        메타버스 시대에서의 웹툰의 상생방향

        본 논문에서는 제한적이고 고정된 스토리와 환경이라는 단점을 가지고 있는 웹툰이 현 시대의 요구에 충족할 수 있는 메타버스의 실현이 가능할 수 있는지, 가능하다면 그 한계점은 어디까지인지, 그리고 메타버스와 웹툰의 접목을 시도해 이용자 니즈에 맞는 양방향적인 현실대입이 가능한 완성된 메타버스로의 실현성과 방향성에 대해 연구하였다. 이용자의 니즈를 중심축으로 설정하여 향후 메타버스와 웹툰시장의 활성화를 이룰 수 있는 모형을 정립하는데 목적을 두었다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 메타버스의 발전 방향에 대해 알아보고 메타버스와 웹툰의 접목 사례를 분석하며 이용자 니즈 중심의 메타버스와 웹툰의 접목에 대해 예측, 분석하였다. This study analysed about to feasiblity of metaverse what it can be grantify the need of the current generation even though webtoon have limited environment and fixed story and if it possible, whether to some extent it possible. This study have direction it was set the needs of users centrically and was purposed to found a model for invigoration of webtoon market in metaverse to come. For this study, direction of development of metaverse, precedent study about metaverse and than analyzed it about based on grafted cases of metaverse and webtoon.

        본 연구는 초등학교 표현활동 수업에서 교수학습지도방법에 대한 실태를 분석하여 개선방안을 제시하였다. 초등학교 시기는 어린이들이 신체적·정신적으로 왕성한 성장 발달을 이루게 되므로 이 시기의 표현활동교육은 건전한 신체적, 정서적 발육을 도모할 뿐 아니라 인간 생활의 기본적인 움직임 능력을 향상시키는 데에 중요한 역할을 한다. 또한 자기중심적인 사고를 가진 아동들에게 다른 사람에 대한 배려와 사회성을 가지게 하며 표현력과 정서적인 생활의 기틀을 마련해 주며 창의적이고 지적인 발달을 가져오게 한다. 그러나 초등학교에서 표현활동은 제대로 교육되지 못하고 있다. 초등학교의 표현활동에 관한 선행연구 분석결과, 표현활동교육에 있어서 교사들이 가장 어려움을 느끼는 것이 교육과정 중 표현활동의 운영 부족, 교육시설 및 교구의 부족, 전문성의 부족으로 나타났다. 그러므로 표현활동수업에서 교사들의 전문성 향상이 우선되어야 하며 이를 위해서는 교사들을 위한 교육용콘텐츠의 개발이 이루어져야할 것이다. This study proposed improvements by analyzing the current status of teaching learning method in elementary school expression activity classes. As children make remarkable growth and development physically and mentally in elementary school days, expression activity education in this period is very important in the enhancement of basic motor capabilities of human beings as well as helps sound physical and mental development. Additionally, it gives consideration and sociability to children who have self centered thought, secure the ground of expression and emotional life, and brings creative and intelligent development. However, expression activities in elementary school have not been properly performed. In the literature review of previous studies regarding expression activities in elementary school times, the biggest difficulties that teachers feel in expression activity education were lack of operation of expression activities, lack of educational facilities and teaching tools, and lack of expertise. Therefore, first of all expertise of teachers should be in place in expression activity classes, and for this development of educational contents should be accomplished.

        의료경영 전공자의 의료산업내 역할과 역량

        Both undergraduate and graduate programs in health services management(HSM) are recently established in colleges and universities in Korea, and the programs train their students for diverse sectors within the field of healthcare management, including hospitals, nursing facilities, consulting firms, health industries such as pharmaceutical, insurance companies, etc. This study investigates many of the managerial roles expected to graduates from academic curricula in HSM, and required competencies to be successful in their positions. The information of roles and competencies for HSM graduates were collected, and their importances were evaluated by healthcare management experts through a Delphi method. As the result, 11 items for present roles and 13 items for future roles were derived, and 15 and 16 items were derived for present and future competencies respectively. Utilizing the classification of work roles by Timmreck and that of managerial competencies by Robbins, the importance of roles and competencies of healthcare managers was analyzed and interpreted. The major domains of roles at present turned out to be `organizer`, `planner`, `problem solver`, and `coordinator` in order according to importance. on the other hand, as graduates develop their careers, the domains of future roles would be changed to `director` and `planner`. For competencies, the most important domain at present was `technical skill`, but the future important domain was `interpersonal and emotional intelligence`. The result of this study can be seen as an initial step toward improving the academic curricula of HSM in college and universities and promoting collaborative efforts between academic programs and on-site practices in healthcare industries.

        암 병동 간호사의 암성통증관리 수행에 미치는 영향요인

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors influencing oncology unit nurses’ pain management of cancer patients. Methods: This study was a designed descriptive correlation study. The participants of this study were nurses working in an oncology unit at a university hospital. A total of 135 nurses participated and data were collected between October 10 and October 31, 2018. Measures used for this study assessed nurses’ knowledge of cancer pain management, compassion competence, and the performance of cancer pain management. The data were analyzed using independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression analysis. Results: Performance of cancer pain management was significantly correlated with compassion competence (r=0.37, p<.001) and difference according to the experience of cancer by the participants or family members (t=2.22, p=.028). Performance of cancer pain management was influenced by compassion competence (β=.36, p<.001) and the experience of cancer by the participants or family members (β=.17, p=.041). The explanatory power of this model was 14.4%. Conclusion: These results suggest the need for cancer pain management education based on compassion empowerment. The findings shows that continuous cancer pain management education is required in consideration of the oncology nurses’ career and work characteristics.
