        The purpose of this study was to examine available alternatives for effective vocational guidance and getting good jobs in specialized vocational high school. We investigated main factors of employment in terms of individual characteristics(grade, aptitude, career maturity, career preparation behavior, personality, self-concept, self-efficacy, sociality, etc.), school variables(career guidance, school satisfaction, etc.), and family or social variables(SES, parents or social supports etc.). Based on previous studies, we discussed the problems of vocational education and practice plans for effective career guidance. It was suggested that teachers are responsible for ensuring that students make objective self-exploration, making opportunities of employment commitment, individualized vocation education program. Moreover teachers should get speciality of vocational guidance and school principals build cooperation network systems among students school, and industry.
