본 연구는 최석정의 <구수략>을 수학적 측면보다는 수학철학적 측면에서 재조명한다. 최석정은 <구수략>을 통해 산학을 산학 자체만이 아닌 도학의 전통에서 산학을 정리하고, 산학의 기본 경서라 할 수 있는 <구장산술>을 소강절의 사상론을 바탕으로 재정립하려는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 이는 산학에서 성립되는 법칙이 자연만물의 이치에 벗어나지 않는다는 최석정의 독특한 시각으로 해석할 수 있다. We study Choi Suk Jung's <GuSuRyak> on perspective of philosophy of mathematics. He explains Chosun mathematics as systems of Changes through <GuSuRyak> and redefines <The Nine Chapters> on So Kang Gul's Sasang theory. This is the unique view on Chosun mathematics. we conjecture that Choi Suk Jung tries to establish the mathematical principle on So Kang Gul's Sasang theory.

본 논문은 먼저 수학교육에서 수학사를 활용하고자 하는 이론적 배경으로 역사발생적원리를 중심으로 고찰하고 실제 중학교 교과서에서 수학사 활용 정도를 확인하다. 수학교실에서 수학사 활용의 성공적인 안착을 위해 예비수학교사교육에 수학사를 포함해야 하는 근거를 교사의 지식의 측면에서 살펴보고 예비수학교사를 위한 수학사 활용 프로그램을 제안한다. There is enthusiasm among many mathematics educators to seek to understand how history of mathematics can be employed to emphasize the usefulness of mathematics and to make it even more useful. We investigate theoretical backgrounds of using history of mathematics for secondary students and prospective mathematics teachers. On the basis of historico-genetic principle and mathematics teachers' professional knowledge, we go into curriculum of prospective mathematics teachers. This study focussed on developing pedagogical approach using history of mathematics for prospective mathematics teachers.

동아시아 수학의 철학적 배경과 교육적 함의: 계사전을 중심으로

This paper briefly examines the Book of Changes that is the philosophical background of East Asian ancient mathematics and its collection of complementary(ShíYì), and then examines the structure and contents of GyeSaJeon, which explains the basic principles of Book of Changes as one of ShíYì. GyesaJeon reveals the unique East Asian thought of dealing with numbers in the process of explaining the formation of Eight-Gwae(Bagua) and Sixty-four-Gwae based on Yin-Yang theory. It understands numbers in terms of symbols, not quantitative, and use them to represent characteristics or hierarchy of certain classes, and to explain certain principles. Based on this, the implications of using East Asian mathematics history in the mathematics classroom are discussed. 본 논문은 동아시아 고대 수학의 철학적 배경이 되는 주역과 그것을 보완하여 해설하는 십익에 대해 간단히 살펴 본 다음, 십익 중의 하나로 주역의 기본 원리를 설명하는 계사전의 구성과 내용을 고찰한다. 계사전은 음양론을 바탕으로 팔괘와 64괘의 형성과정을 설명하는 과정 속에서 수를 다루는 독특한 동아시아적 사유가 드러난다. 양적인 측면이 아니라 상징적인 측면으로 수를 이해하고, 수를 특정부류의 특성이나 위계를 나타내고 일정한 원리를 설명하는데 사용하고 있다. 이를 토대로 수학교실에서 동아시아 수학사 활용이 함의하는 바를 논의한다

본 논문은 소강절의 주저인 <황극경세서>를 토대로 그가 천지만물의 원리를 설명하기 위해 도구로 삼은 수론 사상을 살펴보고 그것이 최석정의 <구수략>에 어떤 영향을 미쳤는지 알아본다. 또한 최석정이 소강절의 사상 중 어떤 측면을 계승하고 확장하였는가를 수학사적 관점에서 살펴본다. We study the thought of numerical theory of $Sh\grave{a}o$ $K\bar{a}ngji\acute{e}$. He explained the change of universe and everything in his theoretical system in tradition of <The Book of Changes>. It is contained in his <The Great Ultimate Ruling the World Book>. We conjecture that this book influenced <GuSuRyak>. Choi Suk Jung tried to embody the ideas of $Sh\grave{a}o$ $K\bar{a}ngji\acute{e}$ in <GuSuRyak>.

본 연구는 수학 교실에서 동아시아 수학사 자료의 활용 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 수학사 활용의 다양한 이점 때문에 적용 범위가 점차 늘어나고 있지만 주로 서양 수학사에 국한되어 있다. 이로 인해 학생들은 수학을 서유럽의 전유물로 생각하는 경향이 있는데 이를 극복하기 위해 수학교실에서 동아시아 수학사 내용을 좀 더 많이 다룰 필요가 있다. 이러한 내용을 학생들의 실생활 맥락에서 구성하거나 소집단 체험활동과 토론과 병행하면 학습효과가 좀 더 증대될 것이다. 여기서는 일상생활에서 쉽게 접하는 팔괘와 육십갑자의 수학적 아이디어와 중국의 『구장산술』과 조선의 『구수략』에서 제시된 몇 가지 개념을 활용하여 수학교실에서 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이 활동을 통해 수학교실에서 학생들은 수학을 좀 더 일상의 맥락에서 이해하고, 수학적 문화가 동서양이 각각 독자적으로 형성되어 지속된 것이 아니라 서로 교류하며 영향을 받아 발전하여 현대의 수학 문화가 형성되었다는 것을 인식하는 것도 중요하다.

It is clear that even though management innovation (especially information technology) from its traditional orientation of administrative support toward a more strategic role within an organization, there is still a glaring lack of fundamental frameworks whin which to understand the potential management innovation for tommorow,s organization. How to success in today's rapidly changing competitive environment is ouestion weighing heavily on many a manager's mind. Everything seems to be in changin - markets, customer demands, technologies, global buundries, products, adn business process. In the midst of this seemingly overwhelming change. managers are being asked to make critical competetive decisions that will affect not only the present position of their firm, but also its future success. Much to dismay, however, many managers are finding out, sometimes the hard way, that it is a diffcult game, and the old rules do not apply anymore. To compete in today's rapidly changing competetive environment, new strategic responses are required that most managers may have never thought possible. In addition managers must understand that at the heart of these new strategic response is innovative management through advanced informationtechnology and business process redesign. This requires a fundamental changing in managemental thinking about the role of management innovation in organizational transofrmation, as well as an undrestanding of critical components of process innovation and information technology measurement. In this paper, we develop a model for conceptualizing and directing the emerging area (small business firms) of management innovation. We explorer the challenges of designing the appropriate small business organization. We argue that all elements of the management innovation, especially the assessment of business process reengineering and information technology. This is necessary to provided the capabilities required to acheive competetive advantage.conditions facing the small business firms and its chosen innovation methodologies.. It is our contention that the effective and innovative use of information technology and BPR is at the heart of the new organizational designs and capabilities required to meet current competetive challenges.
