This study propose the accessibility evaluation instrument of disabled person about circulation planning and facilities in the railroad station. Through the digitalization of the evaluation instrument, frame the tool to inspect architecture planning, and digital icons of architecture information for automation system be of use easier and more correctly in the consideration of the accessibilities. This makes the list of evaluation bases on the raw and design manual, and suggests that optimization through making a database. This also suggests the model of digital icons include architecture informations, and find a method to inspect space algorithm.

New city development policy caused many effects such as destruction of nature and area native culture extinction through fast development within short period. The architectural context is remains by post-modern most difficult problem had left to architects. We need to find the design method that communicate and contacts character of place, cultural context through the actual project. In this study, we propose the method of aspect of compose space and design elements to succeed the cultural place and context, desirable development through the design proposal for Dochon welfare center. In Dochon area, there is no original character of the place because of indiscreet development. Dochon synthesis society welfare facilities is openable to people by space that nature and human contacts and accomplishes relation, Made efforts to do so that can do part that causes human's ripple effect of contact with human and accomplishes traffic and recovers identity of Dochon area at the same time recovery of community consciousness.
BIM 도구의 사용자 인터페이스 개선사항에 관한 연구 - 건축기획과 계획 설계 과정을 중심으로 -

This study is intended to suggest methodologies in theory that is dedicated to improve existing features in BIM tool sets and introduce a new horizon for developing new features in the future so that more functionality can be provided to the work process of architect. To be more utilized of BIM tool sets in a useful way, it is important to make sure to program a calculation method used in the design process which is based on the information provided by architect, such as design items with detailed process and transformed parametric information on warranty data. Finding pros and cons in the usability from the well-known 3D modeling applications and taking highly usable UI features from the existing applications, and using a common wording were carried out. Design architect identifies reusable parametric information and then finds an algorithm between each items so that BIM tool sets can contribute to design field in the future. Therefore, the formula has been developed for the items considering business aspects and architecturing size in the preliminary-design, and design aspects in the schematic design with idendifying inputs and outputs that is necessary to become fixed factors.
