본 연구는 정서표현갈등이 한국문화의 맥락에서는 다른 의미와 역할을 할 수 있을 것이라고 가정하고 주관적 안녕감과의 관계에서 정서표현갈등의 동기에 따라 대인불안의 매개효과가 유의한지 검증하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 중부권에 소재한 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 남년 대학생 592명을 대상으로 한국판 정서표현갈등 척도(AEQ-K), 사회적 회피 및 불안 척도(SADS), 주관적 안녕감 척도인 생활만족도 척도(SWLS)로 자료를 수집하고, 상관분석, 매개 회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 정서표현갈등과 대인불안 및 주관적 안녕감 모두 유의한 상관이 나타난 반면, 정서표현갈등과 주관적 안녕감과의 상관은 다소 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 정서표현갈등을 한국이라는 문화적 맥락에서 살펴보기 위해 정서표현갈등의 동기에 따른 하위 요인들과 주관적 안녕감 사이에 대인불안의 매개효과를 검증한 결과 두 변인 간 차이가 나타났다. 자기방어적 양가성은 주관적 안녕감 사이에 대인불안이 부분매개 하는 것으로 나타났으나, 관계관여적 양가성은 주관적 안녕감 사이에 대인불안이 완전매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 본 연구의 제한점과 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다. The aim of this study is to verify whether ambivalence over emotional expressiveness being. To achieve this, a survey of 592 male and female university students was conducted; the data were collected using the Korean version of the questionnaire(AEQ-K), the standards of social evasion and uneasiness(SADS), and the living satisfaction standards (SWLS), which is the measure of subjective well-being. Data are analyzed using correlation analysis and parameter regression analysis. The results of the research are summarized as follows: First, there is an attentive interrelationship among ambivalence over emotional expressiveness, interpersonal anxiety, and subjective well-being; however, the interrelationship showed a slight decline between ambivalence over emotional expressiveness and subjective well-being. Second, the results verify a parametric effect of interpersonal anxiety between ambivalence over emotional expressiveness’ subordinate factors and subjective well-Being. To look into Korean emotional ambivalence in a cultural context, interpersonal anxiety self-defense ambivalence and well-being indicates a partial- parameter, and interpersonal anxiety relation-involvement ambivalence and well-being indicates a complete-parameter. Lastly, the limitations of this research and possible follow-up research are discussed.
