A survey was conducted on safety and health managers to analyze what change have occurred in the safety health management system of companies since the enforcement of the Serious Accidents Punishment Act. As a result, it was confirmed that most of the safety and health budgets increased, and most of the safety and health organization operations and safety and health tasks were strengthened. However, further research is needed to see if this has a practical effect on worker safety and reduction of serious accidents, and realistic measures are needed to allow safety and health managers to focus on practical helpful tasks rather than formal ones. In addition, it was confirmed that active support from business owners or management managers and strengthening education on the Serious Accidents Punishment Act were needed through cross-analysis between the education of the Serious Accidents Punishment Act and positive change in safety and health.

본 논문은 사람들이 다육식물을 키우는 데 실패하는 원인을 분석하고, 그에 따른 해결 방안으로 가드닝 보조 시스템을 연구한다. 사람들이 다육식물을 잘 키우지 못하는 이유를 세 가지로 분류하고 그 원인에 따른 해결방안을 딥러닝을 이용하여 제시한다.

An optimal gear ratio generation program is developed, which calculates the optimal gear ratio automatically in design of the automatic transmission. This program is designed to provide the planetary gear ratio which satisfies the design requirements such as shift range, step ratio, top and bottom gear ratio and rear gear ratio. It is expected that the optimal gear tooth ratio generation program will be used in development of a new automatic transmission.

In this study, a 2 stage CVT shift control algorithm is proposed for kickdown shift to improve acceleration performance. The proposed shift control algorithm controls a desired secondary pressure to increase a variator shift speed and a release clutch pressure to shift a planetary gear smoothly. In order to evaluate acceleration performance of the control algorithm, a 2 stage CVT vehicle simulator is developed based on MATLAB/Simulink and SimDriveline. It is found from the simulation results that an acceleration performance is improved in terms of an increase of variator shift speed.

A shift control algorithm was proposed for a 2 stage CVT by considering the shift speed of the CVT and the planetary gear. In order to evaluate shift quality for the suggested shift control algorithm, a 2 stage CVT performance simulator was developed based on the CVT powertrain. From the simulation results, it was found that variation of the total gear ratio can be decreased in transient period. Consequently, torque variation of driveshaft was decreased, which provides improved shift quality. In addition, when the target gear ratio changed during the shift, the total gear ratio followed the target gear ratio by shift control algorithm.
