발전시스템에서 사용하는 마이크로인버터용 무선지능형제어기 설계 및 구현

Sun power generation systems which use large capacity centralized inverters have loss of power generation due to cloud and building shadows, pollution, cell deterioration, etc. To minimize loss of power generation, decentralized solar power systems using multiple micro-inverters are being proposed as an alternative. A distributed solar power system consisting of a system-connected system uses power line communication to collect data from the micro-inverters. Power line communication has the advantage of using power lines without separate lines for data transmission, but in distributed solar power generation systems that use a large number of micro-inverters, the bit error rate is less reliable due to the phenomenon caused by limited transmission power, high load interference and noise, variable signal attenuation, and impedance characteristics. So we proposed wireless intelligent controller for micro-inverter that is used to build distributed solar power systems. and we design and implement that. Further, the proposed wireless intelligent controller for micro-inverter was used to establish a small-volume solar power plant to check its function and operation.
BSHR/2 네트위크에서의 다중 선로 장애 복구에 관한 연구

When one link failure happens in BSHR/2 networks, it is possible to restore all traffics by following the ITU-T G.841 rules. However, when a node that is currently executing a ring switch receives a long-path ring bridge request for an higher priority, it shall drop its bridge and switch immediately, then enter full pass-through. Even though link connection between two nodes exists, it is impossible to restore the service. In this paper, when multi-link failures happen, the services through connected link can be restored by exchanging messages through DCC(Data Communication Channel). Partially reconstructing the ring map that is unable to restore services because of multi-link failures made it possible to restore these kinds of traffic patterns. This paper shows that the services through connected link can be restored by using proposed method.
