유아교사 조직몰입에 대한 원장의 서번트 리더십과 협동적 조직문화의 영향

본 연구는 유아교사의 조직몰입에 대한 원장의 서번트 리더십과 협동적 조직문화의 영향을 분석하는데 목적을 둔 조사연구이다. 이를 위해 광주 및 전주지역 유치원에 근무하는 유아교사 328명을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행한 결과, 원장의 서번트 리더십과 협동적 조직문화는 유아교사 조직몰입과 유의한 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 또한 서번트 리더십의 청지기 정신, 설득 요인과 협동적 조직문화의 협동적 리더십, 교사 협동, 동료 지원은 유아교사의 정서적, 지속적, 규범적 몰입을 설명하는 유의한 변수로 작용하였다. 이는 유아교사의 조직에 대한 몰입 수준을 높이기 위해 원장은 일방적.독단적으로 유치원을 운영하기 보다는 교사의 참여를 독려하고 집단적 의사결정 방식을 통한 협력적인 경영문화 풍토를 지향해야 함을 시사하고 있다. This empirical study aimed to analyze servant leadership of directors and influence of collaborative organizational culture for organizational commitment of teachers in kindergarten. The survey questionnaires were conducted by 328 teachers in kindergartens of Gwangju and Jeonju city. The collected data were analyzed by pearson’s simple correlation and multiple regression analysis. The result of the study found that servant leadership of directors and collaborative organizational culture showed significant positive relation with organizational commitment of teachers in kindergarten. And steward spirit and persuasive element of servant leadership, collaborative leadership of collaborative organizational culture, teacher cooperation, peer support worked as significant variables to explain emotional, continuous, and normative commitment of teachers in kindergarten. This implies that to raise level of organizational commitment of teachers in kindergarten, directors should encourage teachers’ participation and aim to collaborative atmosphere of management culture through collective decision making style rather than to run kindergarten in one-sided and arbitrary way.

어머니의 정서표현과 유아 자기조절력 간의 관계에서 어머니-유아 간 의사소통의 매개효과

본 연구는 어머니의 긍정적 및 부정적 정서표현이 유아 자기조절력에 미치는 영향에서 어머니-유아 간 의사소통의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적을 둔 조사연구이다. 만5세 유아와 유아의 어머니 각각 232명을 연구대상으로 선정하고 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집한 자료는 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하였고, 빈도분석, 신뢰도 검증, 상관관계분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 어머니의 긍정적 및 부정적 정서표현, 어머니-유아 의사소통은 유아 자기조절력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 어머니의 긍정적 정서표현과 유아 자기조절력 간의 관계에서 어머니-유아 의사소통은 부분매개변수로서 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 어머니의 부정적 정서표현과 유아 자기조절력 간의 관계에서 어머니-유아 의사소통은 완전매개효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 유아의 자기조절능력을 높이기 위해 정서표현방법과 자녀와의 효율적인 의사소통에 대한 부모교육을 강화할 필요가 있다. This study is an empirical research to verify mediating effect of mother-child communication in the influence of mother"s positive or negative emotional expression on child"s self-regulation. To this end, each 232 children at the age of 5 and their mothers were respectively selected as objects of research to conduct a questionnaire survey. SPSS program was used to analyze collected data, by frequency analysis, confidence verification, correlation analysis, and multiple regression. First, mother"s positive or negative emotional expression and mother-child communication had a significant influence on child"s self-regulation. Second, mother-child communication was found to be a partial parameter in relationship between mother"s positive emotional expression and child"s self-regulation, and mother-child communication had a perfect significant effect in relationship between mother"s negative emotional expression and child"s self-regulation. Mother"s positive or negative emotional expression seemed to improve communication between mother and child, which in turn helped the child to efficiently control his recognition and emotion through interaction with peers and teachers at school. The result of study implies that parent education on emotional expression and effective communication between mother and child would enhance children"s self-regulation.

유치원교사의 다문화경험과 인식 및 수용성이 다문화교육역량에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 다문화에 대한 경험과 인식 및 수용성이 유치원교사의 다문화교육역량에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 현직 교사 212명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 다문화 관련 연수 경험이 많고 다문화 친구가 있는 유치원교사가 그렇지 않은 유치원교사보다 다문화인식과 수용성 및 다문화교육역량 수준을 높게 지각하였다. 둘째, 다문화인식, 다문화경험, 다문화수용성 순으로 교사의 다문화교육역량의 기술, 지식, 태도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다문화 가정과 유아가 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 현 상황에서 유아기 다문화교육을 효율적으로 수행하기 위해서는 유치원교사의 다문화교육역량은 매우 필수적인 조건이다. 따라서 교사의 다문화교육역량을 강화할 수 있는 다양한 교육 및 연수프로그램을 개발하여 적용할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 교사들의 다문화교육역량 향상을 위해 고려할 사항을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의를 갖는다. This study aimed at analyzing relation between early childhood teachers’ experience, awareness and acceptance of multiculturalism and multicultural education competency in order to increase the effectiveness in putting into practice and making the multicultural education take root in kindergarten. To this end, 212 teachers working for private kindergarten in G- Metropolitan City were surveyed. Independent sample t - test, F - test, correlation analysis and hierarchical multiple regression analysis of collected data was carried out. The results of this study were as follows: First, early childhood teacher having a lot of experience in multiculturalism-related training and having a multicultural friend perceived the level of multicultural education competency and multicultural awareness and acceptance to be higher than early childhood teacher without those. Second, it was shown that multicultural awareness had the most significant effect on skill, knowledge and attitude in early childhood teacher’s multicultural education competency, being followed by multicultural experience and multicultural acceptance. Therefore, various education and training programs making it possible to enhance early childhood teacher’s multicultural education competency should be developed and applied.
