This case study is to analyze the pedestrian accidents related to collision speed with both mathematical model and 3D simulation. In general, the throw distance of pedestrian is proportionally increased with the collision speed. The speed calculated by mathematical model format is around 30~52km/h. Based on the simulation result, it"s estimated that the optimal collision speed matching with the field of accident is in the range of 40~50km/h. This simulation is supposed to verify the pedestrian accidents more objectively and improve the reliability for accident reconstruction.
레일형 옥내화 자동차해체시스템의 전과정평가 방법을 통한 환경영향평가에 관한 연구

본 연구는 환경 친화적인 폐자동차 해체 및 재활용 기술을 대상으로 전과정 평가 방법을 적용하여 환경에 미치는 영향을 평가해 보았다. 폐자동차 해체 처리 과정에서 투입 원부재료 및 배출되는 해체 부품의 재활용 및 폐기 처리에 따른 자원소모, 지구온난화 등의 환경적 영향에 대한 분석을 수행했다. 본 연구를 통해 옥내화 레일형 기술이 적용된 해체 시스템을 통해 기존 해체 시스템 대비 재활용율이 약 8% 증가 됨을 확인하였으며, 이를 통해 환경 영향 범주별 3 ~ 88%의 개선효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 또한, 폐자동차의 해체 처리 속도 및 부품의 재활용 및 재자원화 비율 향상을 통해 국내외 중고부품 시장에서 약 9 ~ 67% 의 부가이익을 창출할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해, 폐자동차 처리의 법규 준수와 동시에 재자원화율 증대 및 중고 부품 시장의 활성화를 위해 레일형 옥내화 폐자동차 해체 시스템의 보급 및 확산 노력의 필요성을 확인할 수 있었다. This study is aimed at compare and evaluate the environmental impact of End-of-Life Vehicle(ELV) on the eco-friendly technology dismantling and recycling system, using Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) method. In this study, it was analyzed for the environmental impacts of raw materials, disassemble process, recycle parts separation and waste treatment into the process of ELV treatment by greenhouse gas and resource consumption, etc. Through this study, the indoor rail type dismantling technology were recycling rate applied on the alternate system was increased by approximately 8%. As a result, it was 3 to 88% by improving the environmental impact category. In addition, the added benefit of approximately 8 - 62% in pre-market occurred through the recycling rate, improve parts reuse rate of ELV. Through the results of this study, legal compliance, improved reuse and recycling ratio, used parts market reach, enable exports has identified the need for the effort that the dissemination and diffusion of eco-friendly technology.

This case study is analyzed using a rear-end collision accident analysis and physical simulation. Speed of the SUV by physical analysis is 71~87㎞ / h, the speed of the passenger car were calculated by 6~22㎞ / h. Simulation analysis results, the optimal speed conditions were interpreted as SUV 71㎞ / h, passenger car 7㎞ / h. Simulations can be verified for the collision analysis. And it is expected to increase the reliability of the accident reconstruction.

This study analyzed the appraisal factor the pricing of used cars. Important appraisal factor are model year, mileage, accident or not. Other factors may include the vehicle situation, option, color and use. And analyzed the trading characteristics of the used car by appraisal factor. The analysis results, depreciation rate of passenger car is higher than truck. Also analyzed that large vehicles are depreciation rate is higher than compact cars (or SUV). If the mileage increases were also analyzed to be lowered in proportion market price. The average depreciation rate the accident car is 10 to 20%, the greater the damage depreciation rate analyzed that also high.

This study, the exchange value of the car after the repair, which affects the valuation elements and repair characteristics factors were investigated. Based on this specific accident damaged condition of the car, repair range, repair methods, repair costs, market transactions, taking into account the vehicle"s value appraisal method is proposed.
