The wind turbines of various designs have been manufactured and operated for many years. The design considering the wind circumstance is required for the high efficient wind turbine, because the efficiency and characteristics of the wind turbines depends on the designs and structure of it's system. In this paper, a analysis on the output characteristic of the wind turbine according to wind velocity was performed. The results of the analysis data is desired to be used on the high efficient blade design.

The various wind turbines have been designed and developed for the century. The precision design of the blade and turbine system considering the wind circumstance is required for the high efficiency. In this paper, we investigated the output characteristics of the horizontal and vertical wind turbine related to the wind velocity. Furthermore we will intend to design the wind turbine blade adapted the urban wind circumstance.

Hydrogen fuel cell is clean and efficient technology along with high energy densities. While there are many different types of fuel cells, the proton exchange membrane fuel cell stands out as one of the most promising for transportation and small stationary applications. This paper focuses on design of bipolar plate for proton exchange membrane fuel cell. The bipolar plate model is realistically and accurately simulated velocity distribution, current density distribution and its effect on the PEMFC system using CFD tool FLUENT.

Need developments of substitute energy to solve problem of global warming by excess use of fossil energy, excess discharge of carbon dioxide. wind power generation system is all-important energy in next generation as clean energy. Environmental pollution of wind power generation system is not exhausted entirely. And, electric-power generation system cost is cheap than other energy. Wind Generation system that is supplied much present is most horizontality style blade structure. But, Horizontal style structure is serious noise and there is problem in stability of blade. We designed special blade solve to this problem. And, manufactured vertical axis wind power generation system because using blade. Also, developed assistance power generator to increase driving efficiency ago wind power generation. We expect this devices that is such cover shortcoming of wind power generation system.

A method to control the speed of DC motor with one-chip microprocessor PIC using PWM is discussed In this paper. This thesis deals with the DC motor speed control for electric bicycles which may be used as an alternative means of transformation In the future. We tried to design a stable system for controlling the speed of DC motor and materialized an electric bicycle loading this system Now we are on the way to find out the problems this system has and work out the solutions

ET(Environment Technology) 분야 중 식물의 종자 배양에 관한 연구는 환경 변화에 강하고 생산성을 향상시켜 농가 소득 증대에 중요한 역할을 하는 분야이다. 주로, 온실 또는 청정실에서 연구를 진행하여 민감한 외부환경 변화를 차단하고 정확한 데이터를 산출해야 하는 정밀성이 요구된다. 특히, 온/습도의 변화는 종자의 생장에 지대한 영향을 끼치는 중요한 요소이다. 기존의 연구환경에서는 디지털 온도계 또는 수온 온도계에 의지하는 경우가 대부분이었다. 최근에는 온/습도를 통합 제어하여 일정하게 유지하는 공조시스템을 사용하고 있지만 저렴한 시스템 보급에는 맞지 않다. 본 논문에서는 우선적으로 LabVIEW를 이용하여 온/습도 모니터링 시스템을 설계하고 온/습도 센서를 이용하여 실시간 원격으로 모니터링 할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하고자 하였다.

It is expected that industrial accelerator having been distributed fast in domestic these days will be widely used for various fields. In this study we deal with the basic consideration for the drive characteristic of power supply system in the system of industrial accelerator installed at Dongshin University.<br/> Beam energy of this system is 34KeV~40KeV, lOOA. The modulator emits a 11KV ~380A pulse of 4.5㎲ duration that is transformed to about 34KV~40KV pulse by a pulse transformer.
